“Please be aware of this scam of a delivery company , they emailed me two days after they said my item was out for delivery ,we have been at home on both the days and no show of the delivery . It was rescheduled for the following week again waited in and no show , this time stating exception not in bay ! I am unable to change dates and I have no response to emails . there seems to be a common theme , are items going missing and not being delivered , this is theft ! I have asked for refund from my seller as I have no confidence my item will arrive .

“Its says sorry to hear you have had a bad experience whilst typing this review, but thats not true. I have been back and fourth with customer service from aldi as the customer service number for xpd charges. There has been 2 delivery attempts so far but I have been home everyday for a week. I received my smaller items but my first item (wardrobe) is yet to be delivered. My phone number is on the parcel if the courier is having difficulty finding my address why not call me. I live in a flat and the item is heavy. The courier does not want to deliver the item. Thats the truth. If you do not want to lift heavy items get a different job. If I do not receive my item by next week I will take it as my item is stollen. The picture shown on my tracking info has a note saying not home today. LIES. Im absolutely furious. The worst delivery service I have experienced.”

“Excellent speedy service. 40kg parcel sent from London to Cardiff in 48 hours. Good tracking app also. Highly commended. Good comms from driver ehen nobody home and took it to a neighbour. Would use again.”

“I agree totally with everything relating to appalling service from XPD.
My delivery was due on 11th March between 7.48pm and 9.48pm. I waited until 10.15pm and no one arrived.
Today 12th March I have tried to contact them without success. I have been in all day and have now received an email telling me they have attempted to deliver my item today.
This is completely untrue as a door entry system has to be used and noone has called me.
I have battled with their very unfriendly system and have rebooked it for Monday 15th March. I have no idea what time it will be.
I will never knowingly use this Company again.”
“Bought a laptop from Aldi. Was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days. 2 weeks after that, it still hasn't been delivered by XDP. They had it shown to be delivered 5th. They didn't. Changed to 9th. They didn't. Gave up and cancelled the things and waiting for money back from Aldi - who are every bit as bad. They never bothered to get onto XDP, who therefore dawdled when supposed to be delivering. I'll check who is supposed to be the courier when ever I buy anything on net again. If XDP, I'll go elsewhere. Another thing about XDP You can't contact them. They change 7p a minute and don't seem to answer when you're hanging on the line”
“Was waiting for a sports equipment delivery from Germany, received an email and a text from xdp informing me about the reception of the parcel on their end and a tracking number. Was very happy as I have been waiting for this order for over a month and understandably due to Covid19 and Brexit delays were to be expected especially on international service. Was meant to receive the parcel on 09.03.21 between 6:30-9:30. I made sure everyone at home knew about the delivery so it wouldn't be missed. Unfortunately, there was no delivery. Instead the following day I received a message on the tracking application informing me that my parcel has been successfully delivered at 7:06 as scheduled the day before with my apparent signature on it which was basically my first name in capital letters. I am a grown-up man and use my surname to sign for anything, not a first name written in capitals. I would really like to get an explanation of what has happened. I have checked with neighbors and none of them could tell me that they have received the parcel for me. I have emailed the company with all the details of the apparent delivery as when calling was left waiting for good 25 minutes with no answer. I would have never used the service of this company after reading some horrible reviews on here unfortunately the company that I bought equipment from is based in Germany. I will be contacting them too to inform them about the situation. This is simply unacceptable and from what I can see I am not the only person losing money on receiving completely unprofessional service from XDP. Peter”

Scheduled delivery 8.3.21 no delivery arrived 9.3.21 delivery estimate between 12.43-2-43pm waited in no delivery phonecall at 2.30 from driver my delivery isn’t in his van is in another apparently. 10.03.21 item carded at 13.13pm for 9.3.21 even though I was at home? Another notification another carded item for 10.17am 10.3.21 even though again I was home and no knock no nothing? Have tried emailing, calling & “live chat” all of which have been unanswered... absolutely ridiculous”
“ONLY 1 STAR BECAUSE I CANT DO A REVIEW OTHERWISE. Appalling service. Was due my parcel a (£300 wardrobe) on an overnight delivery a week ago. I was given a scheduled delivery time yesterday, it never arrived. I even rang to make sure it was arriving and was told they were just running late. It didn't arrive anyway, and It was noted as 'carded' meaning attempted delivery. Lies. I waited in all day and no attempt was made. Then today scheduled delivery time has been and gone, and STILL no delivery. I'm still waiting for this to be resolved.

“Terrible delivery company. Twice now they have not delivered items and been dishonest. Given a time of 8:00pm to 10:00pm delivery. Very obvious from tracking the delivery driver had far too many deliveries left to make this slot. With no surprise a grainy out of focus photo is taken and posted by driver saying undelivered. Now the item is being returned to sender and they have cancelled order. Not to be trusted as all these other reviews further demonstrate.”
“Really bad courier company!! Driver could not locate my address and did not bother to contact me (an issue that I’ve never had before) .
Another driver was assigned for the following day, I provided fool proof directions and descriptions of location. He had trouble communicating due to very very limited English, so again could not locate my building even after being on the phone with him and directing him!!!
Won’t be ordering from a company that uses XDP again.”
