“Dreadful. I receive a message 20 minutes before the delivery time to inform me of the hour time range, but 8 minutes before then the driver texts that he couldn't find the address. I text back and am indicated a later delivery time, so I arrange to be in. Nothing. I get in touch, and am told the next morning, and will get a message about time just before 9am. I cancel an appointment to be in. Just after 7 am I get an email to tell me they were unable to deliver. I cannot seem to even get into their tracking system.
Disgusting.”

“XDP were supposed to be delivering a PC I had bought from Aldi for £450. I received an email and an SMS message at 11am yesterday confirming that it would be delivered with an ETA between 4.45pm and 6.45pm yesterday.
Two men in a rented Enterprise van arrived at 7.30pm last night, rummaged in their van for a few minutes before knocking at my door announcing that they didn't appear to have my parcel and were going to return to the previous delivery address. They then disappeared and did not come back.
It subsequently transpired that the delivery men marked the parcel as having been delivered on XDP's online track and trace system even though this is patently untruthful.
I attempted to telephone them on the number I was eventually able to find on the internet only to find it is disconnected. I emailed them at their customer support email address and trackingupdates email address but have received no reply save for an automated reply that they may get back to me within 3 to 5 working days.
I have contacted Aldi customer care to look into this, meanwhile I am without the computer which was clearly dispatched, purely due to the incompetence of this courier service - DO NOT USE!
If I could have given them less that one star I would have done.”
“You can't contact them, no sign of my product. no knowing when it will show up! Why are companies using XPD? If you can, ring your bank and get them to get your money back. Let's hope they go bankrupt and stop letting people down, and conning us hard working folk. I'll never use these (XPD) again. I'm ringing trading standards in the morning. **** Apparently you can track your order. I've tried that, however the order number (or product number) I have for my product is not even recognised! As I say please try and get your refunds sooner rather than later.”
“I have ordered a piece of furniture from Objekts who use XDP as the delivery company (or their supplier does) and I've had nothing but trouble with this order.
First of all, no notification was sent to advise of the delivery window - you have to keep checking the tracking website and hope it's updated (it takes a long while). In the first instance they delivered only one box (out of 3) and the driver, when challenged, shrugged and said he only has the one box and maybe the other 2 boxes are with another driver.
When I checked the tracker it said that ALL BARCODES were scanned and delivered (there were three barcodes for the 3 packages making up the order) which was wrong! Only one arrived. I tried contacting XDP straight away - on the phone there is a messages saying they will not speak to anyone regarding order status unless you have an account with them. I then sent them an email - never had any response.
I then emailed the furniture supplier and finally they said the other two boxes are still in the deliver depot and will be out for the delivery soon. 3 days later the order finally left the depot and the 2 hour delivery window was assigned. We had to stay in to wait for the delivery but the delivery window came and went and nothing arrived. No message to explain why, no update on the tracker. This is now 6 days since the first of the boxes was delivered and after reading all the reviews here - all from this week no less - I have a sinking feeling that we are also in for a battle to get out piece of furniture finally delivered.
Their lack of customer service response is appalling in this day and age, I don't know why anyone would choose to use them.
If you can provide me with an update and a guaranteed delivery slot when the drivers ACTUALLY turn up - that would be much appreciated.”
“So many bad reviews of this company’s service why are folk still using them. I have the same issues with this company. Failed delivery’s so they claim , driver never even showed up! Lost items . This outfit has to be the worst out there!! Let’s see what Watchdog has to say about this shower !!”
“I guess this bloody company has developed a thick skin to bad reviews. My whole day was wasted yesterday waiting for them to pick up returns to Aldi. Why can’t these trade companies stop using this people, it’s not worth it, no matter how cheap they may be. I can’t think of any reason why people should use them, they are unprofessional and never bother to update you about not showing up. Utterly useless lot.”
“AVOID at all costs.
Blinds2go 'used' this courier. They sent a delivrey time one day, never showed up. Called, apprently the driver got sick and they just didn't inform anyone. This was friday. I was promised they always redeliver Monday. They then didn't bother the that day and tracking said 'delivery exception' at 7AM. Another call and they updated tracking to say they would deliver before 5PM Tuesday. No delivery or call. Called back (not to XDP, you cant get hold of them) to blinds2go and advised still out for delivery.
Guess what. No delivery. Called back 0905 on Wednesday to be told that they had already gone out today and my consignment was not on their van. Assured it would be delivered tomorrow (Thursday). Who knows if that will happen.
If you can afford to take a week off work in the hope you might get a consignment from these, good luck!”
“Pity I can’t give a zero. I’ve been waiting in for two whole wasted days for them to collect a parcel for returning. They sent an estimated time for collection, they didn’t show, got in touch said they would be out next day, still haven’t shown. Now fuming. It was exactly the same with the delivery.”
“After 3 BROKEN promises to deliver a large and heavy order, the supplier said he would send out a new consignment. I said I would ONLY ACCEPT it if he sent with another courier as I no longer trust XDP.
Maybe they are stealing the goods?There are lots of theories.”
“This is the fourth day they keep the parcel in delivery depot. They schedule delivery, then it doesn't happen and the parcel goes back to the depot. The only response I got from the customer service is that they tried to deliver. This an obvious lie as someone was home at all times and we have CCTV with motion detection which has not been triggered.”

“Terrible delivery company. Ordered a bike from Aldi. It was the second day that I haven't received anything. I was checking the tracking app, I was at home all day, but nobody turned up, but received a missed delivery card.
I contacted the supplier to solve this problem as I can't wait every day for nothing.”
