“Ordered an item that was 'in stock' 2 weeks ago I contacted them to ask where it was, they explained they had a mix up on orders and will arrive in a week, low and behold no item, contacted them again and it would be another month before I would receive it. Cancelled the item straight away as they are quick enough to take the money off you without the products, be aware of this website, awaiting refund still.”

First parcel I received was soaked in fluids that smelt like petrol, next one came complete with foot print where it was stood on. Third package came over two months late smashed into a dozen pieces. Shockingly bad communication billed for products two months before they were received. This company will not last long. AVOID!”

I live in London and we are currently on lockdown due this did not have an impact on the delivery time, the only downfall if the amount of emails I received afterwards but I have since unsubscribed to the website. “Appalling. Paid for an item with standard delivery. Arrived late so returned it. Their t&cs clearly state that postage is refunded but it wasn’t. Contacted customer service and over the course of a month received different messages advising different things from SEVEN different people, none of which read the history of the issue and kept supplying me a link to their policy for non return of return postage. Two different things but they’re failing to grasp that. Very passive aggressive emails asking if they can help further when clearly they have no intention of helping or supplying me my tightly owed outward postage. Avoid buying from this company. Cheap product and even cheaper “customer service” team.”
“I recently placed an order for a few items for Christmas. The web site stated that all new customers would recieve a 15% welcome discount by entering a code. After adding the items to my basket I entered the discount code which didn't work, the web site said I needed to create an account which again I did thinking that the discount would be applied, it never did and payment went through. I therefore contacted Customer Services who were very unhelpful. They said the discount didn't apply to the items I ordered however this was not made clear on the website. New customers be aware do not order from this company, they are not to be trusted and Customer Service is extremely poor. When my items arrive I have asked for my account to be deleted as I will not be ordering from them again.”

Contacted customer services numerous times to be told the same every time that I would have to just basically wait!! When i contacted the support team i was given the run around, asked to fill in forms and refill forms because they lacked information which wasn't specific enough. Tried to get a refund instead of a redelivery and was told warehouse must update order before refund could be issued. Lots of delays. Wonder what they are doing with my money while i wait?”

I ordered 4 mugs on the 13th of september, after numerous emails and responses telling me they *will be dispatched soon* and them not being dispatched, paypal refunded me. However today, I recieved a parcel containing two mugs ( i ordered 4!)
It would be great, if the mugs that were sent were actually what I ordered. One cup came smashed to bits and another mug arrived that was completely different to anything i ordered (I ordered rare dunne style mugs, and i was sent a super mario)
I wish I had looked at all the bad reviews over the internet before purchasing from these bunch of duds.”
“I wish I had read the reviews, before, even buying off this website, bought items off this company, and more than a week later, still nothing, I messaged the customer service team as there doesn't seem to be a number, which I can see, customer service just keeps telling me that, the warehouse team and dispatch team have not gotten back to them, so therefore they can't give me an estimated date for which the order will be dispatched, and, I can't cancel items as its in the process of being dispatched, absolutely a sham of a company, they just keep fobbing me off, I'm sure I'll not see my items at all and money will be lost, absolutely a joke. “Their customer service is set up so that no claim following complaints can ever reach completion, on purpose. I had a problem with an order which arrived damaged so I wrote a message to customer service (no telephone number on the site, and the chat option is permanently "unavailable"), and they answered the same day, saying that they would grant me 15% off my next purchase, but that I was to confirm that I accepted that: of course, at that point I found out that there is no way to answer a message from customer service, so I could not confirm that I accepted, and they knew that full well. I tried again the following day, writing a new message (that was the only option) and explaining the situation: I then got another message from the same person, who proceeded asking me to write to him again, this time to confirm the order number (I had given him that info the previous day), which meant that we were back to square one: he asked me to answer the message, knowing that there was no way that I could. This is obviously done on purpose so that the customer can never get a complaint through. This is actually vicious, as they give you the impression that they have a customer service, and that they care about your complaints, but it is all done so that no complaints ever reaches completion.”

“Whether a total scam, very very bad customer service, or a company that is genuinely struggling to survive, I don't know, but...
Bought a birthday present for my son. He opened it a few days after it arrived and it was faulty and unusable, what a disappointment on his birthday.
Tried to arrange a replacement but IWOOT have been slow and evasive at every stage.
Eventually arranged a return. Another couple of weeks, still no refund. I'm just thankful I could afford to buy the product again from another retailer.
If possible I'd highly recommend buying elsewhere.
Retailer takes a couple of days to answer every message, making me jump through every jump they can think of to avoid giving me my money back.”
“I ordered the 10 pk of mystery t shirts and then looked at the reviews and got a bit worried, turned out I had nothing to be worried about the T-shirt’s turned up with a good selection, the sizes are all a bit different some smaller than others but I knew that would happen so I ordered a size up and everything fits! Plus the order arrived sooner than I expected! Super super happy with this it’s worked out about £3 a t shirt and with some of the t shirts I got in the bundle it’s unbelievably cheep!”
