The new iPhone 6 is no better than my iPhone 13 other than that action button they promised it to have AI. It doesn’t have that was a waste of money. Wish to return mine.

TRULY THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT - which I never thought Id say about Apple - BUT I MAY NEVER USE AN APPLE PRODUCT AGAIN. This experience has been nothing short of almost traumatic and the "generic" emails I get from Apple that are 'supposed to help' are worded in a condescending way compared to helpful! Truly whomever is making the rules about these emails and wording them should be fired because if any other business sent these emails to customers they would go bankrupt very quickly. How a billion dollar business is able to offer such lackluster customer service is wild. My problem continues to go unfixed - I can't access some apps on my phone I use for business - my job as a Personal Assistant is now being affected and I'm losing income due to the problems w/ my Apple iphone. HELP!!!!!

Can people who fall for scams get their money back? Yes, you might be able to recover the money that was taken from you if you were the victim of fraud via an unregulated investing platform or any other scam, but only if you report it to the relevant authorities. It is possible to recover what you have lost if you have the right plan and documentation. These unregulated platforms' operators would probably attempt to convince you that the loss of your money was an isolated incident when, in fact, it was a sophisticated theft. Absolute scam. Avoid apple products. Paid over £700 for a new phone and didnt realise they had once again changed all the plugs / wires so i cant actually charge it or use any of my old iphone chargers etc. Also doesnt work with my powerbank therefore will need to update ALL my accessories. Id expect when you buy a new phone to get the charger INCLUDED in the price. Its a joke and will NOT be using apple/iphones going forward. Scam and a waste of £££

I received many extra charges on my credit card. When messaging to resolve the issue I was asked if I would like to speak to a technician. When I said yes, the messaging stopped and a box popped up with a place for me to put my phone number and wanted to charge me two dollars for a call. Ridiculous!

I’m tired of all the one hour f@$&$g delays because you of a old subscription on a old account you need to make it easier to cancel subscriptions through the web because im almost about to stop using iPhone because of it

I’m very disappointed that Apple could not stop my Apple account from being hacked. They need to protect people who buy their products. I have cancelled my credit card but Apple would not stop the hacker from purchasing an iPhone 16. So sad!

I was unable to get connected to my home WiFi on this iPhone 13 where as on iPhone15 it was working fine. I contacted Apple India and got support from Phillip. He checked up my other phone with serial no and told me to show the screen with my camera. He resolved the issue as phone was not updated since June 24. He has been guiding us with great patience and understanding as we are not very tech savvy. Also helped us to back up issues. I am doing my update and phone is working fine. I am personally delighted to interact and resolve issues with Apple rep Phillip. Great help and big thank you

Im so tired of apple charging me when i shouldnt be getting charged. I called about a transaction i didnt know about and i got it figured out. While otp i said i just paid for my icloud storage. Literally sense that call yall changed my due date and have been trying to recharge me for it. Is apple literally that broke that you need to try to take 98 cents daily off someones account?

Worst customer service. AppleCare+ is a scam, they make it as difficult as possible to make a claim. I’ve been trying for weeks to make a claim for my iPhone, only to be messed around so many times. Apple’s products are already overpriced and prone to being faulty and unreliable, so I thought having AppleCare+ would help with that. After being a lifelong customer after being sucked into the hype as a teenager, I will NEVER buy another Apple product again. I was looking for another laptop/computer and will be getting a PC now. After researching it, I never realised how much Apple marks up their products just for having the name Apple. It’s NOT worth it. It’s simply a designer price tag. Never repurchasing from Apple ever again.

I lost an AirPod and I guess it was replaced in 2021. I didn’t set it up as I was afraid of losing it again. I have: 2 iPads 1 Mac book 1 home kit never has worked right 2 Apple TVs I iWatch replaced every 2-3 years iPhone 15 replaced every 1-2 years 2 pairs of air pods + replacing a 135.00 airpaid that I losed. I was looking at the new products and comparing them when I remembered I hadn’t seen my air pods on my find my app. So I got them and opened the case. Under settings it was showing 2 different ones and they wouldn’t work together. After an hour of troubleshooting I called Apple only to learn the sent me the wrong damn replacement and they WILL NOT work together. And p!ss on me, too bad it’s out of warranty for A REPLACEMENT THAT THEY SCREWED UP ON. 😡😡😡😡😡 I’m done with Apple products!!!!!

