I finally got my refund ( Though Small Claims Court as a last resort at a cost of £105.00 which Hoseasons kindly reimbursed me today) but remain mystified as to how they can maintain a 2.53 Star Rating. Have noticed several ‘dodgy’ (contrived) reports giving 5 star ratings . I have reported this to the ASA (Advertising Standards Agency) as the true figures on their website can be obtained by clicking the blue writing on the LHS of their website, and they are for the last 12 months. Needless to say the true figures are shielded by the hype rating (Trustpilot) and are the exact opposite to what Hoseasons want their customers to think! More people need to contact the ASA to put a stop to these misleading claims! Lets get real and tell it how it really is, enough of this marketing spin. If it looks like "doo doo", then it most probably is!

Managed to get a phone call through at 2.50pm today after being on hold for 1hr 10 mins. Was assured my holiday was cancelled with no more to pay. So there is light at the end of the tunnel

Tried and tried to contact them regarding a holiday we had booked for the end of April this year in regard to Covid 19 but they would not answer any of my emails. In the end I threatened them with Twitter and amazingly the next day I received confirmation that they had changed my holiday to 2021 as was my original request.

Booked holiday with them. They now refuse to speak to me telling me that I must contact them through my booking agent. Unfortunately I had managed to speak to one of their agents who told me that my money was there. So I will be making an official complaint to abta.

If I could have given a minus star I would have. Hoseasons have been useless and they have forgotten this horrible time will end and they will need customers to book holidays with them again, but I won't be one of them. I got an answer after lots of times trying to contact them and the only reason they answered was because I threatened them with telling all on Twitter.!!!!!

Hoseasons you’re a disgrace how are they allowed to tell me I have to have a voucher when I want my money back well I’m not accepting it I will take them to court they deserve to go bust 😡😡😡

received a no rely e'mail on 6th may saying to give me more time they have moved my balance due date to 20th June. I did not sign up for this, my balance due date on my confirmation document says 2nd may. Doing this allows them to collect 90 percent of the total cost. I very much doubt if this is legal. They then said if I want to cancel before 20th June they will waive the balance. Phoned over 100 times, no reply, e'mails bounced back, I wrote to them with cancellation form filled in and sent by expensive special delivery for which they have to sign on receipt. I had also written to them on 23rd March cancelling but no reply. I have now cancelled my credit card so they cannot take the money. They say if the bank won't pay it constitutes a cancellation on my part. Can you see the reason they are extending the balance due date, according to their table of percentage of total payment this gives them maximum recovery. I intend to seek legal advice through my union lawyer if they ignore my latest cancellation letter and I have already registered a complaint with the CMA

Had the same experience as everyone else recently. All of these bad reviews are true, they tried to cheat thousands of chstimer and profit from covid.

Refunds Process Difficult!. It would be easier to swim a lenght of the swimming baths on your back with your ass out of the water! Bunch of Crooks hope they fold soon!

Up until the co vid saga...o thought alot of this company. However, having a holiday booked for 03.04.20 and it being cancelled by them, then me writing 6 emails to "holdmybooking" email address as advised by a call centre agent after being on hold to them for over an hour ! Everything has been ignored. I was sent a useless voucher for my holiday cost which I cannot use and do not accept! Now ..currently on hold to them ...I'm 1hour 50 minutes in and STILL ON HOLD. I doubt to get anywhere but I will never use this waste of space company again. Appalling. Absolutely appalling. Big mistake hoseasons. You should have took centre parks lead ..shame on you.

I have tried several times today to try both the number and email given to discuss a cash refund by booking is next week and I decline the vouchers offered, as this does not suit the group booking we had intended to go as to celebrate my 40th. I followed the instructions given on their website. Instead the email redirects to an error message (attached) I think this is a scam, shortly after I received a No reply response’ Which stated they have provided me vouchers for the full value of my booking, valid until December 2020. I feel this is a tactic the company are using to divert from genuine cash refunds, instead forcing the vouchers for a much shorter valid date than given in their website (it states 12 months). Fraudsters. I understand that they have done this too most of the customers and hope they will be one of the companies to be investigated and fined for this abysmal service. Worst of all this is how they deal with having to cancel Bookings because of Covid-19. Abysmal conduct will never use again.

What a disgusting company. I’m trying to get a refund for £600 back because I refuse to accept vouchers. I can’t get through on the phone and then won’t accept my email either. I will never ever book a holiday through them again. I booked using my debit card so will try to recover it through my bank. Appalling customer service. The worst I’ve ever encountered.

Booking reference 19327077. Tried and tried to call Hoseasons but always engaged. Finally got through but only to an answer machine before getting through to a Team member. Been on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Had a holiday booked with Hoseasons 6th April 2020, had been trying to make contact weeks prior to this date and still have nothing from them other than an unwanted limited voucher offer and we’re now in May! Appalling conduct and completely inept in dealing with this situation. I know I’m not alone in this disgraceful treatment after scanning through hundreds of other reviews about Hoseasons online and social media. How anyone will have confidence to book through this company in the future is beyond me.

My wife and children paid for and booked a short stay with Hoseasons to celebrate my 60th as a surprise, they have not received a refund My one thought to Hoseasons is this: the lockdown will not last forever and when it is over people will remember Hoseasons and their shameful and immoral behaviour. For goodness sake aren't people suffering enough? After Covid, we WILL remember Hoseasons.

Should have spent the last weekend on a break with my whole family for my 50th birthday, cancelled due to Coronavirus, and the fact both me and my mam shielding first 12 weeks with serious underlying issues that put us at risk which could potentially be another 18 months u til a vaccine is found, no refund no communication, disgraceful behaviour, don’t contact you back after hours waiting on the phone, don’t email you back, don’t message back, appreciate the fact they are busy but the amount people waiting responses who actually are Hoseasons talking to because it’s not customers !!! Taking advantage of people’s situations loosing jobs, shielding, and the time effort it took my family to all get together at one tome to celebrate my 50th birthday and unable to rearrange, asked for refunded to be told loose 200 pound cancellation fee !! You cancelled it, you can’t accommodate our needs, we are shielding, to protect our lives, I have written to Martin Lewis and CMA who are willing to take these matters to court to get people their refunds,

Terrible service from Hoseasons. 2 keyworksers on the front line battling Covid-19 and we have been refused a refund. We were due to today! I will never use this company again.
