I've now been waiting 3 weeks for my package to arrive. They use Hermes as a courier which is a sign that they put profits above customer service. Hermes have gone silent. TK Maxx won't issue a replacement product. I'm about to request a chargeback from my credit card provider.

I wouldn't even give them a star for the delivery. I ordered on the 30th of November with standard delivery and on the 6th of December no delivery.. And on the website it said 3 to 5 working days. Which have passed already.. No emails saying that my delivery has been delayed or anything.. The most annoying thing is that I need the items within the next days as I'm going abroad and they are Christmas presents. Spoke with customer service after one hour of waiting on the phone and guess what?? They can't do anything.. Its out of their control and my parcel will arrive whenever.. I can't pay extra to gave it delivered in time, I can't have it delivered in store in time.. Useless.. Its a bit disappointing to wait an hour on the phone for someone to answer and then what?? They are completely useless and can't do anything.. Do you actually help your customers whan needed?? I guess not.. You don't give a... About your customers that's how a felt and the worse bit is that I work for this company and its shameful.. Don't order online for tkmaxx as you never know if your order will ever arrive

Don't but shoes from tx maxx they fall apart after a few week. The store refuses to refund and uses the excuse it's just wear and tear.

Never shop with this company!!! The worst customers service and products!! I have purchased £99 shoes from TKMax and was not happy with the quality of them. When I tried them on in the shop they were absolutely fine and comfortable. But after wearing them for 1 day I had blisters and blood on my feet. The stitching from inside was very sharp and untidy which made my feet bleed. I can assure that this is a manufacturing fault due to sharp stitching. I went to the shop in Lewisham to get the refund, showed my receipt. A Manager wasn’t very helpful, rude, he was unprofessional and spoke to me like it’s my fault. He asked me for the pictures which I didn’t have at that point. Their manager couldn’t make the decision. He said I need to contact customer services which I did the same day. Sent my pictures and got an answer from them that it is not a manufacturing fault. I wonder how can someone make that decision without looking on those shoes. I’m not happy with their decision and want to appeal it as for me i is a manufacturer’s fault. The blisters are almost gone but now I have pain when I press on the areas I had blisters. This is totally unacceptable and company shouldn’t sell products which causes damage to the health. They didn’t even replied to my second email which only shows how indifferent they are to their regular customers. I’m very dissatisfied with their product and service

Recommendation: AVOID. Rude/aggressive attitude towards costumers. Extremely poor quality of watches. I have recently bought a watch from a TkMaxx in Edinburgh (the cost was 69.99) while I was on vacation. After a day of usage and while I was trying to set the dial to the correct day the dial fell out of its place. (the dial was closer to the middle of two days rather than pointing to a specific day which means it was malfunctioning from the start.) To my bad luck, I couldn't find the receipt, and I threw away the box because it was taking too much space in my luggage. After contacting the customer service, they did find the receipt through my credit card. They told me to go to the closest TkMaxx and give the manager the reference number and later he/she could evaluate the watch and they could discuss my options. After talking with the first manager (which for some reason he looked somewhat annoyed) he contacted customer service, and they informed him of the situation. Later he checked the watch and asked me to bring everything I have kept along with the credit card that I have used (instruction manual, international warranty, a small card with a code on it and a card that had details of return policy written by one of the staff in Edinburgh). After half an hour I was back with everything. I went back to the lady that was inside the till with the jewellery. I greeted her with a "hello", and she responded with "Oh it's you" and called a different manager. The manager arrived shortly and the miscommunication between the store employees was pretty obvious. I repeated everything to the second manager and while we were having a discussion he was questioning my purchase. I told him that he could verify it through customer service through the reference number I gave him as the previous manager did. While he was on the phone with the customer service and after he had already given the reference number and informed him of the situation and while I was standing RIGHT NEXT to him he said: "I am trying to find out if the watch is genuine." After he hang the phone I asked him if they could repair it (sent it to gant). I did like the watch after all and it was only one dial that was fallen off and under the international warranty, it mentions that they can repair it without charge. He told me that they din't repair watches. I wanted to ask him if they could send it to gant or if I could get a copy of my receipt so I could do it myself. However, I was feeling so insulted that I just wanted to leave. He offered me a full refund in a form of a gift card and after I accepted he then simply told the jewellery lady to give me the gift card turned his back on me without saying anything and walked away. The jewellery lady at that moment decided to help another lady for some reason while I was standing next to her. I was waiting patiently while they were having a 4-minute discussion. She gave me the gift card without saying a word I tried not to talk (Waiting for her at least to apologise for the inconvenience or at least say something like "I hope you find something else to your liking" or even maybe a goodbye.) Eventually, my good manners couldn't stop me from saying something and I said goodbye to her first and she responded with a goodbye herself. I suggest basic manner training to TK maxx employee in the jewellery tilt. A replace/demote/"manner training" of the two managers and the jewellery lady that were working on the 16/9/2019 and their current responsibilities. I understand some form of questioning since I didn't have the receipt but not after it was confirmed through customer support 3times (one by me when I first called them and found it through my credit card, one by the first manager and one by the second manager). I am thinking of gifting the card to someone else or simply burn it so they don't have to suffer my ordeal in case they want to return something. I suggest to AVOID TKMaxx, on 1 Drury Cres, if you are planning to buy any kind of jewellery and especially if you are planning to return anything to them.

i generally like tkmaxx high street kensington, however the ladies in the fitting room treat you like a thief. After trying some clothes on the lady counted the items then recounted them, as i was about to leave she says let me check that top still has the security tag. Why not just check and not say it like that to the customer.

