“ The dresses I ordered didnt fit me well, nor was the quality great so I returned them. I was refunded just short of £10 less than what i paid. I queried this and received an email stating 'We do not offer free delivery or free returns. Outbound Delivery £3.95. Return £5.95'. Even if they have this written somewhere in small print on their website, its alot of money. ”
