Amazon's service has declined so much recently. They are very rude. The company as a whole is a scam. Returned something for a refund they're saying they can see it was picked up for the return but never made it to the warehouse and they wont refund me for it.

I use to love Amazon until recently. The customer service team are not helpful and can't tell me why I am having issues with Prime Vedeo. I spent all day on thephonw with them multiple phone calls and all I got was escalated to a manager to review my issue. After having to ask when somone would get back to me I was told perhaps within 24 hours. Back when you called customer service in the states they were awesome and could fix the issue. I'm paying for a service they can't seem to fix. Not happy with this at all. I use Amazon all the time and have serval channels on Prime but no one willing to really assist.

Canadians; If you are a Born Canadian do not expect to get a job in Canada with Amazon! They will literally ignore you until all spots are filled by immigrants even if you arrived long before any of them!. It’s blatantly obvious what’s going on… they must be going through the government funded program where your tax dollars are paying half their wages so don’t think your getting a deal with this company.

I subscribe for auto-deliveries with Amazon.ca and after some months I cancelled my subscription on July 16, 2024 and I received the the confirmation of the cancellation by e-mail, however Amazon still changing me every month. I got in touch with the support many times but they were unable to say what is going on and I don't have any solution so far.

I saw an interview over the much hype Tesla Financial program and invested the initial minimum of USD 240000, after then i started getting an incessant barrage of phone calls from this broker who tried to pressure me to increase my investment to the next and after so as to double my returns. I finally ended investing a total of USD 540000 before i tuned him off completely. When I demanded to withdraw my investment after 2months, he stopped taking my calls nor responding to my mails. I tried all means of communication and seeking help to retrieve my funds but i was unsuccessful. Amazon uses some never heard of courier and they attempt delivery at night and weekend when business is closed Amazon doesn’t care. Courier ( dragonfly) doesn’t care or speak English I even offered to pay shipping so we could have purolator. That suggestion was not accepted So we have gone from huge customer with daily deliveries to zero purchases from Amazon Never again thanks. Last purchase was September 20th. Nothing since. App deleted

Amazon your service SUCKS. Prime membership is a joke and just a money making racket, a load of B.S I have had an ongoing argument with Amazon about next day delivery and not carrying through on their promise but this seems to fall on deaf ears. This is false advertising. If you can't follow through you should not offer prime.

Personally, Amazon has been exemplary. Let me know with enough time to unlock the gate. They put items carefully where requested. They even show a little map and how many more stops they are making. You can even watch this, which is kinda fun. Just keep doing what you're doing, Amazon.ca, you're a good and needed service.

horrible customer service! ordered a sink and recieved a damaged cabinet! cabinet very heavy and had to hire two guys to take to ups as we are an hour away from one amazon would do nothing for us and also would not honor the original price we bought the sink for as the price went up! on phone over three hours with "managers" three of whom hung up on me after stating there was nothing they could do. all i wanted was to repurchase the sink at the price i ordered it since it was not my fault they sent the wrong product but nope!

How stupid customer service could be!!! Ask for advised if she can help me out, clearly says what is needs to be done if it’s possible(charge payment day for my membership account another day or two), she put me on hold and cancel my membership. Doesn’t help me at all and make it even worse.

Ordered some items never received them called them so many times they took 3 months to process and at the end they said they couldn’t refund me the money because 120 days is past .unbelievable 😳😡you call this customer service or customer ripoff service with no gun needed .

"I am extremely disappointed with Amazon's customer support. I was charged for an item that was never delivered, and despite contacting them multiple times, they refuse to issue a refund. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve the issue is frustrating. As a loyal customer, I expected better service. I will think twice before ordering again if this is how they handle delivery problems."

Reading all the negative reviews on Amazon but my experience so far has been great. I'm with prime I get my delivery the next day, I had a return once and customer service treated me so well, I did find with my floor product that it was overpriced at Amazon and it was cheaper at home Depot and Canadian Tire so you have to be careful of that sometimes do your research but then with my bath products Colgate optic which by the way is a wonderful product some clothing items I found Amazon to be great I'm confused by all the bad ratings

Amazon Canada is the worst. They have no chat option or email option to send a complaint or inquiry. My packages have been consistently late and their solution is to speak to the delivery company and then not follow-up with me in any way shape or form. The only way you can contact them is to search high and low on their site for a telephone number that is basically hidden. Their service used to be so much better. Amazon Canada you can do better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why do the delivery guys..or girls not let you know the parcel is out for delivery and take a picture of your parcel when delivered and send it in an email to you.They used to do that,even if I were home,they would take a pic of me holding the parcel and send it to me in an email.

In the last 6 months delivery service has gone way done hill, I no longer receive my package next day with certain carriers yet Amazon continues to use them no matter how much I complain

Amazon is tumbling down the ladder at a fast rate. They constantly fail to provide paying Prime members with the "Prime Services" Not at all the company it was 2 years ago. They can't even refund customers on products and services that they failed to provide. I have yet to receive my purchase yet