Well...I have come home to recently discover I have bought two items today and have been extremely ripped off.This is not right these are the reason no one goes in shops no more.I bought some face toner for £5 and a hair mask for £25. The hair mask said it was meant to be £40 but I was soon proven that it was £5 online on a well known website and the face toner was 95p online I was shocked by this and will be telling all my friends and family not to shop at tkmaxx ever again. I have found this quite upsetting as I used to shop here all the time and will never step foot in any tkmaxx's again!!!

they have a good range of products but the staff are extremely rude & unhelpful, they need swatches on the makeup they sell because you have to open the packages to see what colour the products are. Two other women where opening the packages at the same time as me & the women working there came & yelled at me and my friend for opening them and proceed to tell all the staff working there what we had done so when I got to the till I got told of yet again and asked loads of questions about what we had done. I will never go to that store again

Just had a really bad experience in T K Maxx Reading. Bare in mind this is my mum’s favourite shop, which she shops at all the time. She took her purchase to the till and was told that the item she was about to purchase did not have the correct price sticker on it. We had already waited a very long time because there was a very long que. The person who served us refused to sell it as the price that was marked, this is really not good customer service as it was T K Maxx’s problem and NOT my mum’s. I was really shocked that the person who served us wasn’t willing to be more helpful. A good will gesture would of gone a long way to making this situation better. Severely disappointed.

Bought double quilt cover set opened up to make the bed and no buttons or eyelets in bottom to close it i didn't think TKMAXX sold seconds and this is the second bedding problem I've had the first problem was the bottom of the quilt was completely unfinished won't shop here again,so much for top names (these two products are definitely shoddy seconds

Went to Telford tkmaxx today the lady who served me was so rude and didn't like that I used my siblings discount . Her till number was 4 and her oper was 1292 wont be going again .

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from managers in the Tkmaxx store in middlebrook! Overheard them all talking about their employees in a very negative way when they was all running round working really hard whilst they stood there in a corner for approx 30 minutes watching them. Disgusting behaviour and will prevent me from ever shopping there again as I don’t want to be involved in any employee negligence.

Soot damage from TKMAXX candle. The candle we bought from TKMaxx has resulted in our walls and ceiling being damaged by soot. Only reaction: forwarded us to the company who even with all the evidence there (made loads of pictures) denying reliability. So if you want to re-paint your living room new, then I would definitely buy from TKMAXX.

Keep away from these shops......they are now riddled with posh sounding but ultimately fake brands that turn out to be TK Maxx sub-brands cheaply made in China and sold as premium clothes. The company are simply misleading its customer deliberately. This is not a sustainable strategy and will end in tears!

Outrageous delivery package was left in front of door The delivery girl from hermes left my 335£ package in front of the door. I was lucky I caught her at the time and asked her why did she left my package infront of my door! she answered, oh but that is a safe spot, leaving a pricy package in front of my door on open just 2 meters from the pavement its a safe spot for those silly people and i never instructed them to put it at a safe spot. Since they have this kind of delivery I will never risk to shop again from tkmaxx online and I'm so mad i will not shop from tkmaxx shops as well. I will be returning the order as well. If they want my money they have to learn how to handle customers properly.

I ordered a side table on line to match one I had bought in store ,when it arrived it was completely the wrong table even though the paper work said they delivered the right one ,after ringing up and speaking to a very charming girl who said someone would email me in 48 hrs ,no email arrived 4 days later rang up again ,this time told I had to wait in all day (no time given ) to pick up the table I had then wait till they have notified the office ,then they return money 3-5 days ,th en order new one ,all this because someone made a mistake in warehouse .i have given 1 star as the people on the phone at e very pleasant and it's not their fault the company aren't prepared to put them selves out when they have made a mistake . As a company on line I would not use you again and recommend anyone to be wary ,if the delivery right then ok but if they make a mistake it's the customer who picks up the pieces

Ordered an item online which was damaged. Rather than insisting on sending me a returns envelope, I agreed to return it to a store, saving them postage cost. In the store they only reimbursed for the cost of the item rather than including their postage cost telling me that I would have to contact their online team for the postage! So my help gets rewarded with having to do more admin. Of course I could have insisted, well within my rights, that they should pay for my return postage of the faulty product, and then claim all costs back in one process, but of course I did not know they would take advantage of customers kindness in this way. The online team won't respond to my emails regarding the refund. The additional postage refund of TKmaxx sending me the item, is only a fraction of the purchase price, but as they have forced me to spend this much time on it, the case has become about principles. The case has been unresolved and emails unanswered in 3 months now. What a complete waste of time. I think this is extremely unprofessional, wasting my time for a few pounds regarding postal charges, which should have been refunded in store. I have been a satisfied store customer for many years, but your online support is beyond terrible.

Over the years of being a loyal customer I have come to the conclusion BEWARE OF THIS RETAILER, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR IF YOU DO IT IS AT YOUR RISK! (1) They fail to comply with the Sale of Goods Act. They have no interest in honouring product guarantees and will call you a lair and infer you have damaged the product to bring it back. You will like myself need to involve Trading Standards in any product dispute over returning goods within 12 months even with proof of purchase. (2) Most of their goods are SECONDS and they do not declare this to the customer on the ticket or a point of sale. Countless times I have come home to try on clothes to find them dirty, poor stitching, ripped, broken, missing buttons, incorrect sizing labels, material flaws. THEY ARE MISLEADING THEIR CUSTOMERS. (3) They PRICE INFLATE all their goods. If you see something you like, GOOGLE it first. Chances are you will find it at the same price or even cheaper than TKMaxx and from a more reputable retailer who will honour product guarantees. I have been monitoring their pricing policy for a couple of years now. They misuse the RRP price on their price tags to lure and fool the customer. (4) I have broad shoulders but this company operate with the RUDEST STAFF I have ever encountered at any high street retailer. I guess I wouldn't expect anything less from this shambolic run company.
