wasnt even told when delivery date was, driver just turned up wednesday while i was at work, then was unwilling to wait 20mins and offered to come back on friday and gave me a number to contact and re arrange delivery. i got no answer so i left three messages and two emails stating for them to come on the friday. the next day (thursday) the same driver calls and says he is outside my house?! my mum was 5mins away luckily but he was unwilling to wait, i told him to leave the parcel inside by the main entrance. He texted me at 12.52 to say that the door was closed so couldnt leave it but would come back friday between 12-2(specified in the text message) my mother turned up a minute after that and found the door wide open. i took a day off the friday and waited until about 1.30 and called the driver only to find out he was going to be another 2 hours?! all the driver had to do was wait a few minutes on either of the previous days and we would have had the parcel by now. i have had no warning about any timings and when i told the driver that all he had to do was wait a few minutes and we could have avoided all this drama he shouted down the phone claimed that i should have been there in the first place and that the parcel will come when it comes and hung up on me!!!!how could i be blamed for something i have had no warning on?! the parcel never turned up

2nd time in 2 weeks that parcel left at wrong address; it required a signature and this wasn't sought, parcel left (in a safe, concealed place to be fair) but wrong house name, wrong village, wrong postcode. I made several efforts to contact XPD last time to get information to the depot/ driver but no feedback at all. Disappointing, I will make efforts to avoid them in the future.

This courier company will damage your company reputation with not respecting the time line and not advise anybody if they have issue, they will simply not deliver or put for delivery for any day they want. They have just 1 driver that do 1 area and if they have any issue, your delivery is simply screwed...... Look out there your client won t get any time slot or text message that give them the proximate delivery date. It will cost you more in customer service and try to get trusted from your customer, and your reputation on-line can be ruined by a unprofessional courier, The Manager at the Depot is simply useless and not trying to find solution, you have to find solution for him and is lying to you saying he can't reorganised your delivery the next day and you'll have to wait the following weeks......That's what I call a service.....

Very poor shouldn't of had a parcel delivered last week but never turned up still haven't heard anything from them sent emails to them still no reply very poor service

Driver rang to confirm address which was great as we live on a new build so I was grateful for that however it was unfortunate that he left the 3 boxes on the doorstep for me to carry into the house 8 weeks after giving birth.

Getting an email at 11:45am telling you that you are getting a PM delivery, someone stayed in all day waiting, and the delivery turned up at 19:45 ! ! ! I included all my contact details with the order, keeping in touch is not much to ask.

Left 2 parcels of perishable goods in the wrong village. Same house number an road name but different village and postcode.

You attempted to collect a uplift 5days after you should have when you kept me in all day waiting disgusting service total waisted day waiting for collection are you going to compensate me for a total waisted day????

I really cannot believe the cheek of this email, as parcel was delivered to wrong address, half a mile up the road, driver was going to leave parcels (3 large parcels as delivery was a double bed frame) in front garden of 41 ermine street north when I live at 44 ermine street South! I had even emailed xdp to say I hadnt had delivery and they emailed back to say delivery should have been made in morning but if not would Be next day! World stores was supposed to have been sorting this matter out As we had to pay someone to collect parcels and deliver to us so requested delivery fee back but have had no joy with them as they are apparently talking to you! I have never come across such appalling customer service and will continue to pursue this matter as I am out of pocket financially. So therefore i think your delivery service is diabolical and worldstores customer service is the same and I will never use either of you again and have told numerous people about this matter so they don't make the same mistake. Terrible Service! I have had the misfortune of having parcels delivered by this company 3 times. The first time they left a calling card and I couldn't get through to the number and no one replied to emails to re-arrange delivery. I had to end up contacting the company I bought the product through. The second time the delivery was a week later than expected and after a few failed delivery attempts the items arrived damaged. This was supposed to be re-sent out to me but XDP just didnt bother re-delivering so I cancelled the order completely. The third time XDP lost the parcel again it's now been 10 days since the item was due!

