No pre paid returns. Charged me double even though I sent it in the original packaging! Ridiculous

I ordered 2 dresses and a pair of shoes. I never received the shoes and according to tracking details they were returned to sender. This was according to ax Paris a third party supplier. 28 days and numerous emails with customer services later they are refusing to give me a refund and refusing to give me their complaints department details.

Totally disgraceful. I returned a sale item worth £24.99 within the 14 days but unfortunately were informed that sale items you had to have a gift voucher which I did receive but have not found anything that I wanted to purchase until now. Visited the site only to find that my gift voucher has expired!! how can they take £24.99 of someones money surely that is not right. I am currently awaiting am email reply to see what the response is.

Gave me the option of next day delivery via DPD. Parcel didn't come and was delivered by UPS which refused to leave it in the safe place whilst I was at work. When I queried delivery with AX Paris, the informed me shoes are not available next day. I sent them 3 screen shots of their website where they do advertise for this AND the option you are given for next day delivery of shoes at check out. They were rude, unprofessional, offered no resolution and didn't admit to the errors on their own site. Why do they offer this at check out if they say it is not a service? I paid more for this option too. In addition to this, there is no contact number, you can not speak to them via Facebook or other social media and there is nowhere to leave a review. i wonder why?!

Poor customer experience. - Dress quality vs price is ridiculous. I ordered a dress following some misleading photographs. It was see-through, thin material and would easily tear if you washed it normally. They demand high street prices for something worse than Boohoo and Primark quality. - I explained to customer services. Someone called Jamie said ‘it’s not a fault so nothing we can do’. Absolute rubbish. You tell your buyers who pass the review back to the manufacturer based on your quality team checking the complaint! That is the protocol. THEN you ensure the customer is left satisfied so reviews like this do not occur on every social review platform. Completely unacceptable. My reply was also ignored. Happy to train your staff and teach you lot about how to retain customers. I’ve boight several dresses over the years you’ve existed as a business and every few years the quality just is worse. I will not be buying again. I can’t believe I have to pay to return this junk item. It’s not fit for purpose = FAULTY!

There should be an option for Zero stars, 1 is too generous! Looks like my problem has happened to a lot of others. Placed 2 orders for next day a couple of weeks ago for comparison. kept 3 and returned 7. Partially refunded and partially gift card due to sale items which isn't clear online. Chantel unhelpful (shock, i see a pattern in the other reviews) Cost me over £12 to post the 2 parcels back. They only have 1 parcel so far, the other is sitting at the sorting office in Manchester due to them being closed on saturdays, if it doesn't get to them by tomorrow it will miss the 14 days therefore will get a voucher for those items! Absolutely disgraceful. The women in my office are horrified and also will not be using AX Paris in the future. Currently taking this up with Trading Standards

I have used AX Paris once and i won't be using it again. I bought a dress to go on holiday, the material was quite see through so i sent it back. I got an e-mail around 5 days later saying they had received my return and here is your gift voucher. I e-mailed back to say i don't want a gift voucher i want my money back, lots of e-mails from me to their customer services with no response. I have checked their returns policy online and this is what is says: I definitely will not be buying from this company again "If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition with the labels attached within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue a full refund. Any orders returned after the 14th day will be issued with a voucher upon receipt of the return for the item cost to spend on the web site. Any returned Sale items will also be refunded via a credit voucher to spend on the website. Shoes can only be returned if they have not been worn on a hard surface. Shoes must be returned in their boxes. Jewellery are non-returnable items. Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is in place and has not been broken. Sets of two-part items, such as bikinis or suit sets of any kind must be returned as a complete set.

Bought a orange top not jumpsuit from ax Paris. They had a sale on everything. when i received the jumpsuit, it was so see through it wasn't acceptable to wear to a wedding. so i have sent this back. i emailed ask about postage as i didn't receive a returns label, this was not an issue. The issue was that in the email they say that instead of receiving my money back i would receive vouchers???? bad quality of clothing why on earth would i buy from here again. Chantel the customer service manager was not helpful one bit. She couldn't even help me find on the site where it would states about receiving vouchers when clothing is on sale! i have checked the terms and condition, the return policy, check out point when buying, in the email confirmation and on the description of the item returns, NO WHERE DOES IT STATE ITEMS ON SALE IF RETURNED YOU WILL RECEIVE VOUCHER.

Worst company!!! I have ordered from them in the past and have highly recommended them. This time, I ordered some items. Was only refunded for one item (bought full price) and given a gift voucher for the other sale items. DEFINITELY BOYCOTTING this sham of a company. They should be shut down for misleading their customers. Please please please do not order from them. I echo what the below customers have said and also am currently in dispute with someone called Chantel. Absolute joke of a company and the poorest of customer service I have ever experienced. Surprised that all these celebrities endorse such a company. Stop misleading customers! If you wish to refund sale items via voucher only, mention this on your website. Absolutely awful. Wish I could score a zero.

