“ If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a play suit, arrived & was flimsy material & completely see through, when I tried to send back the link for the return label wouldn’t open, I contacted their “customer service” & was told I’d have to pay for return myself. It was €8.50 to post back, then they charged me €8 customs ”

“ Avoid! I probably don’t even need to write this review to help others as the previous reviews are pretty bad! How embarrassing for this company… I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and because I was a few days over the returns policy, they will not give me my money back (£200) How bad is that? Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommended them at all. ”
