Package attempted to be delivered but never happened because you have s so stupid delivery people who can't read English.

I have had difficulty receiving all of my orders in the last several months. It used to be so good but there deliveries have completely tanked. It's not acceptable to wait for delivery only to have to go through the refund process. Its become a complete waste of time and a horrific hassle.

Put in an order, order gets cancelled and then account blocked. I phone Amazon, they unlock it guarantee it wonā€™t happened again and it does. 5th time now of this happening. Just spoke to some specialist who transferred me to another specialist and hung up. I have no energy left. Youā€™ve made it impossible for me to spend my money.

The only thing Amazon is good at is sending items and Excepting returns. Good luck if thereā€™s a thereā€™s a problem with either of those two things And itā€™s not the sellerā€™s faultā€¦ dealing with Amazonā€˜s customer service is the worst in the business. They have no idea what theyā€™re talking about and will pass the buck continually until you give up. Even if you press on and speak with a supervisor, youā€™ll get the same treatment. You may even get hung up on because they donā€™t know the answer. And this is speaking to them politely theyā€™ll still do all of the above. Amazon, you just Continue to get worse as time passes. Shame, because content and execution is there, but thatā€™s where it stops.

Incompetent delivery service, Said it was a new driver, could not find address! Hahhaha. Ordered $1000.00 phone on prime 1 day did not deliver. no contact information for delivery co. on order, even though they say there is! Amazon customer service a joke!! try to get a hold of someone....... one person told me no problem. will make special order to deliver that day, then transferred me to the MOST RUDEST PERSON on Live Chat (Fazal) who basically told me to go pound sand, will cancel my order and expect a refund of approx. $1033.00 for Visa within 7 to 10 days.. for something I never received!! Seriously, 2 days later, still not received!! will cancel and buy elsewhere at better price.! YOU A JOKE AMAZON!

Amazon is purposely using their website to create confusion when ordering and it's very easy to choose the wrong choice in shipping because they're constantly pushing Prime on you and even if you speak to a customer service rep 2 minutes after ordering a product they will lie to you and tell you not to worry about it that they will take care of it so my advice to anybody ordering from Amazon is check your shipping label immediately and if you see a problem cancel the order immediately... I've been trying to get a refund of $15 for shipping that was qualified for free shipping since before Christmas and we are now mid-January..

3 deliveries in a row were delivered to the wrong address, the driver took a photo of an address that was clearly wrong. Last delivery took almost 2 days to arrive from a center 2 hours away. The driver was clearly speeding in our park, stopped and tossed the package on the corner of our deck then drove away, no contact attempted. Fortunately the item wasn't breakable but the package was barely sealed in one spot. Packages have arrived in our park at 2 am when we have a gated park, how does this happen? Packages have also been dropped over the gate at night and left there. Very poor service. Wouldn't buy from Amazon if there was actually stock in the stores. It seems like Amazon is deliberately set up so you can't complain directly to them , so automated it's impossible to get anywhere.

I have two orders on Amazon, one I ordered in December just before Christmas and the other was ordered this week and was expected to arrive today, I check your website and it now says 'We are sorry for the delay. If you have not received your parcel you can come back here for a refund. I don't want a refund, I want the stuff I ordered.

They lost not only one, but TWO stroller/car seat travel systems!!! No third parties were even involved, it was sold from and shipped from Amazon. They refunded the first one that was ā€œdelayed due to extreme weatherā€ to lost in transit. The second however, the demanded that I send a copy of government issued id to ā€œverifyā€ the abnormal activity on my account. Maybe if they had my picture, it would magically prove it was really me!! I asked them to tell me where the order was as the tracking number they provided would not work, and they could not say where the item is. They charged my card and took my money fine. Iā€™m honestly so disgusted with amazon. Iā€™ve cancelled all my subscriptions with them and will not be ordering again. Time to put my money back into businesses that deserve it!

I made a purchase on Amazon it was taking too long so I then did the steps to get a refund. I then repurchased the same item. Now the item has completely disappeared and there is NO REFUND AMAZON HAS STOLEN MY MONEY!!!! AND TOOK THE ITEM RIGHT OF MY ITEM BOUGHT!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!! AMAZON TOOK MY MONEY I AM SO UPSET. I think that because I bought so many things they thought it was ok to STEAL MY MONEY !!!! THEY THOUGHT I WOULDN'T NOTICE SHAME ON YOU AMAZON CANADA!!!!!!!!

