Still waiting for a delivery that was scheduled 3 days ago. The main gripe though is the lack of tracking info. Their customer contact line is not a standard rate number and appears to be a premium one. The website is so slow and glitchy and not even worth trying. In this day and age of online shopping I have not had a poorer courier experience than this. Will avoid in future if possible.

Four times they were supposed to delivery and every time they have failed to turn up. I have never known a delivery company to be this bad I have 0% confidence this company will deliver so am cancelling my order with the company I purchased it from unless they use a different company. When I purchase an item I will specify not to use XDP they are absolutely useless.

Never recieved item ; false tracking information (tracking info said attempted deliveries, left cards - my wife does not work; delivery due at start of holidays - stayed in for over a week every day- ; poor communication would not ring back and customer service teams lie about where the item was and refused to let me collect the item in person - depot is only 16 miles away. No refund given - The worst courier company in the world - DO NOT ever use them. 23 hour courier service??????? Customer services teams members via email kept giving opposing information as to where the item was; when it was due for delivery. Attempted delivery once on a day they had promised they would not do. DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!!!!!!!

Terrible! Do not use. If I could have put 1 star, I would. This company is just absolutely useless. The tracking System is rubbish and randomly updated and so you pretty much have to have it open all day to see what is going on. Then when you do get a delivery time (usually a 2 hour slot) and they just don’t turn up. Then you get an e mail telling you that you missed the delivery and a number to call or e mail to write to BUT nobody ever answers the phone, so you leave a message, but nobody returns a phone call. So you send an e mail, nobody responds....... DO NOT USE.

The worst carrier I have dealt with. Consignment was split into two at one of the depots and they cant find the second half. The consignment was flooring for a job and the job is now delayed and ive lost money. Its been 7+ days and the helpline keeps telling me to check online. No updates online other than the consignment has been split. Ive had every excuse - backlogs at the warehouse, roadworks, it hasn't been scanned in. Seriously, this company is a courier service and they fail at their single task. Since ordering this product via XDP express I have received second class deliveries and deliveries from all other major carriers. Ive even had an order from Russia and Japan!! Left several messages and never got a call back. This company is not worth using.

At 10:04 am XDP Express Gave us a delivery window of 2 hours 16:28 to 18:28. later that afternoon. We reorganized our day to be available and waited in hope. It is now 19:15pm and am still waiting!! They have our telephone number - There is no excuse for poor service. I would give them a rating of '0' if I could.

Item despatched on Monday (paid extra for 24 hour delivery), still not here by late Thursday, no update on XDP site, no contact from XDP, will not use any company that utilise XDP for their deliveries. I would rather pay extra for a decent supplier/delivery company.

Ordered 2 beds off of ebay. One bed arrived.. 2 days late.. packaging not the best condition and a small mark on the bed frame but never mind. Now 3 weeks later im still waiting for the other bed.Firstly a bed has gone missing, the seller sent out another bed and xdp held onto it for a week then it somehow got damaged and it states that they are sending it back to the seller. Now xpd and seller are having an argument over who has damaged the bed, which the seller still has not recieved..and im sat here 3 weeks later, hundred pound down with no bed. They do not answer the phone or respond to left voicemails.I had 1 response to emails i have sent everyday asking for an update on my parcel because the tracking is nonsense. This seems to be a trend that they loose beds.I just read a few reviews on trust pilot and 3 times in the last few weeks they had managed to loose beds?? How?? Well obviously theft. The delivery drivers are just men with rusty old vans.

Absolute joke this company. First off all 1 part is showing as missing. It was ment to be delivered on a certain date which has passed and is still showing as in the delivery depot. Called various times sitting in a queue for over 13 mins each time and getting nowhere. Eventually got an email response back and I was to call for a Delivery time for the following day and shock no answer again so no further forward on getting the item delivered .DO NOT USE!!!!!!

This company really do need to take heed of the barrage of bad feedback they are getting. Firstly, I was told that a mattress I had ordered would be delivered between 1.08 and 3.08 on the first attempt at delivery. This slot wasn’t a mutual decision, that’s what I was getting whether or at home at that time or not. It didn’t arrive, update on the system says “service fail”. Yes, I couldn’t agree more. Email sent. No reply. Tried to contact on their premium rate number, no answer. System updated with a new time slot for delivery, no contact as to whether this was convenient (it wasn’t) but I needed have bothered asking for my friend to waste their day sat waiting for it as they didn’t attempt delivery AGAIN. Another email sent, another attempt to ring. No response to either. System once again updated with a delivery slot on a different day, 15 minutes before the item actually arrived(so if you don’t happen to look online at 5 minute intervals or are 15 minutes from home or more, you’re out of luck. It really is appalling. Still haven’t had a response to my email voicing my complaint either. If it’s at all possible please don’t use this company. It’s not worth the stress.

