Buying off Amazon they give a 30 day Amazon Prime trial that you must cancel or pay for forever, if you want it or not. Sharp practice and I contacted the Ombudsman.

Both my accounts business and personal have been locked, the last email said it is because of the billing address and delivery address do not match their records. I have sent countless emails to them during these locks. Verified my card countless times. When your account is locked you can not access any information in it and it is impossible to talk to anyone from Amazon. I phoned their number that is on Google, the rep, said he can not get access to my account, cannot pass me on to a supervisor without access to the account. The complaints email address just returns with a generic message saying they do not answer emails to this address. I also wrote a complaint through Resolver which has also generated the generic email reply. I am disgusted with Amazon and every time I get an email from them saying this or that I feel stressed to boiling point. Was a happy customer for years. The experience the last month has left me feeling sick. I hope they rot!

After being an amazon customer for years, Amazon have removed all of my reviews and the right to ask questions, leave ratings or seller feedback. I have emailed numerous times, contacted live chat but just get an automated email back every time. They have also told me I would receive a refund for a wrongly advertised item but I never received one. Their customer service is terrible!

Hopelessly inadequate """"customer service""""" For a few months now, I have been receiving order confirmation and order dispatch emails which show the order number and amount paid but not *what* has been bought. I've now raised this with Amazon twice. The first time, the agent had no clue and tried to fob me off by saying that I could always log in and see my orders. Then he said he'd "escalate it". And promptly did nothing. The second time, the agent had no clue and just dropped my chat completely, leaving a colleague to pick it up. That person was a little more diligent and at least managed to get the order emails showing in HTML. But then I did an order and realised the problem was STILL THERE. I'm afraid the issue is one of staffing and knowledge of English. We all know what a bloody disaster Indian call centres can be, so why are these still being inflicted on us? That's a rhetorical question by the way. We know why. Because Amazon is being cheap. Amazon is so big, it has the belief that it's unassailable. And it doesn't care what its customers think, it just wants to save money. At the moment, you can't even e-mail Amazon. It used to have a carefully buried customer service email address which, if you could actually find it meant you could deal with them in detail and in writing. Now, for some reason, there is a problem with that system and you can only chat to them, which leaves the way open for cretins like the ones I've dealt with to just drop the chat or make up silly excuses. I buy stuff from you every day, Amazon; either on personal or business account. So sit up and take notice, or I'm going elsewhere. Absolute rubbish.

When I was buying something from amazon I've decided to select one of their Amazon Hub Counter near my job so I would be able to pick it up after work on my way home and I did not use my address because no one would be home to accept the package. I selected 51 Station Road - it is a 24/7 convenience shop near Willesden Junction Station. I got all the message - disached, on your way, it will be delivery today. Out of the blue I got two difference messages from Amazon 1 - Your purchase has been cancelled. 2 - Your parcel was not delivered because the Driver could not access the door of your house. 1st contact with Amazon Customer Service - the person told me the cancellation message was a mistake. And the driver did not deliver the parcel because the shop was closed. I went to the shop myself to talk to the owner and what he told me got my by surprise. Owner - I am sorry but I am not an Amazon Hub Counter, I've never applied for it. They put my shop address down on their list of places where parcels can be delivered and never notified me of anything. After that I spoke with 4 different customer services and noone of them were able to sort out their mess. They told me to wait 24 hours (What I was not pleased with because I need the package asap) It has been 24 hours and do I have the parcel? NO If you are selecting a pick up point, amazon hub counter or locker, maybe you should go there first to make sure they know they are one.

Very poor delivery service. Drivers that lie about "attempted" deliveries, "next day delivery" takes 3 days to be delivered.

I usually don't get a bad service from this company but once I go for something big here we go with issues. I bought a phone for my girlfriend without telling her, to surprise her; but the biggest surprise didn't come from me but from Amazon itself. Instead of a Huawei p30 I found a bloody 12 pounds door chime!! I kept patience and retained myself from writing an awful review like this one but the customer service has been worst than the mistake on the item. I ordered the phone end of May and by the 3rd of June I sent it back as it was the wrong one. Today 18th of June they are still processing my refund and every time I contact the customer service they are just unable to give me an answer, just delay the refund. Now, here I am waiting for a refund and to rebuy the phone from somewhere else.

