Very Poor after sales service. Following a fault in the rear mirror camera the store was notified. I tried phoning but on hold for over one hour...gave up Tried live chat but no response for over an hour.....so had to give up. Tried email but no response for over a week then many follow up emails to get anything actually happening. The Superstore firstly could not believe it possible that mirror could not be working! then they said its a claim to the manufacturer....which it is not under consumer laws. no mention of return to refund, which should have happened. Ended up shelling out another $80 to buy the faulty part from Frankies Auto Electrics, and now the whole mirror unit works well. This was a much easier option then dealing with the Automotive Superstore customer service which is woefull. Next time I will shop with Frankies Auto Electrics.

Dear Automotive Super Store Thank you for providing Premier Windscreen glue It has been good so far. There are 2 points I would like to make in regard to my CRV head lamp globes ordered last week 1/ Is that your website does mention 1-3 days pickup on the part description and would be great to re-mention that on the order confirmation regarding part being delivered to your Castle Hill store 2/ That I purchased Narva Globes 49212 globes offered after I entered a search for CRV 2006 headlight globes and I was curious as to why these globes looked different to the existing globes, because they are different to correct globes for my vehicle No I am interested in exchanging these globes considering the cost and postage of the correct globes to Balmain is no different to our local Repco store. The product I bought was not did not match match or fit the requirements I expected. When I tried to call their contact number I was put on hold for an endless wait. I then attempted to contact them online to again to be left frustrated…

Placed an order on the 31st of January and didn't receive it until 2 weeks later. I paid extra money for VIP postage, and it still took 2 weeks. The product I received was fine, but customer service is terrible.

The item was damaged during postage. I only found out about this by seeing something odd via the tracking postage system and then following up by contacting by phone your support centre which took me 3 goes due to extensive hold times. I think this was Friday 03/02/2023 The support centre advised me the package was being returned to sender. Today I received a SMS to say the item had been delivered, however, no item was delivered so I now have no idea what is going on. So I guess it will be more holding on the phone tomorrow to contact the support centre again. Frankly i have had guts full.

Placed order1/1/23, I sent an inquirey 6/1, a response from your company 7/1, I inquired 11/1 no response, I inquired 17/1 no response, 19/1 asked to cancel order and receive a refund no response, received a response 20/1 regarding shipping of my order but ignored my request for a refund on the 19/1, the day prior to you dispatching my order.As of todays date (20 days since I paid for my order) and i am still to receive my order. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I am a retired business man and if I treated my customers ike you have I would have had no customers at all. Almost a total lack of communication from your company. Iam totally disgusted with your overall attitude and you have lost me and my connections with any future business with your company.

Ordered a new pioneer head unit Christmas time. Sent them a few messages over the next 2 weeks looking for updates as I'd received nothing and I had checked that the store was open for business and no communication. (If the equipment isn't in stock just let people know that's all I ask!) My emails were never answered. Finally I called them and was told everything was in stock but just waiting on a USB adaptor.... Seriously!? Just send it!! The girl I spoke to was very apologetic and said it would be sent express next day. Well a week later it finally came (some express post). I paid for all of the plug and play adaptors to retain the steering wheel controls to fit a pioneer system straight into a Hyundai Veloster with fascia kit. Connected it all up and guess what.. no sound and steering wheel controls not working. Disconnected everything a few times to see if the interface box would begin working but no it didn't. Seriously I'm going to have to communicate with these guys AGAIN and probably wait another couple of weeks for a solution. Very unimpressed and very unlikely I'd ever use this company again. I honestly recommend going elsewhere

False advertising, item on sale at $309 and paid $349. Asked for proof of advertised price (screen shot) which I provided, no reply and no refund of the difference.

Part order and paid for on 26th NOVEMBER arrived on 12 DECEMBER. Numerous messages and calls were made to "super" store LOL

recieved my facia kit and head unit the facia kit does not fit correctly the head unit is to tight have tried to contact you but no one will answer the phone this is very disappointing for me and my wife

Ummmm Website stated they were in stock. After a few weeks, and non answer to my question as to when they’d be dispatched, I called. Turns out they are in stock… IN AMERICA… ETA MID NOVEMBER… No contact whatsoever to advise me, while having my $$$$ of this.

Spent 58 mins on hold to ask a question about what was in a clutch kit, because it didn't specify. Gave up and did an online chat that was slow. Then went and just ordered part online but couldn't process the 10% first order discount. Sent a message with the order please amend the bill but have had no response. Really frustrating experience!

Hi. Order# 003000000450. I purchased a Pioneer head unit DMH-A5450BT, installation kit, & reverse camera on 9/10/22 Total cost $784.62. But I have changed my mind so I applied for a refund which according to your web site incurs a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction & administration costs which I find reasonable. But Akash has told me it would be a 10% restocking fee to cover installation costs. The unit has not been installed yet. I did not take the unit with me I left it with you to keep until it the agreed fitting day. According to my calculations the cancellation fee should not be $78.46 but $39.53. Please rectify this & reimburse my credit card accordingly. One more complaint I have which may seem trivial but it may help when you are recruiting & training staff. When I went to your store to purchase the unit I was served by a young man (I am sorry I did not get his name) who was sucking on a Chuppa Chup. I found this to be very unprofessional & rude to serve a customer sucking on a lolly. I maybe in my later years but I do think that when you are dealing with the public standards need to be set & followed. I would not have mentioned this but I think the young man needs to be taught some manners & some tips on customer service. First impressions are most important in retail & when dealing with the public face to face. Thank you for reading my review. It's pretty sad that I can order tyres from Tempe tyres and they get back to U quickly and not wait to send part it's here the next day
