“Spent some extra money on tickets which were listed to have club access. We went into the club and were told we didn’t have club access. We stayed through the concert and I called StubHub today. The customer service person was rude, obnoxious, belligerent and refused to transfer me to a supervisor.”

“Zero stars is more like it. This is the second time this crooked company has taken my money with no tickets and no refund.
I purchased tickets to see a concert, when I went to retrieve them they were not there. I spoke with customer service for 30 minutes doing this that and the other to try and "find" them by the guidance of an agent. Which was the biggest waste of time because because it went no where and nothing was resolved (or found). I asked to speak to a manager and even that was like pulling teeth. Once I finally spoke with a "manager" all he did was say I will eventually receive an email regarding my tickets. He was unable to issue a refund, he was unable to even track down the "third party" for these tickets, he was unable to even answer when I would hear back from anyone. Almost an hour wasted for them to steel my money for the second time. This company truly does not care about the satisfaction of their customers. Everyone I spoke with from the company was outsourced. Ticketmaster is always the best choice. I am not sure how Stubhub is even a legal company anymore.
Bottom line - I GOT NO TICKETS, NO REFUND AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY!”
“They pretended like they were gonna get our tickets and told us to go. So one hour before they tried to give us rotten seats not worth 1/10 of what we paid. Apparently they don’t care if people do scams. They did refund our money but I bet a lot of people have taken the bad seats because they are already there. Suspect they are counting on it. That make it so you are up against the wall and then try to take advantage”
“They have not paid me for selling my tickets. Their policy states that they will pay the seller within 5-8 business days after the event. If I get paid on Monday, and that’s a big IF, it will have been 15 business days after the event! Many customer service people told me there was an “issue” with my payout and that they had to escalate the issue. I was never told what the issue was and was given the corporate run around by five different customer service reps. I will never deal with StubHub again.”
“I purchased tickets for a concert that was canceled, and StubHub still hasn’t refunded my money after three months! Their customer service has been useless, giving me the runaround every time I call. I’ve followed all their procedures, yet they keep “investigating” without any resolution. How long does it take to process a refund for a canceled event?
I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and accountability. I’ll never use StubHub again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Buyers beware — they’re quick to take your money but will leave you hanging when it comes to refunds!”
“I bought tickets for Russell Peters show at Comedy Mothership in Austin. Stubhub sild me two tickeys for a total of $219 and the fave value was $75.00/ ticket
I could not get into the show as Comedy mothership does not do resale tickets

“I wish I could give less than one star… bought Garth Brooks tickets for my moms 60th had her sister and cousin as well as mom and I fly to Vegas only to find they had a system glitch and could not get my tickets at the door. “I used the site for the first time! I ordered 2 tickets and they charged me 86$ fee!!!!! I called customer service and explained to them I can’t afford the fees, they’re way too high! “I purchased parking passes through stubhub. Trying to be proactive which I shouldn’t have. I get to the booth from them to scan my parking pass bar I spent 60 for and the bar code did not come up! I tried over and over hold up a long line of cars. I needed up paying again just to get in. I contacted stub hub with a claim for a refund and they refused to give me a refund but instead sent my parking tickets I no longer needed for the event. Disputing with my bank, never again and I’m let everyone I know to not use Stubhub. Customer services and resolution are in the gutter.”
“I bought great tickets to Metallica concert 7 days ago. Today I was told they could not provide those $902 worth of tickets because the seller could not provide them. They offered me much worse seats for the same price. The other option was a refund. I opted for refund. I found tickets very close to the ones I paid $902 for on Ticketmaster at savings of $187. Be wary of stubhub, they do not have tickets in hand and could ruin your plans!”
