While showrooms remained closed for Covid, I relied on Mike for his expertise and product knowledge. Mike also has a keen understanding of the installation process, and that put me at ease - a gentleman!
On the scheduled date, Mike (a different Mike) the Installation Contractor arrived for what was to be a one-day job.
