“The item seemed just fine, but the buckle on the bag came broken.”

“The grill I bought came with the mounting plate to mount to concrete. It made the grill 48" tall to the top position of grate. I am 6'2" and that is way too tall for me. I need to cut 1' off of the pipe to make it work then weld it back together the paint it. Then the grate resting slits are not even, so my grill when leveled up the grate will be crooked. This looks cheap, and poorly made, not very good quality control at Titan. Looks like it was made in somebody's garage and they were drinking when they made it. Disappointed I would of been happier if I would have made my own. I shouldn't have to rework something I just bought to make it useable.”

“Ordering was easy and smooth. It was actually receiving the item that was a little frustrating. I ordered and received a confirmation email immediately. I then received an email stating the item was in stock and ready to be shipped, but never received an email confirming the item was shipped. I had to call three times over several days before the team who answered the phone was able to issue a replacement order. Once that was done, I received an email stating the item was being shipped and a tracking number. I received the item very quickly, opened it and checked everything out for the parts, which were all there. My husband and I were able to quickly assemble the grill and tested the motor. Everything looks great and is in working order.”

“The 18” cast iron grate is actually little bigger than a 18” and doesn’t fit on my grill, let’s make sure change the size in your website. Other than that is a good cast iron grate. Thanks,Eduardo”

“Got my fire pit delivered yesterday. The delivery was delayed for 4 days and the box was very beat up upon arrival. The fed-ex delivery driver was rolling it down our driveway for delivery (it was a square box). Luckily, the cast Iron fire pit did not have a dent! Unfortunately, there were multiple scratches along the outside and inside bowl of the pit however.”

“You guys shipped out 6 1/2” thick plates with the biggest being 10” in diameter. You sent them in a box that is approx 10” high by 13” wide and almost 20” long with no packing at all. The box had been busted open and someone had to use packing tape to wrap the entire box and still almost busted open again. Might want to think about better packaging for this type of content. Could have been box 4” tall by 12” square. SMH.”

“Supposedly my first box was damaged so I had to have another shipped. I am not blaming Titan necessarily but the so called second shipped box was torn all to pieces as well. I have not checked all items to see if any of them are damaged yet. Titan might want to consider getting a more heavy duty box for shipping heavier, larger products. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful you were willing to ship but may just want to use better shipping materials.”

“Grill arrived somewhat banged up. Some areas were rusting so the damage happened a while ago; not in transit. Packaging is inadequate protection from storage, handling, and shipping.”

“The product itself is great. They shipped a 144lb BBQ in a cardboard box. Several parts were dented or bent. Can't blame the courier. Looks like they re taped the box several times”

“I received the grill after the third time because the first two packages were lost by FedEx. When I received the third grill, it was barely in the box. I am sure that the product is great and I will enjoy it but the packaging and shipping is an issue. I can see that after being handled three or four times by less than careful people the box is going to disintegrate. The grill needs more prtective insulation and better quality boxing.”

“I shopped around and looked at all the stainless steel fire pits, and the Titan seemed to be built the best and provided the greatest dollar value. I had challenges ordering it, I tried to order twice online but it would not except my address. I called the order in and received the unit within five days. The packaging is great with the exception of the protective wrap that must be peeled off which took a while to remove. This must be removed before you can use it. The unit comes with a nicely incorporated top and built-in stand that the competitors do not come with. I look forward to using it and it should provide many years of great backyard fire pit experiences.”

“Even though I love my Titan, I am unable to close the lid when I use the top tier. Which is disappointing due to the fact where we live there are always sand storms in the desert and you absolutely cannot cook with the lid open unless you want to eat sand. Directions could have been better, finally found out what the small piece was for. Plus my grill came with damage on the top. Other than that it's not bad, will definitely use it again.”
