Terrible cheap quality jumpsuit, the returns policy is the worst, you have to pay then they will let you know if you have passed their quality check, if not they keep the item there so you have to re arrange delivery of it back otherwise they bin it and you are left with nothing. So there isn't really any point in returning the item because I imagine they will not refund claiming the item was returned in poor condition etc. Would never use this site again.

School shoes purchased due to shoos being closed and was desperate Returned over 3 weeks ago , despite 3 emails still waiting refund! Will not shop here again Avoid this company!

I am having the same problem as everyone one else!!! Brought a jumpsuit to wear on Christmas Day, put it on and realised the zip was faulty. Sent back the next working day, recorded delivery. They have received it but ignoring my emails or sending robot responses which make no sense to my situation. They gave me a gift card saying I was outside the return window when I wasn’t, then said they haven’t got the item when I have proof that they have. 2 months down the line and now they are just outright ignoring me. Tried email and via social media. Awful customer service and awful quality of clothes. I am disappointed, frustrated and would NEVER use or recommend. Do not purchase from this site.

I have ordered a jumper in my size but it is terrible quality and not as long as shown. Just trying to return but say you have to print returns slip yourself. I do not own a printer why would thy not enclose one after reading all these reviews I don’t think it will be easy to get refund would no t ever use again

Just as pretty much every other review on here, I needed to return my items. One way too small even though I ordered the correct size and the other nothing like the pictures. 5 weeks later and numerous emails I am still waiting for my refund. They have sent what I now know is an automated response saying they’ve not received my returns, but the tracking information confirms they have. Absolutely shocking company! Do not recommend at all

Ordered two jumpsuits totalling 70 pounds. Returned both of them, but had already made two payments via klarna ‘slice it in three’ option. Refused refund based on the fact that I have lost my tracking receipt I sent through Royal Mail. They are able to confirm I returned one jumpsuit not the other abd have issued me with 6 pounds refund not 41 which I am owed as they can’t ‘prove’ I sent the two back even though they were in the same parcel. Countless emails challenging this and if they have monitored the return through the order number. Only to be ignored. Will never order from here again, terrible customer service, I am now 35 pounds down and have nothing to show for it.

DO NOT order from this company. Still waiting for returns over a month ago. Sent multiple emails, Facebook messages and Instagram.. no response apart from automated saying they haven’t received it yet however I have proof of returns which states they received it back the 6th January. Reading the other reviews on here a lot of people are in the same position.

Glorified con men! All you have got to do is go on their Facebook page and see comments on their posts from people saying they haven't received refunds and have had no reply from customer service in a month+. (these are the comments they haven't deleted) Its been 6 weeks since my first email, emailed 5 times since, messaged on Facebook and instagram and commented on their Facebook (which they asked for my order number but got nothing else) ...there clothes arnt even worth is as arnt good quality (as you would expect) so AVOID AVOID AVOID,

Horrible! I returned a dress and except from the fact that I got charged the delivery to return the dress, I got a refund less than the value of the dress. I paid, just for the dress without delivery fees, £19.99 and got a refund £16.04. On top when I mailed them asking for the stolen money back, they sent an automatic reply.

I have never had the misfortune to deal with a worse company than AX Paris. Returned two dresses, bought for my wife. Absolutely nothing like the pictures. Still waiting for some sort of response. Dress sizes didn't match UK sizes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 🤬🤬

If only I could give a 0 star rating! I have never had a good experience with this company. I purchased an order in May which was returned 2 days late due to lockdown. Ax Paris refused to give me a refund and did not accommodate customers given the current pandemic. Instead I received a gift card. I have tried to spend the money from the gift card but unfortunately have found this difficult due to the clothing and other products being low quality. I received slippers which were faulty and returned these but never received my money back. I emailed customer service and three weeks on haven’t had a response. I have just been sent back the faulty slippers stuffed with Tesco plastic bags? I have again emailed customer service but doubt I will receive a response as you very rarely do. Avoid this company or if you do order from here then expect low quality products and bad customer service.

Absolutely disgusted at this company. I had ordered a few items of clothing for Christmas but unfortunately the items were too big or not as they looked on the website. I returned them using Royal Mail over 3 wks ago and I’m now missing over £200 over Christmas. Every time I email to enquire I get stupid automated responses by a robot named chantel. I got one email to say my items weren’t received and I know they were. Since that I keep getting the same automated responses which is so frustrating . Telling you to wait 30 days for a refund but they don’t even email to say items received. I have since messaged through Facebook and now had to write publicly on Facebook hoping to get their attention but they took my comment off. I have also seen other comments through Facebook of exactly the same thing. Surely they can’t get away with this especially taking so much money of decent people and the shocking thing is when times are hard and in the middle of a pandemic 😡

I am in exactly the same boat as all of you below. I’m awaiting a refund from items sent back in July. I am seriously at my wits end with this, every time I ask for a manager I get given the delightful Chantel who does not answer my questions just repeats herself when she eventually replies. Klarna have paid 2/3s of my payment already. Any idea where we can refer this to to get some money back?

Many emails sent, paypal case opened, called, no answer, missing 3 pairs of shoes off my order, no contact at all. First time using Ax Paris and most certainly the last. Terrible company.

DO not ever order from this disgusting company!!!!!!! I’m still waiting for a refund of nearly a 100 pounds 2 months later for an order that I never received. I have tried emailing a million times and called numerous times with no response. Absolute disgrace of a company. I’m going to leave bad reviews everywhere, they deserve no stars. Please spread the word for no one to ever order of this disgraceful company! Customer service- haha joke! They haven’t got a clue!

They are not even worth half a star. They rob their customers blind and everytime you ask customer service team for assistance you get the same reply telling you to WRITE in. When forced to do so they dont even respond then acknowledge that email with please write to us! They have robbed me of £50 and dont care to do anything about it. Please do NOT buy from here

I placed a big order in May 2020. Parcel arrived, all items great but a few didn’t suit me or weren’t the right size so I went through their return process. However since I put through the return I have had no refund. I have emailed, sent messages on Facebook and posted on their social media. All ignored. The return tracking states they have received my parcel so they definitely have my items in the possession but refuse to reply to emails or give me my refund. I am so angry as they owe me a refund over £100. Why does nobody respond?? All I get are copy/paste responses saying ‘please only contact us if your refund is over 30 days late’ It’s now October 2020- 5 months since I made the order!!! Completely unacceptable and I am so disappointed as I love their clothes but I cannot see myself ever ordering again if they do not have the courtesy to deal with their customers refunds. I see this is a common issue from other reviews, plus all my comments on social media have been deleted by them even though they assured me I would be replied to. Other people are reporting them to Trading Standards so please add your complaints to the case if you're in the same boat. I am currently on hold to my bank to raise a chargeback but if that's unsuccessful I will take them court with a CCJ.

AX Paris Customer Service is absolutely DIABOLICAL and thats putting it mildly. I emailed "CHANTEL" at Customer Services about a faulty item and each time (4 times to be precise) got the same generic email back not even relating to what I was asking, even messaged them on FB ....Nothing!! I don't know how they can get away with treating customers like this. I paid £2.95 for postage when I ordered the goods BUT have to pay £3.95 for a pre paid Post Office label it disgusting..... Well I personally will not be using them again. Hopefully any customer reading these reviews will think twice about ordering from this Awful Company.
