I am extremely disappointment and frustration with the entire experience of purchasing a freezer from this company. It has been a complete nightmare from the very beginning, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience to warn others. I placed my order for a new freezer on Friday, 09/06/2023, after confirming with their live chat support that if I paid an additional £60 for weekend delivery, I would receive the product by the following day. As a business owner, it was crucial for me to have the new freezer to replace our broken one and prevent any further damage to our stock, which was worth at least £1,000. To my dismay, the freezer did not arrive as promised on the confirmed day. Frustrated and concerned, I immediately reached out via email on Saturday, 10/06/2023, seeking an explanation for the delay. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from them since then. Their lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also incredibly rude. Seeking a resolution, I decided to call their customer service on Monday, 12/06/2023. To my disbelief, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, refusing to even let me explain the situation. She abruptly hung up on me without addressing my concerns. It was a shocking display of disrespect towards a paying customer. In a feeble attempt to appease me, the customer service representative offered a mere £30 as compensation for the late delivery. This gesture was unacceptable, as the stock we had at stake was valued far greater than that amount. I insisted on speaking with a manager to rectify the situation, but the representative claimed that she would put us on a list and request the manager to contact us within five days. To my utter dismay, the manager never bothered to reach out to us. Fed up with their lack of professionalism, we called them again after a week to express our continued disappointment and remind them that we were still awaiting a response from the manager. Once again, they assured us that they would make a note and request the manager to contact us promptly. However, it has now been almost a month, and we have not received any communication from the manager or any other representative. The complete disregard for customer satisfaction, the lack of communication, and the unfulfilled promises have left me utterly dissatisfied with this company. The level of unprofessionalism and negligence demonstrated throughout this entire ordeal is simply unacceptable. I also made a specific request for the company to notify us at least one hour in advance of the delivery, so that the delivery person would not have to wait unnecessarily. Unfortunately, this message was not relayed to the delivery personnel at all. As a result, the delivery person had to go deliver elsewhere and then return to our shop, causing further delays. I want to acknowledge that the delivery person himself was very professional and handled the situation well, despite the miscommunication from the company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We placed one order and when we tried to pay the payment failed and page reverted to previous screen asking us again to choose the card type. We thought we chose the wrong card type 1st time so we tried again and it worked. we have been presented with the confirmation page. So we thought all is good and we just wait for out order but we noticed we received 2 separate order emails and they too money twice that is when we realised that payment went through twice. We thought we will just call them and ask them to refund one order only to be told that we will incur a 5% fee if we want to cancel. We pointed out to them that it was a failure on their side as their system failed to show the order confirmation page first time but these guys are insanely rude and simply do not know what customer service is. We never order from they again, have been disgusted by this experience.

I ordered a vacuum sealer on the 5th May which was faulty. After dealing with the worst customer service representative in my life, Morgan, and sending 4 videos showing the item was faulty and explaining a bunch of times what the issue was they finally allowed me to return it. The item was collected on June the 14th which shows how long it took to get the return sorted - after this I heard nothing.... I called them on the 5th July asking for an update and its still in the warehouse waiting to be seen as they have so many returns the engineers can not cope.... this speaks volumes about the products. If you are lucky enough to get a working product and not deal with customer service I am very jealous. Like others have written it looks like they only listen to solicitors and legal threats.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS Used/refurbed/returned clearance rubbish sold as new. Inflated prices with false discounts to trick buyers. Customer service is a joke and will not accept any responsibility, insisting on fees for returning damaged and poor-quality products in blatant disregard of consumer law.

NEVER ORDER FROM ADEXA DIRECT! I was refused a refund for a smashed up item I was sent based on their 'policy' but when I reviewed their policy online it was clear that I was in the right and the company was not providing the customer support stated on their website. I have had to pay for an unusable, smashed up plastic storage box. Plus the delivery was two weeks late and I had to chase it three times!!!

