“After having missed a delivery, the deliveryman told me he manages his own schedule and only wants to come at 5.30pm. When I told him that no one can be at home at that time, he told me to cancel the order.

“XPD entered our property illegally whilst we were out instead of leaving a card like any normal courier. On top of that he also walked through a newly poured, clearly identifiable concrete foundation on his way to our outbuilding and back again. XPD customer services ignored our email to complain about this and have attempted to have our reviews removed from other review sites. Disgraceful company. Use them at your own risk.”

We Allso do NOT get paid extra for multiple drops to same customer.
Do not get paid for sorting and loading goods in the morning,

“My order was due 3/5 days I waited SIX and phoned their office to find the seller gave the wrong postcode! Fair enough that's the sellers fault.
I updated my details with them & was told it will have to be delivered the next day, that Next day I phoned to see what was happening. The office apologized and said they will email the depot and they gave me the phone number to call them. I phoned them and they apologized and said some reason it wasn't loaded it will be on the next day!
In the morning I checked the online for a ETA and nothing was on there! so I phoned the depot and asked if it was there- he said it was but wasn't very polite about it! I then checked on there system to see the ETA and there was a time. I waited 30mins over the time and nothing so I phoned again and said he was chasing the delivery. He phoned the driver who said will be 15 mins fair enough he was 18 mins not bad, But what really got to me was this guy said 'Boss I got something for u and walked off... I asked if it was my parcel he said here this way he made me walk to the car park to collect it from the rear of the van!! his mate got out and didn't say a word just handed me the clip board and pen I asked where do I sign he just pointed at the paper! No sign here please nothing!! the other guy said here you go and shoved this large box waighing 15kg!!! I said oh right thanks I guess you want me to deliver this to my address. No answer so I walked off drivers awful!!! Why walk to my door empty handed and make me walk to get it and walk back and to top it off he watched me limping and struggerling as I have back

I don't know how working this delivery service. I have to go to the depot and collect myself my package becuse they will never deliver. I'm very angry.”

My machine was collected from supplier on Tuesday for next-day delivery. XDP's on-line link promised delivery Wednesday. Their system "failed" so they rescheduled for 8.20pm - 10.20pm!!! I waited up but no-show. Next day I emailed XDP and received the reply "the driver must have run out of time". How unprofessional. So I contacted my supplier to chase them up. The next excuse was "driver illness" preventing delivery on Thursday. However, Friday was promised. Guess what - no delivery scheduled or made. More phone calls and emails later my supplier said the XDP manager would guarantee Saturday delivery "at the latest". Saturday morning I see delivery schedule for 7.52am - 9.52am. But no, that would be too easy. Still no show, the urgent machinery I paid for on Tuesday still hasn't arrived and no-one answers the phone or replies to emails.
NEVER, EVER USE THIS INCOMPETENT BUSINESS. If you are in business steer well clear - there are some decent couriers out there.
I HOPE XDP GO BUST SOON AND SAVE EVERYONE A LOT OF TROUBLE.”

“The worse none delivery experience of my life, do not ever consider using this company.
They first send you an email telling you that they will contact you pre delivery, do not, then leave you a card telling you to contact the depot to arrange delivery, when they have already returned the product to the manufacture. Then you get their customer service staff lying to you, just to get you off the phone, then sending you an email basically telling you that you that they have already looked into the case and basically p__s off. Never never use this company unless you want unhappy customers and failed deliveries, a great way to close your business.”