Been waiting for parcel after card dropped on mat when on school run no response when phoning number on card emailed twice again no response awful awful service told to leave with neighbour still no parcel beware all you large companies out there if parcel still not delivered in next couple of days will cancel order and tell suppliers what I think a smith orpington

I had an email giving ETA 2.54 to 5.54 pm on Friday and the same on Munday. This was to collect two items for return. XDP ignored emails and phone massage (no one ancwers the phone) from both me and the company that booked the collection. XDP are rude and time wasters. DON'T USE you have been warned! !!

Absolutely pathetic. Get half an order, told the other half will be the next day between 1.07 and 4.07 but hasn't turned up at all today after trying to call continual and finally get through to b told he's running late. Honestly there is late and then just not bothering to appear.

This company is useless!!! Item arrived earlier than scheduled and I was at work. Not a huge problem as I thot I could rearrange but apparently this company do not answer phone calls...ever!!!!! Anyway, I eventually tried a sales contact number which unsurprisingly they answered...happy enough to take a sale but don't seem to carry it through!!! I asked the gentleman to pass me through to somebody who could assist me and he promised they would take my call...rang for so long then they hung up! Impossible to make contact with. The local depot is the number that has been left on the contact card...this number has been engaged for 4 days solid! Disgrace this company is running! Do not use them!!!!

I had been advised by email that this firm would be delivering my large screen TV on Thursday that week. on the Tuesday I got a text advising me "we will deliver today between 12 and 3" and I'd made plans to be out of London. so I immediately called on the number provided to cancel the delivery as I wouldn't be at home. The tone of whoever it was that I spoke to should have been a red flag .....he was saying all the right things ....ok we will come tomorrow or Thursday ......but something in his tone ..like amusement ..and he kept interjecting.. "Are you sure you don't want it delivered today?" I took time to patiently reply each time that I would be out of London for the day. Therefore I was shocked about 3.30 to get a call from a yob who claimed he was on my doormat with the TV. " im gonna leave it on the doormat" he said....I told him this delivery was cancelled and don't do that it will be stolen he said what about neighbours and I gave him the number of the flat opposite but I hadn't arranged with her he hung up and a few minutes later he called back to say the lights on but she s not answering Again his threat to leave it on my doormat, he was playing with me! but thankfully, by sheer luck Julie, my next door neighbour was off work for the day and accepted the delivery. I live in an inner city council block on a council estate and I'm not a rich woman and had saved and anticipated this new flat screen. Furthermore,I live in a block of flats on the fourth floor and for security reasons we have an intercom system to gain access. The delivery man had gained entry without my consent. I arrived home after 11pm and my neighbour knocked to deliver it , The huge box had been clearly stickered with FRAGILE THIS WAY UP red stickers and that my TV had been upended and the packaging was torn at the top corner. Disgusting service Spoiled my buying experience and distressing to deal with the situation by phone when I felt powerless to stop him dumping an expensive item on an open landing. one neighbour routinely padlocks his bike to the internal stairwell ...and that's been stolen twice! Customer service????? I do not like to be spoken to in that way when I'm paying you for a ser4vice!!! Why give customers a phone number to change the delivery time if you're going to do it any way without any apologies; and then to handle my package with total disregard for their responsibility to handle such items with care and attention?

Very upset with this company after the driver dropped off package, I signed for it and he decided to urinate in the alley at 10 in the morning in front of school kids. Have written to my MP. Won't use them or company again.

Not just abysmal but traumatic experience with this godforsaken gang of crooks. They left order on my doorstep which resulted in t being stolen and my entire house being broken into, and they claimed it must have been a dog. Words can't describe how upset I or my dog is over this allegation. I am suing the delivery firm as they are responsible for using them.

not yet recieved my delivery and already upset by cusomer service on 01277223627 missed item friday told to ring between 9-9.30 rang only to have the phone picked up and slammed down so my husband rang and the same happened to him and l mean slammed down not a good way to get five star rating lets hope delivery is okay