Although it has taken multiple calls and two months, I had the pleasure of speaking to Aly today. Although the return pickup service, Dragonfly, picked up the wrong parcel, which was from Bath and Body Works, not Amazon, they credited me for the amount of my Bath and Body Works which has gone missing. How could Dragonfly pick up a box that has a delivery label on it to me from Bath and Body Works and think that it is a Amazon return. Thank you Amazon for taking customer service seriously.

If i could review lesser i would. giving a star i think it wrong. been with company for many years. never had an issue. rewardops started and was linked with aeroplan. worked great for first 2 years then the link stopped picking up the purchases, i verifiec log in with aeroplan and into amazon and over a year and a half of purchase went unrecorded i provided everything to reward ops and then came back in 1 days saying to bad so i will be closing my aeroplan and my amazon account and switching to temu and westjet.

I have a Prime membership. Delivery drivers are increasingly unable to find our address although Iā€™ve had multiple successful deliveries. Drivers text or call but the text line is only open for 5 minutes; if you miss it by 6 minutes you canā€™t reply to it. The customer service option by phone or on the website is useless because itā€™s a chatbot that canā€™t answer your questions. What is the point in having a ā€œguaranteed deliveryā€ date when the driver is actually on your street or in the complex and canā€™t walk 20 feet around a corner to find your front door AND there is absolutely no consequence to getting your delivery 2 days late?

Amazon is terrible. They blame you for things that they did. They don't actual fix all your problems. Some they fix and others they don't. Some require contacting them twice or more. They also terminate an account over copyright and they don't give you warning that they will do that. They are unreasonable. There were several books that were on pre-order. They were all cancelled by them and when they accepted an appeal to reactivate they never re-activated the pre-orders. They were stuck and couldn't be updated either. They force you to contact them. People said that there are two copies of the books and one version is the cancelled copy and gives no page reads. A request was made to remove the cancelled version but it was still showing in the Kindle store on the phone app. Wrote and complained but then they blame you and also tell you to clear your cache. Such a foolish attitude. There are other times they don't give you the answer you need immediately and force you to repeatedly contact and specify what you need. They also block books when they don't like that it has too much referred content. They have the worst customer service. They allow AI authors that don't even write and illustrate to publish books and don't even realize that some of them have a separate review account and review themselves and give others a 1-3 star rating while they give themselves 5 stars. They should never be allowed to publish. 90% of the time they are awful and even have a bad attitude and a copy and paste answer that is not even useful. They keep saying that the page reads are right even when there are many missing and they never compensate you for those missing page reads. They allow nasty reviews to be posted about your book from people who have no respect for the content written and put their own opinion because they don't agree with what you wrote and those who hate AI judging and giving poor reviews. They are charging more for the kindle books than they used to. Their marketing campaigns don't work well for my books and they charge for the advertising when you get a sale. It is not worth the money.

The customer service is absolutely atrocious and useless. I was transferred to 11 different people and none of them could give me an answer on why I didn't receive my new Amazon card in the mail. All my accounts have been cancelled due to the terrible service.

I waste my time putting the order through, then I get a message saying that I will receive my package within two days because I am a Amazon Prime Member. Then from there on, I get about 5 messages stating a different delivery date.......then finally after weeks or months, I have to call Amazon to find out where my package is, then have their customer support person tell me, that it got lost somewhere. What crappy customer service is this. I am getting totally turned off in shopping with Amazon.ca. Believe me folks, this kind of bad service happened to me many times. If I earned a penny for every, "sorry", then I would be rich

Poor customer service and poor delivery service. Protocol is not always followed where pancakes are left in the lobby instead of being brought to the unit door as instructed and based on Amazon policy! Packages are also being thrown sometimes by the delivery guys and delivered to the wrong unit or the wrong building.

I was trying to resolve the issue with the gift card since December 24th. Christmas was ruined because I was promised that agents form the gift card department would get back to me within 48 hours. No one ever did. I contacted suppprt again, they promised to get back to me within 24 hours and again, guess what, no one ever has. So today I spent good 1.5 hours with them trying to resolve this. I was switched between the agents and departments until one moron just hang up on me without any kind of resolution options. Wait, they did offer a resolution to email them the proof of purchase of a card which I have never purchased because it was an e-gift card. And guess what, they would contact meā€¦ NOT! I have just experienced the worst support experience ever and trust me I know what support is because I led the customer success department myself. This is ridiculous! Stay away from Amazon because they would spoil not only Your holidays, your mood, they would waste your time trying to make an pression they have a service called customer support. It is non-existent feature of the business!
