Horrible customer service! I had to chase them down to speak with a rep (I received the wrong shoe size and my order was over a week late). They did nothing to satisfy my inquiry. The rep then closed the live chat before I had finished the discussion-so incredibly rude. I've never received worse customer service. Plus if you order from Canada they do not tell you about potential duty fees at the checkout nor do they direct Canadian customers to the 15% discount option. They also did not notify me that I would have to pick up the order from the post office - this should be made clear to the customer (especially during a pandemic.)I will never purchase anything from them again. During this time it is inevitable that delays and slow customer service will impact online orders. At the same time you should still be treated respectfully and feel satisfied with the treatment and outcome from the company. DO NOT USE THEM!

Even the more expensive clothes are always see through, dresses from the tall range always too short for someone who’s 5’10 and look nothing like the pictures

I was told that if I spent $85, I would get free OVERNIGHT shipping. So I did it. My package was shipped out the next morning, and was supposed to arrive the 15th. It is now the 20th and I have not received my package and the tracking site says it is still at the shipment facility. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received, especially after I was told my package would be here the next day and it’s been almost a week and still hasn’t been shipped. Get it together

Ordered a pair of Adidas Stan Smith's in US size 5 and received a men's US size 5. Spoke to ASOS via Facebook Messenger and ASOS tried to mansplain to me the difference between US and UK sizing... Yes, I understood the difference which is why I checked your size guide AND your fit assistant. They tried to tell me that the fit assistant is not available for shoes but I provided screenshot which clearly shows otherwise. Then they told me that the fit assistant says I have a 60% chance of fitting in the size 5 so that's why my shoes don't fit. That's not the problem! Size 5 women's may have a 60% chance of fitting me but you sent me a size 5 men's which has a 0% chance of fitting me! Then they said I can send the item back within 21 days but I have to pay the $22 for postage. It would take 20 days to get this item back to the UK and I would have to incur this cost. Seriously, ASOS? I'm frustrated and disappointed. Do better.

Service is incredibly terrible, will not advise anyone! I was waiting express delivery for 2 month and received wrong item. But the most awful thing - now I don’t have an option to return because of delivery delay Already contact them several times but no one respond

The customer service is great, but the shipping takes about 14 to 20 days to Saudi Arabia, which is ok I guess, if you think about the customs formal procedures & the holidays... plus, Corona virus these days. I like the diversity of the goods, like if I wanted something from a known brand that says "I'm expensive", or if I wanted something simple for my daily use with a fair price I would find both on ASOS. So there's something to buy for everyone! I bought one dress once & it turned out to be out of stock (even though I paid for it using my Apple Pay), so they sent me an apology letter to my email & I received my money back the next day!!! How fast & cool is that 😍 I respect that kind of attitude.

NEVER EVER BUY ASOS PRODUCTS FROM CANADA!! Tax charges are added and they don't' prevent you AT ALL! Normally below 75 $ purchase you don't have to pay taxes (I know that because that was like this last year ) but now you have to pay EVERY TIME even with a small order. On 3 orders of a total of 240$ I needed to pay 80 $ MORE + 22.40$ for a return. ( That money does not go to the post office but the company itself - this what Canada Post told me ) They don't tell you nothing when you purchase the products, ANYTHING. I just randomly found out that they do give a 15% discount for Canadian clients ( something that they don't even suggest to you when you go to checkout and put your address ). That pourcentage does not even cover the half that I paid! ( and I discovered too late even to use it !) I contact them several times, it's been 2 months and I still have no response... If you're in Canada do not buy from them! Buy locally and I encourage you to boycott them! A REAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

Mixed feelings. For years I have ordered and everything went well, I got some nice items. But a year ago it changed. I had a series of bad experiences, from a coat that I ordered but never arrived, to terrible, terrible customer service. It is pretty much impossible to create a return. I am told, again & again, that I have to ship the item back to asos. But those bots can't seem to answer a simple question - WHAT ADDRESS DO I MAIL IT TO? How can I mail something to asos without knowing the address? Absurd.

Highly disappointed with the customer service. While I was purchasing the product online it said free shipping to Canada. When the product arrived, I had to pay $40 to pick up the product ( customs charges) I emailed ASOS team to refund me this amount as the website said it was free shipping, they were of absolutely no help at all. I had to return one of the item and I had to pay $22.50 to ship it back to ASOS as I was shipping it from Canada. Will never purchase from them ever again.

