I was offered £636 for my iPhone 15pro which following the website it was in good condition. The phone was sent via Royal Mail special delivery at £10 cost to myself. On arrival, they said it’s not in the condition I stated and offered me £100 less for the phone. Whilst adding a video which even proved how good the phone was. I went onto live chat. The advisor apparently went to their manager who approved a little extra as goodwill…. Disgusting company, I’m guessing they think you’ll just accept their offer because they have the phone. I used Music Magpie for my last phone and although the initial offer was lower, they at least pay the agreed price.

Do not use these scammers , offered £151 for my iPhone 12 mini. It was in grade A condition no scratches or signs of ware they said different and offered £105. They offer a good price in hope that once they have your phone you will except their offer , don't bother with these scammers.

SCAM. Offer you a price you then send your phone & they offer less than a tenth for no justifiable reason, once I rejected they then wanted to negotiate. AVOD these operators & find a decent company!

My sister was quite honest with me, yet she kept much to herself. Because I'm a naturally curious person, I need to know why he altered his attitude so suddenly. I hired him for the project after reading an online review. He sent me the information after finishing it in less than a day. The fact that the sister I had been in love with and faithful to turned out to be unfaithful made it painful. Their ability to help so many people in such a short period of time while upholding their great reputation continues to amaze me. Excellent work. You can contact them at Treblesltd[dot]com; they are the best.

My phone had passed all checks. I even got the document showing this yet you changed the agreed amount by 50%. This is a nasty sales technique.

Although she kept more to herself, my wife was quite honest with me. I need to know why he changed his attitude so abruptly because I am a very curious person. After reading a review of him online, I hired him for the project. He completed it in less than a day and provided me the information. It was painful because the woman I had been faithful to and in love with turned out to be unfaithful. I continue to be astounded by their ability to assist so many people in such a short amount of time while maintaining their stellar reputation. Well done. They are the greatest; you may reach them at Treblesltd[dot]com.

Typical scam process by advertising the best prices and claiming through comparison sight that scratches etc will not devalue the handset on receipt. However on arrival they claimed although the handset was in full working order with no scratches on screen, the handset is worth nearly 50% less due to light scratches on corners etc. They make it convoluted to return the handset, and I accepted the new price for ease but on reflection I would have sold privately or through another provider. I really would not recommend. Scam artists. Look elsewhere.

This company are blatant scammers, they draw you in buy offering false high prices for you phone which they never intend to pay. I was told my nearly new phone would be worth more than 316.00 British pounds. They then offered 170.00 stating my phone which was in very good condition,, (no scratches, always in a case, never dropped), and that it was in average condition. Do not go anywhere near these con merchants.

Do not use, please read and do not fall for this scam. I was offered £348 for my Iphone 14, which was as excellent condition. By the time the phone had reached them they offered consider less and after several complaints the final offer was £260.75. 1. A video was sent showing marks on the screen, this was surface and dust. 2. To have the phone returned i would have to pay the cost for additional insurance. 3. In one of the emails there was a blatant admission that they had no intention of paying the original a month quoted, quote - “To make this process as convenient as possible, we’re offering an additional £10.75—covering our business costs for receiving, testing, and returning devices—on top of the original offer, bringing your revised offer to £260.75” I am sure ‘We Buy Any Phone’ will respond to this with excuses but please do not fall for this scam, or the excuses. They will try and mitigate the disgusting business model by posting a link to the video, explaining the T&C, or insisting that I deal with the complaints department. Please read the other negative comments about fraud and other issues. The T&C is full of holes and it’s impossible to actually speak with anyone. We can’t all be wrong! I am not making this up, do not trust or deal with this company.

I was quoted £150 for my Samsung galaxy s21, which I said was in "Good" condition Once received by webuyanyphone, they sent a video showing them looking at the phone, no sound. Very weird! Then proceeded to trash the phone which in my view was in excellent condition, saying it was only "pretty good" Then they downgraded the offer to £80! Made remarks such as slight marks on screen and back, and bezel edges. The phone had always had a screen protector and case to protect it. I asked for it to be returned so they offered £10 more as that was cost of posting it back to me. I said no please return the phone. Today I went to Cex in town who after checking the phone said it was classed in category A and gave me £170 cash !! I knew it was near perfect condition. Webuyanyphone are charlatans! They will try anything to make money from you!

Absolute scam. They offer you a good price and get you to send the phone to them - then they mark the device as damaged and offer you an insultingly low price. My phone was in good condition (I didn’t select the most top option because it was used and I was being honest!) they offered £150 for it (less than I could get selling privately but it’s quicker and easier). Once they received it they offered me £20! For an iPhone! I could sell it at the pub for five times that amount. To add further insult, they also sneakily sign you up for antivirus and VPN software on a direct debit without making it clear they are doing so. Awfully dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

Awful company and awful practices. Agreed to sell my phone for £330 and stated it is in good condition, for a 3 year old phone. Came back saying it is faulty and offered £110. They claimed the casing was damaged, which it is as was in a case for all my ownership. And they claimed the camera didnt work. I managed to get them to send the phone back free of charge and of course the camera still works absolutely fine. Do not use this company and waste your time, they offer a high price in the hope you then take a very low offer

I sent my pristine 2 year old IPhone 13 which had been protected by a screensaver, lens protector and robust case. I had been offered online £265. To my horror I got a message telling me to log on as there was something wrong with my phone. I was surprised but worried perhaps I hadn’t deleted find my phone correctly. I was presented with the new offer. I entered into a live chat which took a long frustrating 15 minutes for them to respond too. Apparently I had noticeable wear on the bezels and light wear on the screen and housing. This was ridiculous but they decided I must have not cleaned my phone. After them increasing my offer to £200 I declined and said I wanted my phone back. No way were they ripping me off. They claimed they sent my phone at gone 6 on the Friday informing me this by email on the Tuesday morning. Then lo and behold on Tuesday afternoon Royal mail received it. Please do not use this scamming company. I hunted for a phone number for the company but couldn’t find one. Tried to upload pics of returned phobe but it won’t let me.

Offers high price when first consulted online. Then when in receipt of phone offer reevaluated to 1/3 less on a phone in exceptionally good condition. Shocking business practice.
