I couldn’t go to an Atlanta Falcons game due to hurricane Helene and wanted to cancel my tickets. They said I could not cancel but sell them. I clicked on the sell link and it brought me to Ticketmaster. Why I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ They apparently did not sell so now I’m out $440! And that includes over $100 of “fees”…really? Both of those ticket sites are just awful and scams. When will the federal government stop this insanity?

Terrible experience. Paid for tickets months ago and found out 24 hours ahead of event they were not available. I was offered and accepted alternative tix many times in that 24 hours, but still no tix. I was told 2 hours prior to the event if the tix were still not delivered within 1 hour of the event they would fill the order with their reserve tickets...that also did not happen. Instead while I was still on the phone with them being told they were sending the tickets, fixing the issue I received an email with a refund...leaving 2 teenagers that traveled 11 hours to this even alone in an unfamiliar city with no tickets. Their slogan says they are with you all the way to your seat could not be a bigger lie. I have spent hours on the phone, on hold and emailing with them in the last 24 hours and never got my tickets. When I hung up I went immediately to SeatGeek, paid 3 times as much as I had originally paid (and could afford) and within 8 minutes from logging in to tickets receieved. So happy ending only missing first 15 minutes or so. Will NEVER buy or sell with StubHub again.

The QR coded for my tickets after I transferred them popped up immediately and even 48hrs before the event took place, when I pulled them up as I was walking to the concert doors, the tickets no longer showed up, and it said the “see has been canceled”. Called Stubhub as well and gave no help to resolve the situation and retrieve our tickets. Very upset!

You guys suck. First time getting tickets and not able to go, so my first time selling. Everything through StubHub said the sales were all taken care of and I didn’t need to do anything further. Come to find out you have to go to some random website and transfer the tickets to the buyers email yourself. The directions are very vague and confusing for a first time seller and if you do it incorrectly, they will NOT let you know, you’ll just be screwed out of your money. I even have photo proof that my tickets were successfully transferred but apparently not through the right people? Even though they tell you after your ticket is sold go to the company website where you originally got the tickets l, which would be STUBHUB lol Like a lot of companies, StubHub operates in a way that in the end almost always screws the consumer. Thanks StubHub! I’ll never go through you guys again, and I’ve seen several other who think you suck! Good luck sticking around in the future, I hope your whole company crashes and burns and y'all are left on the streets!

Do NOT use StubHub! I bought tickets for The Eras Tour last year and when we downloaded the tickets they were the incorrect date. Then we contacted customer service and they gave us the option to either keep the tickets and receive a 900$ StubHub credit or return the tickets and they would replace them with better tickets for the right date. So we decided to get the better tickets for the correct date and the options they gave us for replacement tickets was STILL the wrong date and the tickets were BEHIND THE STAGE!! So the customer service person lied to us about receiving better tickets! Then we contact them again about how we payed a fortune for those tickets and that a fully obstructed view was not acceptable and they said those were the only options. We wanted to just get back the original incorrect tickets we received with the 900$ StubHub credit. However, the customer service person said there is no way to get back our original incorrect tickets because they were returned to the seller. So the only new options are to get a full credit refund to buy new tickets or accept the horrible seats behind the stage. The refund would be great but now, a year later, tickets are much more expensive and we’d still have to spend an extra 500$ minimum for new tickets. Please do not give StubHub your business they screwed us over, wasted so much of our time, and scammed us out of our tickets. I will never use stub hub again.

If there were a lower rating StubHub would be the definition of it. Customer service is terrible, they screwed up tickets and are trying to charge me. Even when provided proof and after jumping through each hoop the issue is still not resolved. DO NOT USE!!!

I tried to sell tickets on stubhub. Someone bought them but then misundestood the seating, so they transferred them back to me AND charged me 800 dollars. I'm pretty sure they make all their money by fining people. That is urusious. I will be reporting them.

Absolutely awful customer experience. I purchase two tickets for a concert and was told at the door that the tickets were no good. I then read an email that StubHub had sent saying that they were sorry they could not procure the tickets. They said in the email that they would issue a refund within a few weeks. After a month I called them and they told me that I had selected to replace the tickets that I had purchased with other tickets which I had not. They would not give me a refund. This is the biggest bait and switch company I've ever dealt with in my 46 years. I would never recommend using StubHub. They essentially stole $427 from me.

Beware of the process for selling tickets. It’s a long process and if they try once and fail it takes another 2 weeks to get you money. In the digital age they act like they are in the stone age with terrible service.