Extremely poor apple customer car service I have booked 2 iphone 16 pro max with apple store. By mistake I choose one to deliver at my home and one at my local PO. Both were scheduled to deliver before 10/2024. I called the apple store to check the status of my order and requested if my order can be clubbed together either to deliver at PO or home. They tried to rescheduled the order and said it has not happened but one of my phone used to deliver at PO has been delayed to 14/10 just because of they tried to rescheduled. Now they cant put the order back to 01/10 which was the previous delivery date. I even talked to the manager she said she apologised but she cant do it. I purchased these phone to gift my sister and her son on her birthday which is on 06/10. I told them that it is a gift but they did not bother about it. They said if you want you can cancel the order. I feel like they have given my order to someone known and rescheduled my order on purpose. I don't know where should I complaint about it. Because I could not any website so I decided to put it in my reviews.

Grateful to the Hackingproteam, I learned about them through earlier feedback here. Working with the Hackingproteam was truly a positive experience. They assisted me in discreetly accessing my girlfriend's phone, allowing me to view all her WhatsApp messages without leaving any evidence. I'll definitely return for their services when needed in the future. Worst experience with Apple phone, i am iPhone user from iPhone XS Generation till up to date (Purchased all). Purchased new iPhone 15 Pro Max 3 days back and i activated after 2 days, it came out to be defective. Approached Apple store for replacement, they just denied replacement and only offered repair. I asked why repair..? Its new phone and i have to adjust with repaired phone..?! I personally felt, now a days Apple started selling refurbished phone or might compromised with Quality of product. I bought a brand new iPhone 14 in July 2023. However, it started to have sound issues, and sometimes people cannot hear me on the other end. The Apple Store and Apple Support couldn’t diagnose the problem. The issue persisted even after my phone was reformatted. Eventually, a supervisor heard the problem and gave me a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was a refurbished phone and even worse. Over the 3 weeks of use, it continued to have more issues: sharp sounds, background noise, echo ( I heard myself), and low or missing ringtones. I reported these problems to the Apple Store and Apple Support, but they still couldn’t diagnose the issue. The replacement phone was in very poor physical condition. They informed me that there was no warranty for the replacement phone and asked me to pay for any repairs or replacements. I questioned how they could send me a defective iPhone without any explanation. Apple not only has inferior products but also very poor customer service. If I could, I would give a zero rating.

I purchased online a MacBook and I was charged additional $150.00 for gift card which was supposed to be savings. The savings promotion online is so deceiving, looks like your saving but ended up paying $150.00 separately for a gift I did not need.

I promise I will not buy another Apple product again. I took my iPhone 25 miles away, to an authorized Apple location at a mall. Only a couple of customers in there begging morning. Talked to a representative at the doorway. Only to be told that they could get to myself at 3:30pm. I was there at 11:30am. Told him no way am I hanging around a half working day for them to change my battery. Called Apple from outside the store telling them the problem. They only wanted to offer me for that, I believe like a free charging cable. I said no way. We were online for about an hour. With no resolution. I left. I asked them if they wanted to have me wait. Would they like to pay me for my time. I said why do they have limited stores and most have to travel. But Apple products are sold in all stores. How fair is that and as rich as they are. Apple treated I myself this way and all the products I do have from Apple. I want no more business with company no more. I will be going to android. I admit I will miss Apple. Will be having to move on with this kind of support. After calling and complaining. I thought Apple would have tried to get in touch with me. Nope Have to find time now to go look at Android phones and leave Apple business behind and spread the word. I could have understood waiting 30 minutes to an hour. Not no half of a working day.
