“Took 2 days off work for a collection that never happened
Emailed the depot numerous times - no response
Called the depot 52 times - just rung and then engaged tone
Called customer service - no help at all

“Received a text from the company to tell me a parcel was coming between the allotted time. No mention of who sent the parcel or what company etc. I was going to be out at the time of delivery but thought nothing of it as it would go to my neighbors or failing that they would leave a card explaining what to do next. I was wrong. Apparently my parcel was “delivered”. No sign of parcel and no sign of any card through the door. Emailed my local depot and no response. Absolute joke. Do not use this company.”

I have been waiting since 28th March for a delivery from XDP . Their tracking said it was out for delivery never arrived. I sent an email did get a response said it would be out for delivery on the 29 th only part of it arrived. Phoned office on saturday not taking calls even though their opening hours were till 12. Email to say it was out for delivery Monday 1 April that turned out to be an April Fools. I have waited in three days. I am totally disgusted by there service. I will never use this company. I am also phoning the company that I ordered From and hopefully they will refrain from using them again. In fact I will go further to say if I am ordering online and I find out they are usingXDP I will not buy .”
“Waiting on a delivery of a simple blind. I have been given notice of delivery on 2 occasions now and taken time off work to wait in. That's right you guessed it they never showed up. Looked at tracking and they put on a Exception notice . Still waiting for delivery ...and to be honest it's taking that long I will need to replace the windows first. This company talks on its site about being reliable...#joke. As for customer service i dont think they have employed anyone yet. The e mail system dont work and live chat is a No No .....all the best to anyone waiting for these to deliver. We have more chance of a Brexit withdrawal agreement”
“I paid extra for a prompt delivery. Received an email to say delivery between 12.05 to 14.05. No update all day until 17.40 to say no one was in, when there was and they MAY have left a calling card. No calling card left and when I rang the number on the email to rearrange delivery....the mobile is turned off! Even the company I used asumed the parcel was still out for delivery and it if not they would deliver the next day as they thought this company worked Saturday. Shocking service!”
“I was given a delivery time of 12:50-14:50 28/03/19 so waited in. Bearing in mind it was mothers birthday and had plans I waited in for this delivery thinking it would only be a short delay. How wrong was I! THREE HOURS LATE! So unprofessional! I emailed,
times (had no reply), I called (was hung up on and charged for the call), i tried live chat (not available)...so frustrating.
When the delivery guy arrived, i asked him why he was late, he replied he had been late all day as he had been delayed in some way this morning. He asked me if id been provided his telephone number as they should do, i told him i hadnt. That would have been perfect then i could have been close by to return for the delivery. I hope i never have to rely on this company again.”
“Ordered a tv unit. Received a text yesterday to tell me if would be delivered that evening. Cancelled my plans to then wait in and receive no delivery with no phone call or email for explanation. Had to email myself next morning again to organise delivery. Was again told it would be between 4-6 and again no delivery!!! Now unsure when it will even arrive!”

One time there was no sign of delivery driver and no call. Pathetic. No idea how this company is operational.

“After reading all these bad reviews I was very sceptical about this company. I shouldn't have been worried. I ordered my blind from make my blinds. I had an email stating xpd were going to deliver between 5.22 and 7.22. It was 5pm there was a knock at the door, I answered the door and who was it it xpd delivery driver. I was shocked he was very friendly and helpful, he see I had crutches and said do you want me to put the blind on the stairs, I said oh yes please so he did that and off he went. Only problem I had was he didn't get me to sign for the blind”

“I waited for 3 days for a package and made made countless phonecalls to the customer service line (which costs a bomb btw.) I kept getting told my parcel would arrive “tomorrow” but tomorrow came and my parcel never did. Eventually I got through to a decent person who investigated and discovered they’d been delivered to a kitchen shop around the corner from my house and they had been there the whole time. Due to matters I can’t be bothered to explain, this delayed our house move by a week. Absolute time wasters. I think companies need to listen to these terrible reviews and stop using this courier service.”
“XDP took 9 days to deliver on overnight parcel, item got damaged in the end and was failed to deliver, issue was not escalated to us. Customer cervices are very poor. They have requested to release internal commercial information in order to calculate our profits and deduct them from the claim. And trying to charge us a return delivery fee! Poor, very poor”

“Most useless company !! trying to say to attempted delivery when they didn't even come to the house or door or nothing, all got was an email to say we try to attempt to deliver ... all because they don't know the house number.... AVOID the company if you are a business and don't want your business reputation ruined”
“Excellent service well within schedule, I received a courtesy call the day before and a text 45 minutes prior to delivery, the heavy consignment was delivered 11 minutes into the scheduled delivery window. The caller and two delivery staff were very polite and helpful.”

Ordered blinds from Blinds2go who used XDP (despite the diabolical reviews) and I waited on three different days for them to be delivered but they never arrived. No notification or alternative date given, had to constantly call Blinds2go.The local depot telephone number and main number they provided were never answered and to top it all, they had the audacity to say that had tried to deliver them. It then took XDP three weeks to return them back to Blinds2go. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.”