Do not buy tickets from StubHub! I purchased two tickets or was trying to the other day for a football game. I looked in my bank account and I was charged five times for those two same seats. What a nightmare I had to reverse charges on all five at that point because now I don’t trust StubHub at all. Then had to, get a new debit card so I was not able to use my bankcard for several days. Do not use StubHub.

On line customer support basically useless when trying to work an issue. I had to google to find an actual number to call and talk to a person. Then they couldn't address my problem which involved reselling tickets that I purchased on Stub Hub back to the site. Seems there should be a sale price confirmation feature and you should be able to load the barcode info into the sale request without having to type in the numbers. I may purchase tickets again but will never try to re-sell again on Stub Hub.

I purchased 2 tickets to the Boston Red Sox game several weeks ago for today’s game. I received an email stating the seller had not sent the tickets yet, but “don’t worry, we will take care of it”. An hour and a half before start time, I called stub hub and was told “don’t worry, we will find replacement tickets for you.” We pay $60 to park , and still no tickets so I call back (and now it is game time). I receive an email states “so sorry, but we do not have a replacement for you & we can issues a refund.” We flew to Boston from DFW, and then I also paid $60 to park… but don’t worry , StubHub gave me a $42 voucher. I WILL NEVER USE STUB HUB AGAIN!!!

Absolute $@&! customer service. They tell you what you want to hear when there is an issue just to get you off the phone and then when you call back to resolve the same issue and speak to a supervisor they will put you on hold and drop the call. They use “we are just the middleman” as an excuse to justify not making things right for people who purchase tickets through their company. Service fees have also become outrageous; $90 in total fees for 2 $95 MLB tickets. Have used them for years in the past and now have realized what all the bad reviews are about and will never use them again.

You cannot trust this seller, just placed an order for 2 tickets today for Presidents Cup in Montreal, they confirmed the order and after 10 min they informed us the order was canceled without any explanations. Not nice at all.

I bought three tickets for my birthday. Used Afterpay bc it was an available payment method. I got confirmation email and tickets. Then I download app and in my tickets it says cancelled. I called and was told don’t worry. Your tickets aren’t cancelled. I said ok. I called again maybe two weeks later. Again was told. No my tickets were good and were not cancelled. I asked why does it say that. She says she was not sure but assured me they were cancelled. The day of event I called again cause I’m nervous. I am told they were cancelled due to non payment. Well that’s not true. I paid w/After pay and money was taken from my acct. no resolution. No nothing. Birthday ruined.

Hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY OF ALL TIME! We purchased tickets to Braves game months ago for a Friday night game on my son’s 18th birthday. Fast forward to the week of the game and we are all watching and waiting to see what Hurricane Helene will do. Is she going to go straight through ATL (as planned)? I called numerous times in advance throughout the week and was assured if ATL was hit and the game was cancelled or postponed, stubhub would make it right. The night the storm hit our home town of Savannah GA had winds reaching 75mph from the storm. Hurricane Helene veered slightly east and mostly spared ATL, but left devastating damage for us, as well as all along the path from Savannah to Truist park. We had no power. No running water. Roads were closed and not accessible. Our fence was demolished. Trees were down. Debris was everywhere. Internet was splotchy and cell service poor. Not only were we exhausted after staying up from 9pm Thursday night to 8am Friday morning when the storm settled, we had a long day ahead of us cleaning and preparing; not to mention an expensive one bc of the cost of making repairs. Stubhub had absolutely no regard or concern when I called and explained our situation. The “well take care of you” attitude I heard 3 times previously during the week when I called was gone! Their only excuse was a scripted one: we apologize for the inconvenience. We don’t have any control over the weather. You can sell your tickets if you’d like. Blah blah blah. Absolutely disgusting was the lack of regard for others well being and the robotic and cold excuses they had. Will NEVER EVER use this company again and I plan to make it a personal goal of mine to tell everyone I know NOT to use this company. We are a huge sports family and go to multiple SEC and MLB games yearly. Absolutely shameful that this company had no genuine concern. I truly believe j could have told them a tornado demolished my house and the rep would still have read the same BS script. Shameful. Do better Stubhub!

I wouldn't give this company 1 star this is a scam DO NOT Purchase tickets from them 9-27-24 we purchased tickets a week ago and still haven't received them today Friday the game is Sunday customer service told me they don't give refunds please save yourself a headache don't do it it's a scam
