“Worst customer care. For a single issue of Find My, the call gets transferred to 3-4 people and that too calling 3 times but no help. Keeping the call on hold for 20 mins but not able to resolve the issue. Taking 2 days time but no response. If u don’t know how to resolve the issue then don’t keep those features”

I have submitted all the documents...but nothing i received from apple... finally they ask for Proof of ownership from reseller... “I am writing this post today to express my absolute disgust for Apple and its brand of overpriced - designed to break- products. I have taken my business elsewhere and plan to never return to apple ever again. It is clear that apple is completely consumed by greed at this point and it does not take a person long to see why. In short, the quality has plummeted while the price has soared. Apple Laptops/iPads have a lifespan of about 2-3 years. Apple does not hide this from you either. This is most apparent in the battery life which they explain lasts 2-3 years (IF WELL MAINTAINED!). The repairs or replacements for these computers are expensive. Think about this reality: you drop 2000$ + tax on a laptop. In 2-3 years you are already going to have to replace the battery which costs anywhere between 400-800$ which is entirely not worth it, so you’re forced into a dilemma: you either pay the 400-800$ for repair for a computer that, in my opinion, is still relatively new (2-3 years is not old) or you drop another 2000$ on another garbage apple computer and allow them to continue sucking your wallet dry until you wake up and realize that their products are garbage and there are WAY BETTER products out there for cheaper. PEOPLE, you are being taken advantage of! If you value your hard earned cash, wake up and realize that apple has designed a system where they have purposefully created cheaper products that break faster so that they can get you to continuously keep buying new apple products. There was a time when apple computers lasted 10 + years, (remember that white plastic laptop from the early 2000’s?) Now they break in 2-3 years. The good old days of quality Apple products is gone and gone with it should be your business and hard earned cash. Let these greedy Capitalist devils earn the business we give them.”

“I am so fed up with Apple and their horrible customer service. For phones that cost as much as Iphones do, they shouldn't have as many issues with updating the IOS. I recently had an issue with my Iphone 11 that got stuck in a reboot loop. I tried to update the IOS via Itunes and it still would not work. Apple customer support said the only solution is just to wipe a phone of any and all data and restore it. I was told time and again I would lost any data that wasn't backed up via Icloud and there was nothing more they could do to help. I had to bring the phone to a cellphone service repair place and they were able to easily/quickly get it out of a reboot loop and back to the home screen with all my data intact. Now I'm trying to update to the most recent IOS and having issues with it installing (even though I have space on the phone) and again I'm being told by Apple customer service the only thing to do is restore the phone and start over. It's incredibly frustrating that they literally have no way to help customers aside from constantly having to restore your phone and lose data because of their buggy IOS updates. Apple customer service is so incredibly unhelpful via chat, phone, or in-person as they literally just reguritate the information that's posted to their website. It's infuriating and honestly this will be my last Iphone I ever purchase.”

“I had an utterly dismal experience with Apple's customer service when my newly purchased AirTag turned out to be defective after just one day of use. The device malfunctioned, displaying a baffling "no battery" error despite being brand new. Upon contacting Apple for a warranty replacement, I was flabbergasted to learn that they demanded a $40 hold for over a week just to initiate the process.
This demand for payment felt like a slap in the face, considering I had already invested in the faulty AirTag the previous day. To add insult to injury, the manager, Chris, displayed a shocking lack of empathy and professionalism. Instead of offering a solution, he callously transferred me around, wasting my time and patience.
After being tossed between representatives, the final verdict was even more infuriating - they outright refused to address the issue without extracting more money from me. Chris callously asserted that he wouldn't override anything, leaving me with a defective product and a sour taste in my mouth. Apple's abysmal customer service has not only cost me money but also shattered any trust I had in their brand. Avoid at all costs.”

“My phone dropped. The screen was affected which up till now is fine and i was willing to pay for a new screen. what happened next was really unacceptable from a company like apple. The screen started typing on its own, which made it enter my passcode wrong so many times and without me even opening it. or trying to enter my password, i even tried to shut it down but couldnt coz the swipe wasnt working and siri wouldnt shut it down completely only bring me to the swipe option. My phone then became permenantly locked. so even if i change the screen i was no longer going to be asked for a passcode to enter. the only way to fix the issue was to recover my phone and lose all my data that is not backed up. I dont believe that this being a security issue like apple claims is convincing me. if i approve its my phone, and that i actually do know the passcode, apple should be able to retrieve it to atleast asking for my passcode again. i heard from a very popular repair guy that this is a very commong problem. and still apple is not doing anything about it. HUUUUUUUUGE Failure”
