“Been ordering for a while and haven’t had an issue but the very second I have any kind of issue with their product and they outright REFUSED to fix it even when I caught it minutes after I placed my order. I always double check all my information and somehow they sent it to an old address that they should have had no way to know because I did not use my account with them when ordering that’s over two hours away from where I live currently for over a year. Asked customer service to please change my address to the correct one within ten minutes of placing my order and an hour later she claimed it was already shipped. I took a tracking number and lo and behold it was not shipped for another two days. Nothing but a scam with toys that break in under a year everytime. Trash. Wouldn’t recommend if they paid me.”
“I ordered 2 days shipping they charged me 63.99 on my card my detail order on my email stated the same thing. however, when I went online to my account order details it was different! my delivery date was somewhere between dec 6th and the 12 even though I ordered it on nov 25 and said it would be here on the 27th. I called customer service, and the lady argued with me stating i only paid for the standard shipping! I told her my card says otherwise she told me to contact my bank! she also told me that the product I ordered was back ordered and wouldn't ship until the 30th! It did not give me any warning when i went to purchase the item.

“First and last time ordering, first of all they sent it to the wrong address. Some random address I dont even know but I caught it as the item shipped and called to try and change it. The woman on the phone was extremely rude. Didnt ask an order number or anything just my name and when I gave it she said and I quote "thats not who you are, I need to speak to the person who ordered it or I cant help you". After telling her that it was me several times she still said she wouldnt help me and that im not who I say I am even though I was able to give an order number and the last 4 of the debit card thats also in my name. Terrible customer serives, she even said Im not allowed to speak to her supervisor or Hr so I hung up the phone and called again and got a different woman and she fixed the issue in under 5 minutes. Thanks to the woman that helped me but the previous customer service will make it so I never buy from here again. I now understand why amazon is taking your terrible business.”
“I placed an order and never received an email confirmation but the money for my order was pending in my account. I reached out to customer service via chat and advised them of this and was told that my order was being processed and was given an order number and that my confirmation email would be in my spam, which it was not. I contacted them again and was advised by a different person that there was not an order purchased and that some banks will show pending and that it should go back to my card. I checked my emails the next day and still nothing. So I reached back out to customer service via chat and the person was rude and advised me that I was told yesterday that my order was being processed and gave me an order number. When I searched for the order number I got an error message saying there wasn’t an order! At this point I just want my money back and I will never order from them again!!”
“I paid $17 extra for expedited shipping (delivery latest today). I contact support after I learned through tracking that it isn’t coming until next week or thereafter; they told me they won’t give me a refund for the delivery fee I paid for even though the delivery will be the same as if I didn’t pay additionally. I will never purchase from this company again and I have been for years!”

“Bad experience from start to finish. They fail to mention delivery is ten days out. And they will ship your order in the most cost effective way for them regardless of what you might expect. “So my wifes order from Adam and eve was listed as delivered to the individual. By UPS, however my nor I received the package. My wife contacted customer service right away and told them about the situation to which customer service replied to contact UPS 🙄 which my wife did immediately after exactly 3 weeks of no response by phone email text or postal mail my wife again contacts Adam and eve customer service, telling them that she has not been contacted by UPS. To her surprise customer service informed her that ups Stated that they had not been able to get in contact with my wife so she would not be receiving a refund or have her order replaced. So my wife is ultimately out about $200. Since the time my wife reported her package missing and eve has removed all evidence of the order and her account she had with them. Adam and Eve have yet to make things right and essentially stole her money. This is the order number no record can be found 04192461261”

“Ordered a few things on 9/1. It’s currently 9/13 and no package to be seen. I have never encountered such horrible customer service. Why are they like this?!?! I contacted them 3 times. Today, I had enough and told them to issue a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Looks like I’ll just order from Amazon from now on. Should have just done that to begin with. The responders to my emails have been very short and not sweet. Seems like Adam and Eve needs to get some customer service consulting done.”
“I placed my first order with adam and eve, paid for expedited shipping, expedited processing and was expecting delivery on a specific day. I did not receive it when promised so I called customer service to find out what happened. The rep told me they would not sell to me because my name and address were flagged because of an order over 4 years ago that they said they somehow lost money on. I asked about the purchase 4 years ago and they said a female returned something so they wouldn't sell to anyone at my residence. Me, being male, asked what does that have to do with me? All I got was sorry, is there anything else I can do? I asked why I had to wait 4 days and call them to find this information out? The lame answer I got was we don't know about the orders until someone calls. Worst customer service ever. Don't waist you time with Adam and Eve.”
“Their shipping is so slow it is unbelievable. Ordered over a week ago. Tracking shows the items in limbo somewhere in Ohio. Customer service will not help for another week. Ordered on Amazon and already have items in hand after one day. Will return products, if they ever show up.”
“BE WARNED...THIS COMPANY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND CANCEL YOUR ORDER AFTERWARDS. I tried to make a purchase on Adam & Eve...a purchase that Adam & Eve said was rejected by my Credit Card company (although it still shows as "Pending" on my credit card account). I then tried to make the purchase via Paypal. Pretty quickly, I get a message that this order was processed, but I noticed that Adam & Eve had went into my account and changed the shipping address from the P.O. Box I listed - to my home address (presumably, provided by PayPal). So, I sent a follow-up email to Adam & Eve asking them to redirect my order back to the P.O. Box address that I had previously listed. Then, I get an email in response from the company threatening to close my account because I had "used their discount codes for multiple orders" - which is the same order that was cancelled by Adam & Eve the first time I tried to execute the order. Also, they said my order had been cancelled...which, in their system, still shows as "processed." Lastly, they refused to change my shipping address. In short, if you are trying to protect your identity and don't want your sexually explicit packages to be delivered to your neighbors house (by mistake), use another company. Adam & Eve will not even try to work with you. At this point, I have three credit card transactions that are showing as pending, and no order being processed (all have been cancelled by Adam & Eve). I have to trust that Adam & Eve is going to eventually refund my money. With the lack of customer service provided thus far, I feel that I'm going to have to fight to get my money back. BE WARNED...use another company.”
