My order was on November 24th and got the UPS tracking number but still hasn’t been picked up yet. Why is it taking so long?!

09-05-2024 Ordered and paid in full for the roasted bean color degree analyzer 3 days ago, when they showed the item to be in stock on their website. Did not receive any shipment information from Artizan Coffee. When I inquired about the status of my order and its shipment, someone by the name of "Lovely" without any explanation just canceled my purchase and decided to refund and credit back the paid amount. Just like that. Very inconsiderate and untrustable. It was a disappointing experience this time around, as their returning customer. I reached out to Julio, at Artizan Coffee as his contact name and email address was listed on the factory (located in Taiwan) list of distributors for US market in Florida. I am not sure if he is the owner of Artizan coffee or what position he holds in that company, but he also failed to respond to my email as well. When I did an inquiry so he could look into the matter ( order # 93366) and reported this matter. Again, very disappointed and total waste of time and energy. Under current circumstances other distributors should be considered due to their poor service and no follow-ups. For this transaction and at this time, I give them a 0 out of 10. Period! M. Oskoui

Dear Mr Oskoui You asked to be refunded if the item was not shipped within 48 hours after purchase therefore we fulfilled your request. We issued a full refund because the item could not be shipped within 48 hours after purchase... as per your request on 9/4. Regards, Artizan Coffee Company

Company did not deliver the product. Now they expect me to pay $250 to have it shipped again. The worst customer service and treatment I have ever received!!

According to UPS tracking 1ZY847R74230347419, delivery was attempted three times, and after the third attempt, the package was sent back to the manufacturer. We understand how frustrating this situation must be and await an update from Breville on the status of your package. Our policy requires a reshipping fee due to the return of the package to the manufacturer. This was a disappointment. I did receive my coffee in a timely manner, and my order was filled correctly, but the quality of the coffee was not good. It was very watery, very poor tasting, and left a soapy aftertaste. I asked someone else to try it and they agreed. I wanted to like this so badly because I love the convenience of my Nespresso machine and hate being wasteful and contributing to landfills. This seemed like a great solution, but the taste and consistency is something I can't get past. I also don't think the FAQs are accurate, which is disappointing. There's a statement that Nespresso doesn't have organic coffee, but they do have a few options/blends that are organic. And you say they dont offer Fair Trade coffee, but they offer both Fair Trade and Rain Forest Alliance certified coffee options too. Some, not all, but it's dishonest for you to say they don't offer those.

The coffee seems reasonable, but then it's packaged in the flimsiest of possible cardboard boxes for shipping with absolutely no protection, and when it inevitably gets damaged there is no way to reach them on amazon and they refuse all returns, and the customer service through their web site ignores you. It's too bad, we would have been lifetime customers, but their incredibly poor customer relations has completely turned us off.

I'm feeling let down by Artizan Coffee due to recent changes in quality. The new branding and emphasis on environmental friendliness seem more like cost-saving measures rather than genuine improvements. The coffee's flavor has noticeably decreased, and the packaging is so flimsy that my recent order arrived with opened boxes and mixed-up pods. Customer service has also taken a hit, giving the impression that they're prioritizing cutting costs over customer satisfaction after building a reputation for quality.

We ordered a set package [four different coffees, two boxes of each -- with 8 pods per box, total 64]. We tried each of the 4 flavors but we really did not like the taste. Our expectation was that while we were stuck with the opened boxes, we could return the 4 unopened boxes [32 pods] to Artizan for a refund. However Artizan does not provide refunds for unopened boxes of pods. In our opinion, the flavor descriptions are inaccurate/misleading and the customer has no recourse.

