“Not many words to describe this despatch company apart from disgusting, useless, amature, no respect for customers and not a clue where their packages are or their opening times.
Customer services- NONE: Every time I called them WITHOUT FAIL noone answered, left numerous voicemails and email. When I finally got through to one of the TEN phone numbers, all they wanted to know is where i got this number from and were not willing to help me with my delivery.
This is the most unreliable, disgusting,rude delivery service null and void.
Item was need for holiday and I had ordered it well in advance as to ensure that it arrived before I went and when explainbing this, I was told to cancel my holiday if the package hadn't arrived in time by one of THEIR sevice reps.
I am furious that I even had to leave 1 star.
BE AWARE OF THIS DISGRACE OF A 'DELIVERY COMPANY'

My next day timed delivery of 4 days ago is still outstanding, with no confirmed ETA.
Excuses so for are, mechanical failures, increase in freight in my area. Cant wait to see what tomorrows excuse will be?”
“Very poor service. Delivered me 2/3 boxes, so half a bed!! They do not answer the phone or emails absolutely ridiculous can't believe that this level of service exists and that they have contracts with huge companies. Still without my parcel. Pathetic excuse for a courier company”

Didn't leave cards saying they had been to deliver, wouldn't pick up the phone when chasing, wouldn't reply to any emails, eventually did get a card saying they'd tried to deliver and been ringing them for 3 days on a number on the card with no answer. Completely awful, still not received my parcel. DO NOT USE.”

“Phantom card drop even though you have waited all day twice only for it to show up on tracking that an attempt was made and a card left. Both of which are untrue. Customer service numbers that do not connect. If I know that a company uses xdp to deliver I will contact them to tell them why I would not be purchasing from them.”

“This company is no doubt the worst delivery company in the world.
I would rather pay double to get it delivered by another company.
They do not have any customer care or consideration and are very rude. They have lied to us on many occasions about the whereabouts of our items and have failed to deliver any of our purchased items.
They should not be in buiseness
It's a shame that big organisations like Tesco trust and use this delivery company to deliver their goods and keep them afloat.”
“VERY POOR IS TOO KIND.
Disgraceful service. Barefaced liars. Will never use them again.
1 package out of 3 delivered, driver advised the other two boxes we still in the depot and would be delivered next day - they didn't arrive. Contacted company order placed with and after 3 days they managed to contact courier company who said all 3 boxes had been delivered. Courier company conducted internal search and said that records showed that all 3 boxes were loaded onto van and barcode scanning showed that they had been removed from van and were delivered. Luckily the company I ordered from agreed to dispatch replacements - the value of missing items was £100.00 (I insisted that they used an alternative courier company for this delivery).
Within 2 days (on a Sunday morning) 2 boxes left outside my house even although we were home. Then surprisingly another delivery arrived on Tuesday from Parcel Force. SO... the delivery on Sunday had been the boxes that XPD said had been delivered the week before!!!!
I will make sure in future that when placing orders on line the delivery isn't made through XDP.”
“One of the worst delivery companies I have ever come across. If the company you are buying from uses XDP, I would buy your goods from somewhere else. They misled us about the delivery process, were a complete nightmare to actually contact and the goods arrived in a very poor condition.”

“Probably the worst courier service I've ever dealt with, or to be more truthful never dealt with as they never answer the phone or seem to ring back. Have lost 1 of 2 parcels and nobody can tell where they are. Utter dog dirt, if you have the option to avoid, do at all cost, unless you don't mind chasing your order or waiting 4000 light years to receive the goods.”
“Meant to deliver 8 parcels but only delivered 1 outside the delivery time. The packaging ripped and torn - it's heavy cardboard so clear have been treated/handled badly.
- No response to emails
- Both phone lines don't allow you to wait for an operator - they tell you they're busy and disconnect you. Or they tell you they're shut (even within their office hours)
- They've taken down their Facebook and Twitter profiles - probably due to the high number of complaints”

“They delivered a bed which consisted of 3 parcels the first 2 came off no bother, 7 to 10 mins later the other parcel was brought out of the van covered in foot prints and torn.the driver apologised and blamed the polish who load the vans....they then left..5 minutes later there was a knock on the my neighbour informed me there van hit my gate post , I checked my cctv and confirmed this had happened.after watching the footage the driver reversed into my post dislodging it from its foundations he gets out checks the damage and then drives out of the culdesac parks up and comes back to pick up his rear light lens..he then drove off without knocking. .I contacted the company and I was put through to someone called Martin ..not interested. .finally after at least 2 weeks I spoke with him again..again not interested. I showed him the footage he tells me he can't see the van hit the post tells me he hit the letter box attached to the wall. .another witness so the incident and a police officer has viewed the footage and clearly sees the post move..he informed me the driver committed a crime by leaving the scene of an accident. .I was advised to take them to court but its to much hassle when you're dealing with a lying transport manager...
I would strongly advise to stay well away. . If the tables were turned I'd hold my hands up”