I ordered so much cute stuff for my trip because I have no clothes and spent so much money and it said it would come before July 2nd or July 2nd which was a week from when I ordered it but they decided to change plans on July 2nd and changed it to July 6th 4 days later which is unacceptable now I have no cute or good clothes for my trip which is in a day so thanks ASOS for ruining my trip and time.

DO NOT, DO NOT Order from ASOS. I placed a big £700 order which was never delivered, in their words, "never left the warehouse". They told me the refund would be in the account within 24 hours!!!! I have been chasing my refund for 7 days now via email and phone wasting my energy and time (!!!), calling every day to be told they will request again AGAIN and AGAIN and Customer Service guys cannot do anything and you can't even speak to the "mysterious" refund office!!!! Guess what, they put £100 in the account but not full £700!!!! Thank you very much, do you think I'm a charity? Robbing people who think won't bother. Big company but dodgy and will take every chance to rob you with their mystery backoffice staff and "can't help" customer service. I'm still chasing my money!!!! I will now contact my bank, trading standards and seek extra compensation from robbing bastards and I will WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND FOR YOUR OWN SANITY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. Order from Missguided, PLT, a lot more reliable and caring.

Honestly I don’t know if asos hires potatoes or the staff just don’t bother to look into your inquiry, was sent a faulty item and I took a while to get in touch with them about, but they said it was fine and to send them back to them and they’ll either refund or replace of its a manufacturing fault. then they said they wouldn’t replace, only refund, then said they would replace, then said they didn’t do exchanges to Australia after I told them I’d was now in the UK, then they said they weren’t doing replacements at the moment, and then when i got an email saying they received them at the warehouse, they said they’d replace them. when I’d didnt hear anything after this, they told me I’d get a refund In 11 days. 3 weeks passed and multiple emails chasing them up, they email me saying they were not going to refund me as I returned them too late. Called up and complained, they told me the decision had been made and the warehouse had refused my return. Contacted citizens advice and they told me that asos had breached contract multiple times, ie telling me they were going to refund and then three weeks later changing their mind, and telling me to return them regardless of how long I’d had them and then refusing the return because of how long I’d had them. Emailed back telling them I’d contacting citizens advice and would take further to trading standards as it was a breach of the consumer act for them to not refund me, they contacted me back within a few hours telling me my refund had been requested (lesson- don’t let yourself get mugged off by asos, citizens advice were great and free to call for advice on this) After telling me I’d received my refund they told me to confirm I hadn’t received my item back and that they had been sent back to the address i used before in Australia even though I confirmed with them before returning of my new address in the UK, got my refund in the end though, so don’t back down with these guys!! Cheap quality and crappy service, bought a pair of Birkenstock’s around the same time and you could see the glue around the sole, Not asos made but still sold by asos. Time to step away from these capitalist fast fashion brands that don’t care about the consumer, and try and promote themselves as ethical even though they’ve not paid for their orders to suppliers during the corona pandemic,and don’t ensure their garment workers are earning a living wage. Crappy company all round.

Terrible customer service and quality. They did not provide a tracking number for my order and when I followed up with customer service they suggested I drive to different post offices in my neighbourhood to find the package, while my city was under lockdown. ASOS brand clothes that I ordered were terrible quality and I decided to return. The returns were down on their site for several days and, again, customer service was rude and unhelpful. Honestly, the sale price isn’t worth the hassle. What kind of online store doesn’t have package tracking or returns?

Been trying to return some jeans for 3 weeks. My account was deactivated when buying the jeans, no receipt and no access to the account. We have now exchanged 18 emails trying get a returns label sorted out but just going round and round. I suspect I'm not dealing with humans but a computer as the emails are very generic and do not refer to previous correspondence. I am not hopeful of getting my money back and suspect Asos are about to go out of business and are hanging on to as much money as they can before they go under. The one-line 5 star reviews you see on various review sites are obviously fake. Don't go near Asos.

Asos is my go to shop for clothing. I love the saved items feature and find the general layout of the website more clear and easy to use than any other online shop. The range of good quality and unique brands is also very appealing.