Delivery for Disabled Recipient We booked a children's new bunkbed for Friday to be built on Monday by a handyman as I am disabled. Did not show up. From the reviews here, that's not a shock really is it? Didn't reply to numerous calls. Did not respond to email. Tracking made zero sense with multiple entries of the same package saying various ambiguous things. Looks like it's worked this way so they can say they tried to deliver. However, no card, no explanation, no apology. I assure you all, there were folks in. Nothing Sat or Sun Monday we got rude replies saying 2 out of the 3 packages would arrive between 4 and 6 - after the handyman had left. The other one would arrive at their depot Tuesday. The shop themselves were confused by this and tried to help. The package didn't show up in the alloted delivery window (despite that still being 3 days late as it was) The next day tracking said two deliveries, one of two parts, one of the other. Again, multiple entries in the tracking that confused things. A driver finally turned up with one package. Told him the story and he discovered the other two were in the van. Yes, he wasn't aware and if I hadn't asked he would have gone off with them. Took video footage, marked *not inspected* when signing (disability means I couldn't inspect contents myself - there was somebody in who could have Friday-Monday of course), and also noted the damp and holes that damaged the packaging on all three boxes. Took photos of all that too. Because I'm disabled and looking after two kids it's been an utter nightmare for all involved. Even the delivery driver was frustrated - I imagine he also bemoans the utter ineptitude of the companies logistic department. Will be sending all the video, photos, email correspondence etc to the shop so they can decide if they want to use them again, trading standards, and to the head office for a explanation. Perhaps if there's not compensation for all the wonderful folks who had to rearrange things to help me out, including not being at work on Friday - Tuesday, then at the very least we could all do with an apology.

They don't give a rat's rear end about client service. Ordered a fridge from Aldi. Agreed date of delivery and paid my money. Took day off for the fridge to arrive. Dispatch notice came from aldi the night before and it held the tracking details for the courier. I waited all day for comms from the courier and all day for the delivery. It didn't arrive - tried to contact the courier..no response to emails or calls. Tracking system showed no update. Contacted aldi as, after all, they have a legal responsibility to get goods to you by the agreed date. Their response was to refund the delivery fee - no good to me when I had spent 60quid on food ready to go in the new fridge which has now been binned. I did get an update this morning - the courier could not locate my item. A couple of minutes later, I get a text from XPD telling me they will deliver in four hours time. So...I am expected to drive home from work and meet their needs? There's something up here. The text offered me the opportunity to contact the driver and change the delivery - no call was picked up or texts answered. Now my husband has got home and found the fridge left in a private workshop which should not have been entered. Am utterly disgusted with XPD - Aldi is equally as guilty for subcontracting to an absolute shower of idiots. Next they will want me to pick my own potatoes and drop them at the shop for payment! Wont use aldi again. And xpd's tracking system still shows the fridge out for delivery when it's been dumped in a workshop where anyone could have taken it.

Without a doubt the worst delivery experience I have ever had - and not because it was late! If you are thinking about using this delivery service then please read on and be warned. XPD was thrust into my realm of experience when I bought some exercise equipment. I was worried that delivery of the equipment would coincide with my holiday so telephoned the company to ask for the date to be moved back. This is my email and the confirmation I received that delivery would be rescheduled to 10/04:based on our phone conversation: Good afternoon Just to confirm, as discussed on the phone a couple of minutes ago, we will not be in a position to take receipt of this consignment until Tuesday 10th April. If you could hold on to it until then that would be great. Hello, I can confirm this has been actioned with the depot Thank you Customer Services So far so good. I then received news whilst on holiday that the item had been left outside my house 3 days early. XPD put a note through my door saying, "Delivery by side gate. Photo taken." How kind of them to take evidence to prove that they have delivered 3 days early and just left the item outside in the rain! Not only did XPD deliver 3 days early but they also can't seem to figure out when/if they have delivered; 2 days after delivery I received this email: "Dear Customer, A consignment is on its way to you from one of our clients - POWERHOUSE FITNESS At this stage the consignment has been put out for delivery by the delivery depot, and is expected to be delivered to you PM" Seriously? This was sent 2 days after the delivery was made! I later received an email that said that they, "hope you have received your consignment". Is successful delivery by XPD is based on hope? Powerhouse were trying to find out what was happening and I got an email on the same day from them saying, "I can confirm that the carriers have got back to us and that your goods are booked for delivery tomorrow." So XPD really had no idea what was going on or when they were delivering. I was lucky that it hadn't rained harder during the 3 days I was away. I still haven't received an apology from the company but, given the emails with conflicting delivery dates, they probably don't even realise that there's a problem with the delivery! I haven't even received anything close to an acknowledgement that there has been a problem but I am not surprised, given the other reviews for XPD. Think carefully before using this company!

An overnight delivery item was supposed to arrive 04/04. It is now 09/04 and it has still not been delivered. Not only that, part of the item has now disappeared off the tracking page.