I would not recommend Adexa . They have no customer service . They have no interest when one of there items is faulty. Asking me to take video then telling me to get a quote for parts only then telling me it’s my fault for not reading there customer policy on faulty Goods. I will never use them again

Beware of this shoddy firm, I’d bought from this lot years ago and the order was perfect, this time haha perfect wouldn’t even be on the same page. Website states 3-5 working day delivery, we’re now on day 8 and they hadn’t even despatched the order. Now this wasn’t an order for an entire restaurant’s worth of kit, no just one measly tabletop pizza oven. Customer service was just of the opinion “that is just a guide, we’re trying to despatch orders as quickly as possible, couldn’t even tell me if despatch would even happen in the near future. Needless to say cancelled the order, and they’ve had the audacity to skim off 25 percent for a “restocking fee” restocking of what? You didn’t even pick the product from the shelf. I’ll be putting together a claim for that remaining 25 percent be sure of it. Just read the flurry of other pants reviews this companies had and you’ll see there’s no smoke without fire. How some of the exec’s even have the Gaul to list this place on their LinkedIn is almost comical.

They sent me the wrong item that cost 1200. They refused to take it back and my only option is to send it back myself at a cost of 600. Mind blowing that these con artists are getting away with it after reading there reviews.

Worst company ever!! Bought a fridge, broke after 3 weeks, only they could supply part which they said come from abroad. Still waiting 6 weeks later with no one telling me when part is arriving. This company is a SCAM!!! Report them everyone! Enough is enough!!

customer care is run by moroons. Please do youselves a favour and avoid at all costs. items are of a poor quality. they arrive damaged and there is no way of returning them. all is offer is a pathetic £5 discount of the next purchase. Please dont land up in my situation. AVOID

Purchased fridge and notified company within a week that it was not functioning correctly. Item was freezing then running with water. Months on still not working and completed checks on fridge as they asked me to. Not fit for purpose. Issue not resolved and no refund as requested. Waste of over £400. Worst experience ever appalling customer service and products of poor quality. Delivery service was also poor. Requested a refund to no avail. I have provided photos to the company of the issues. The whole experience has caused distress and we are left with a fridge which is not fit for purpose.

Avoid!!avoid!!!!ordered a deep fat fryer,was told from my local gas safe engineer that their product are NOT UP TO EUROPEAN STANDARD! Which they wouldn’t install it for me,got in touch with customer service,they want me to return the product at my own cost!how does this company even operate in the UK! I’ll certainly get in touch with trading standards!

Awful. Ordered two products from them. The mixer arrived damaged and they offered £70 refund less than 10% off the product. We needed to use it for a function so no option but to accept. The second item, a fryer, wouldn’t work. Sent engineers report. They have excuses why couldn’t accept it. Eventually accepted it and still wouldn’t do anything. Now at stage where I asked for an exchange/refund. They said would test the product themselves. No indication of how long etc. Just said refer to their T&Cs. So now this affecting our business. Dreadful company Avoid them at all costs.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! SUPER BAD CHEAP QUALITY DEFECTED PRODUCTS!! That’s why their return policy force people to keep their junk.. It was my bad I did not check the reviews before making a purchase. It’s a nightmare to return their faulty products.. ridiculous amount of stress they are giving. This company need to shut down. Never have experienced such a bad customer services and the products are very very cheap quality!! They know how bad their products are that’s why they have made return impossible.. I am definitely going to take them to the court they are scamming people they need to shut down!!!

Cancelled my order as Adexa could not fulfil it. They somehow only cancelled the out of stick items (and not the whole order as requested) and sent us the incomplete (cancelled) order. The customer service team is less than helpful, rude and very aggressive. Adexa refuses to refund or organise collection of the order we cancelled. I have spend so many hours with them and getting nowhere. Wonder how they can still be trading - reading others reviews. Please stay away from this company.

Brought 7 items from them at the end of April for our community kitchen, which is a charity. When the items arrived we helped the driver unload them as he was on his own. He left. We then started to assemble the 6 stainless steel tables. We soon discovered that two of the tables were damaged. One was still usable but the other was damaged so that the leg would not fit therefore impossible to assemble. I rang them immediately and was told to send photos, which I did immediately. I was asked if we would accept the slightly damaged item with a discount. But no figure given so far. When I heard from them, some days later, I was told I should have checked the goods before the driver left as per their t&cs. This is unrealistic, which I have pointed out to them. No response. I was also told we would need to pay for the courier to return the item, again unacceptable and illegal. Even sent them an email drafted by Which? and quoted the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They are still telling me that we have to pay to return the item. Looks like we will need to contact Trading Standards. It’s counter productive as I am a member of of church looking to completely revamp the kitchen, which would have run into thousands. Will find an alternative supplier. If you have ordered something from them DON’T sign the delivery note until you have checked every screw and fitting.