I was initially drawn to Artizan's espresso due to its organic, fair trade, and compostable qualities, hoping it would become my new favorite. However, after trying several varieties of both regular and decaf, I was deeply disappointed. The espresso consistently lacked depth and flavor, leaving it watery and practically undrinkable. I reached out to their customer service team seeking a refund and to return the unused portion of my order, but unfortunately, they were unhelpful and provided no viable solutions. In comparison to other espresso brands I've tried, Artizan fell far short in both taste and customer service. For these reasons, I cannot recommend their espresso to others and will not be buying from them again myself.

I called you and emailed IMMEDIATELY after placing my order - because I saw that you had an automatic address which is invalid. No one ever got back to me, so I will never get my coffee. A waste of time and $$$.

Bought ORGANIC BRAZIL - NOSSA SENHORA DE FATIMA - ESTATE. Not sure if it was the roasting, the age of the beans, or something else, but it was not drinkable. In addition to its bitter or acrid taste, it left a wholly unpleasant aftertaste that lingered. I emptied the grinder and just threw out the two-pound bag.

It's nice that it's organic coffee in compostable pods but the coffee tastes terrible. Tried the single origin pods from Colombia and Guatemala and the coffee tasted weak and watered down and lacking flavour. Will not buy again.

The espresso tastes like mold and it is disgusting. They have a no refund policy. Beware.

I sent the below email a week and a half ago regarding Artizan Lungo capsules. To date, still no response from Artizan: I suspect you’ve received other complaints about your pods recently. For the past few months we’ve occasionally received a box of pods in which the water cannot flow through. This failure seems to have become more prevalent. We are getting more pods that do not work, than those that do. We have two machines. An older original Nespresso machine and a new Ninja that uses the original Nespresso pods. The water barely drips through on the older Nespresso, but eventually makes a cup. On the Ninja however, we get an error message that says, “Add water” and end up wasting the pod. At 80 cents a pod, we cannot continue to waste them. Both machines are making nice sized holes in the backs of the used pods, so it seems the issue may be the mesh on the front. Please advise if you are aware of the issue and are in process of correcting the problem. If not, we will have to stop purchasing your product as it’s too expensive to waste. Dear Wendy We sincerely apologize for the delayed response and any challenges you've encountered using our Lungo capsules. Our understanding about the Ninja machine is that it is designed to be compatible with capsules made with aluminum lids only. Our capsules do not contain any aluminum whatsoever therefore, the Ninja machine is not compatible with our capsules. As per the Faq page on our website, Artizan capsules are specifically designed to work in the following Nespresso Original machines: Delonghi C190, D290, Citiz, CitiZ&Milk, Maestria, U, Le Cube, Inissia, Latissima Plus, Latissima Pro, Latissima Touch, Lattissima One, Pixie, KitchenAid, Prodigio, Expert, Essenza Mini, Creatista, Creatista Uno, and Creatista Plus. I received the wrong flavor, chatted with a representative and was denied exchanging the capsules for the correct flavor. Will never order from them again.

I had ordered, on line, 7 sleeves of pods for Nespresso machine. The very next day i was informed by Nespresso personnel that your pods will ruin the programming of my machine and not to use it. I assumed it was just a ‘bad mouthing’ the competition remark so i called your office to verify. Your personnel confirmed that it will not work on my machine. This was verified after they got my serial number of the nespresso machine and a photo of it. Your personnel confirmed that the delonghi lattisma machine is the only machine that it will not work with. They would not cancel the order and told me to refuse the package and not to take delivery. Unfortunately the ups person left it on my front door w/o informing me. It took (one named Hans in your org) to tell me he cannot help me and refused to accept return. I have not opened the package and is in its original box and completely sealed. On a follow up call i asked for you and i was on hold for about 45 mins and nobody came to the phone. As sich i am disputing your charge and i want to accuse you of FALSE ADVERTISING. Your message clearly states that your pods are compatible with the Nespresso machine.

So ordered coffee on Sunday it should have shipped on Monday or tuesday and as of Wednesday it still hadn't been shipped a week later still nothing. I was told that it would go out expedited mail never did. Horrible service. Cant recommend.