Absolutely awful company. Not only did I want to return all 8 items I bought as the material is cheap and not as appears online, but once I did send the items back (which I had to pay for, as they don't offer free returns) I found out that you cannot get a refund on sale items, only a voucher. I've been emailing Chantel - the Customer Services Manager - who refers to their "strict sale item returns policy" but cannot point me to them anywhere on the website and says I need to make an official complaint - you would think she would be able to deal with complaints as it falls within her job spec! Will be warning friends, family and colleagues away from this site and will escalate my complaint to Trading Standards. Wish I had seen all these reviews before buying from them.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased some dresses which were on sale but all were of poor, cheap quality so returned straight away. I was issued with a Gift Card for AX Paris and was told in a generic response from their "Customer Service Manager" it's part of their "strict policy" that when returning sale items, only a gift card can be issued. I was completely baffled by this as their website states nothing of the sort. Dispute still continues so please be wary if you purchase sale items from these con artists.

If I could give AX Paris a 0 rating on here I would. They try to avoid giving you a refund by issuing you a gift card instead of a refund pretending they have a strict sale policy. This in fact goes against the Consumer Contracts Regulations. It's obviously a ploy to get rid of their sale times and get more business by holding you to a gift card. Not professional at all! Will never shop there again. Have made formal complaints. Still waiting for my refund a month later but I won't stop until I get it out of principle!!

I’ve complained to Trading Standards about them. I’ve complained to PayPal. They are an absolute disgrace. They try to hide behind terms and conditions that don’t exist and contravene the distance selling legislation. Don’t accept anything less than a refund you don’t have to take gift cards or credits

Do not purchase! Sale items are not refunded, despite it not being mentioned anywhere online they send you a gift voucher for the amount of sale items purchased. In order to get a refund you have to call citizens advice who report them to trading standards and tell you to write a letter. I did this and received a refund but it is totally unnecessary and disgusting that it is not mentioned anywhere and they have no complaints procedure! One star is too much but no option for negative stars!

I would never normally leave a review but sadly im with everyone else about the return of sale items! I really fail to see how they claim to have a 'strict returns policy' that doesn't refer to only getting a gift voucher upon the return of a sale item! I wish i had seen the reviews first as this is clearly an ongoing issue! its a shame as i love the item i kept but their customer service and attitude is appalling, along with this so called 'strict' policy

Don’t buy from AX Paris, your returns will be put on a gift card. There is nothing on the web site telling you Sale item will be put on a gift card. This company will go bust with this kind of poor attitude towards its its loyal customers. You pay to receive the good, you pay to return the goods, and in return you get a stupid gift for your cash. AX Paris you are an appaulling company and today you may have won the battle of keeping my cash, but you lost the war, I will never purchase your products again on line or products you have in other stores like New look and Debenhams etc. Goodbye to a rubbish company

1 star rating is actually too high for this company. I bought over £450 worth of goods from this company for my 3 daughters for prom and a future wedding. They were received, tried on and the unwanted goods were returned the following day. The following week I received an email enclosing a gift card for over £180 because of either late returns or sale items. On reviewing their returns and refund policy there was nothing written to state that a gift card would be issued. After a day of ping ponging emails (because you cannot get in touch with them over the phone) and getting nowhere, I took my issue up with PayPal who have managed to refund me my full amount because AXParis did not reply to any of their communications. Shocking customer service. They need to update their refunds policy if they want to give gift cards out.

I ordered quite a few dresses from their website for my daughter to try and ended up returning them all. I returned them within the 14 day period stated on their website and was expecting a full refund, as stated on their website, less £3.95 for return postage costs (you also have to print your own return label). A few days later I received an email from them saying that they had partially refunded my order, but the items which were in the sale were refunded by credit note (over £90). The credit note they sent was also almost £40 short of the amount outstanding. I emailed them to query this, sending them a screenshot of their own return conditions and extracts from the ‘Which’ website which says that I am entitled to a full refund when ordering online. This was several days ago and they haven’t replied, and you can’t contact them by phone. I have now had to open a dispute through a PayPal to try and get my money refunded. I wish I’d read reviews before ordering from them as I definitely wouldn’t have bothered.

AVOID THEM! They refuse refunds on sale items which is in breach of CCR, I've checked their website and cannot locate anything that clearly advises me only vouchers available for sale items - when contacting customer services they are unhelpful and just repeat themselves, also you cannot email or call complaints you have to write and post letters but you can email customer services - terrible experience with this company
