Well, seems like the sellers using XDP need to use another courier. Expected parcel by 10th, especially as on the 8th I had received a text saying that the parcel had been picked up from the seller. No consignment number on the text (or from the ebay seller). Web chat button does not work (the ITdept said it was because there were no agents). As my phone bundle does not include 084 numbers, I refuse to pay while a company makes money keeping me on hold - if they are a good company they would use an 03 number. Can't find an email and their web chat does not work so can't contact the company And no, the parcel has still not arrived ---- As the response from XPD is likelt to be contact the seller (even through XPD are the delivery company), the seller has advised they have had poor experience and will not be using XPD. It will be interesting if the XPD response to this comment explains why they don't have a free customer service number- pity all those who have actually made a call and been left waiting.

Only sent half the parcels which was already a day late. Totally impossible to contact. DISSPICABLE

Had text to say out for delivery and item would be here between 8:30 and 10:30 still no show at 17:30 tried to call but says office closed even though it states opening times are until 6 annoyed would be an understatement after waiting in all day and getting people over while at a meeting šŸ˜”

DO NOT USE As a company we have used XDP for some time now and have always been pleased with our local depot and drivers. We have had the odd problem but nothing out of the ordinary, UNTIL 2 MONTHS AGO. They do not collect, the local depot doesn't ever answer the phone or emails, (this is not exaggerated, the local depot has not answer their phone or replied to emails in over 2 months), our Emerald team who are supposed to look after us have lied, fobbed us off, promised call backs, promised calls from our area manager, none of it has happened. We have had deliveries marked as delivered when they weren't then it's taken over a week to get them redelivered, damages they have refused to reimburse for, delays, failed collections and whats even worse they charge you for the non collection when they didn't turn up. Collections have not been scanned incorrectly, so they register in the following week. You get two weeks of surcharges for not meeting the minimum weekly invoice total, when they were actually collected in one week. No one at XDP helps, returns calls and the accounts department won't reimburse us for incorrect charges. They are impossible to deal with and we have now taken our business else where. We highly recommend you do not use them. As a result we have had bad reviews and angry customers who we can't help because no one ever comes back to us

Just awful, they dont deliver and then when you call them to find out where is your parcel they charge you per minute. I was charged Ā£7 and could not talk to anyone!! Do not ever use it!!

Im a disabled person, and ordered a carpet rug from E.bay, Expected delivery on a Wednesday, didn't come, checked Tracking...said no one in, but I was in. Same thing the following day, Tracking saying no one in, and sent a card....I WAS IN....same again Friday...no delivery.. and Tracking saying there was a problem...apparently the van broke down... Im still waiting for my delivery...and im still IN....its now Monday...the 8th of April.

1st attempted delivery, I took whole day off & sat by front door. Didnā€™t arrive, although they said they had knocked on my door. 2nd attempt - specific instructions between us for delivery. Failed again. 3rd attempt- promised me today. Sat in all day - no show again. Absolutely shocking ā€˜serviceā€™. Writing to the seller of my item (ALDI) - they must stop using XDP. Rubbish company.

Two deliveries from XDP. The first they lost 1 of the three boxes, delivered only two and marked it as delivered with the seller. The second a rug was delivered damaged (looked like it had been dragged through the mud). A neighbor signed for it and the driver refused to accept it was damaged. Not response to email and never answer the phone. Do not use!

Was told my delivery would arrive on 3rd april between 3.30 and 5.30 pm. Nothing arrived checked on the tracking and it said it was in delivery depot again. Could not contact them by telephone or email. Then a neighbour from another street came with my goods, it had been delivered there 2 days ago about half a mile away and luckily his father knew us. The delivery address clearly stated house number 3 and it was delivered to house no 69!! Tried to call to complain but no joy. Am going to tell seller not to use them again.

Totally disgusted with xdp. Had a text message to say delivery date was Wednesday 3rd of April between 1.32pm and 3.32pm we were in all day nobody turned up sent email to xdp no reply sent another one next morning still no reply, no text or phone call from xdp, luckily we where in when they turned up unexpectedly with the delivery. After Reading other reviews with similar and worse, I think it time XDP did something about it and sorted the problem. I cannot mark how long did it take for the company to reply as nobody replied

Really bad. They don't update tracking info properly, don't send updates or let you know if delivery will be delayed, don't answer the phone (7p per min), don't answer emails, etc. Caused me A LOT of hassle and I recommend you avoid them like the plague. If you do have to send something that one of their couriers collects from you, make sure you take photos, get a signature, record the van registration ... anything that will help provide evidence in case your goods go 'missing'.

I guess one more bad review for XDP is not going to change their behaviour judging by the lamentable review history. They cannot be contacted by phone, their so-called live chat doesn't exist and they don't respond to email. They tell you they have called but there is no evidence to support that. Are they a sham or a scam? Whatever they are cheats liars and con merchants.

Took 2 days off work for a collection that never happened Emailed the depot numerous times - no response Called the depot 52 times - just rung and then engaged tone Called customer service - no help at all AVOID AVOID AVOID

Received a text from the company to tell me a parcel was coming between the allotted time. No mention of who sent the parcel or what company etc. I was going to be out at the time of delivery but thought nothing of it as it would go to my neighbors or failing that they would leave a card explaining what to do next. I was wrong. Apparently my parcel was ā€œdeliveredā€. No sign of parcel and no sign of any card through the door. Emailed my local depot and no response. Absolute joke. Do not use this company.

NOT HAPPY I have been waiting since 28th March for a delivery from XDP . Their tracking said it was out for delivery never arrived. I sent an email did get a response said it would be out for delivery on the 29 th only part of it arrived. Phoned office on saturday not taking calls even though their opening hours were till 12. Email to say it was out for delivery Monday 1 April that turned out to be an April Fools. I have waited in three days. I am totally disgusted by there service. I will never use this company. I am also phoning the company that I ordered From and hopefully they will refrain from using them again. In fact I will go further to say if I am ordering online and I find out they are usingXDP I will not buy .

Waiting on a delivery of a simple blind. I have been given notice of delivery on 2 occasions now and taken time off work to wait in. That's right you guessed it they never showed up. Looked at tracking and they put on a Exception notice . Still waiting for delivery ...and to be honest it's taking that long I will need to replace the windows first. This company talks on its site about being reliable...#joke. As for customer service i dont think they have employed anyone yet. The e mail system dont work and live chat is a No No .....all the best to anyone waiting for these to deliver. We have more chance of a Brexit withdrawal agreement

I paid extra for a prompt delivery. Received an email to say delivery between 12.05 to 14.05. No update all day until 17.40 to say no one was in, when there was and they MAY have left a calling card. No calling card left and when I rang the number on the email to rearrange delivery....the mobile is turned off! Even the company I used asumed the parcel was still out for delivery and it if not they would deliver the next day as they thought this company worked Saturday. Shocking service!

I was given a delivery time of 12:50-14:50 28/03/19 so waited in. Bearing in mind it was mothers birthday and had plans I waited in for this delivery thinking it would only be a short delay. How wrong was I! THREE HOURS LATE! So unprofessional! I emailed, times (had no reply), I called (was hung up on and charged for the call), i tried live chat (not available)...so frustrating. When the delivery guy arrived, i asked him why he was late, he replied he had been late all day as he had been delayed in some way this morning. He asked me if id been provided his telephone number as they should do, i told him i hadnt. That would have been perfect then i could have been close by to return for the delivery. I hope i never have to rely on this company again.