Diabolical service at Amazon logged on and offered £10 discount if downloaded app. Did this followed details placed order for £30 plus no discount given full mount taken. Tried talking to customer services via web chat waste of 2 hours basically inferred I was an idiot. Money was taken within 30minutes which according to them shouldn’t go until goods despatched, Wrong. Will not be purchasing from this company again. Given 1 star as cannot give no stars.

Poor customer service. I was charged for the fast delivery even if I have amazon prime. Tried to speak for a while with Vishnu through live chat and because he couldn't sort it out, he simply left the chat.

been using Amazon for years, customer service is HORRIBLE. My account has been hacked and I was promised that they would sort things out and to wait 48 hours until someone gets back to me. 3 weeks later I still haven't heard anything, however I must have chased them at least 5 times and they keep telling me to wait for another 48 hours. RIDICULOUS!!

Have been a Prime member for years but recently I am being asked to pay for non-existent service. Appreciate that we are living through unprecedented times but that is no excuse for treating customers this way. My order, fulfilled by Amazon itself, was going to take longer to deliver (almost a week) as they are prioritising other deliveries. Fair enough but the evening before the actual delivery date I received an email telling me that my order will be delayed by another 4 days. If I had known this, I would have cancelled my order but this option is no longer available as Amazon has already sent the item. Customer services cannot be reached by phone only via chat. It takes the customer services rep a tremendous amount of time to respond and no real solution is given. Just empty promises about contacting the delivery company to ask for expedited deliver. One day later and no delivery attempt has been made. I check the order status and to my surprise I see that delivery is delayed even further (no actual delivery date given). Reason given - "Delay in delivery due to weather or natural disaster"!!!! The sun is shining and last time I checked the news, the UK was not plagued by any natural disaster. I have now been waiting for almost 1 hour for the customer service rep to respond to my message on the chat without any success. Who knows when my order will arrive - very disappointed by this lack of service. Unfortunately, this is also not an incident as more of my deliveries have been delayed recently and delivery times are already a lot longer than normal. I for one will not renew my Prime membership, there are better streaming platforms out there and more than enough online retailers that provide a better (and often cheaper) service.

Worst company ever, in these difficult days every company has been patient with their customer and has been supportive and understanding whereas Amazon, the richest company in the world have been cumbags and nasty. They closed my Amazon credit card account and passed it to a debt collection agency instead of giving us a freeze or payment holiday. Never in my life will I ever buy anything from Amazon or use any of their services and I will make it my life's mission to discourage everyone I know not to use Amazon, the shittiest company ever.

This is the worst company ever in my life I I have had to deal with, I have purchased several items, amazon have charged me twice for 2 items, It has been over 6 weeks and I am still waiting for a refund, Amazon are adamant they have processed these refunds but there is no record of it, they can’t give me any evidence, I have spoke to my bank several times and no trace of any refunds, I am not getting anywhere with amazon, I shall be taking this further to an ombudsman because all amazon are doing is lying and scamming people, be aware everyone

I have been an Amazon customer for years, impressed with range and value of products however when it comes to making a complaint or if you need help with an issue then different matter altogether as customer service is totally lacking, infact disgusting customer service. I Paid £300 for what turned out to be a faulty Nintendo switch in December. I Was told to return to repair centre.... problem is I had to find a company willing to carry it as it contains lithium batteries, this proved difficult. In addition coronavirus has meant that whilst at home I have no facility to print a label... apparently amazon don't have facility to print a label either, hmmm major global company don't have a printer. They then issued a refund and asked me to return item without discussing this with me 1st and told me to purchase another one, surprise, surprise none in stock. Over £200 worth of games bought for a console that doesn't work, cant be repaired and unable to purchase a new one. Customer service live chat went on for over 2hrs, at least 5 advisors in that time, none of which listened or offered a reasonable solution, they gave me contradictory advice and then they ended the chat and in doing so also deleted the thread so no incriminating evidence about the poor way it was dealt with! Difficult times I appreciate but for an outlay (games and console) of £500+ I expected more support. Disgusted, furthermore there is no procedure to actually complain about customer service or in my case lack of.

Just canceled my prime. No point in paying for a service that fails to deliver. Joke of a once decent company. eBay has become a far better and more reliable way to shop. Will avoid Amazon from now on.

Soccerstar.biz This product should not be advertised as being for all ages, as it is just for young children. Very disappointed and have been able to let others know that it is poor value for the money and not to purchase the comic themselves. Will continue to let consumers know that this is for young children only and expensive for the quality.
