These are difficult times and I was expecting a stressful experience with my Click and Collect. I placed an order with B&Q and was informed by email that they would let me know when I could collect my order which they did. I arrived at the store and queued to give my order number. Waited a short amount of time to be called to collect my order (except for bark which customers collect themselves). Previous reviewed commented that walkie-talkies were not used by staff but as far as I could see this did not disrupt the service. The area where bark was stored was low in stock but quickly replenished by staff. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Very calm and organised. Queued for final check out which was quick and not at all stressful. Some customers were moaning about really silly things, e.g., couldn't find bedding plants, I was just grateful that most of the stuff I ordered was available and that staff were there to serve me, which they did very well. Thank you B&Q. I am very happy with the service you provided and very grateful that you are continuing to provide a service in these challenging times.

Came in today, I was met by a lovely lady from Trade her name was carol she was very pleasant and helpful. I just want to say thank you to her. Keep smiling and keep safe under these circumstances.

Used click/collect for middlesborough store ,order placed 16/4/ ,got comfirmation to pick up 17/4. When we got there we parked in a bay till we were seen too . All i can say was staff ,security guard were all doing a fantastic job . Well done boro bnq .

I ordered some small (but vital) items on 6th April for a job I'm doing (replacing gutters and downpipes on a customer's house). Got an email straight away telling me NOT to come to stire until notified etc. I know how to follow instructions so waited and got on with other things. Got email on 13th saying items ready. Wen to store today (15th) to collect. Lots of cars in carpark so parked alongside. B&Q worker came out and asked me when I placed order and did I get phone call saying they were ready. I was a bit surprised at this as I'd followed instructions and printed off the confirmation email ad brought photo ID. Anyway guy took my order number and said someone would come to my (numbered) bay with the goods. Girl came out with them after about 45 mins. Sorted. However in this time there were all sorts of a*******s coming up who obviously can't follow instructions and one **** was asking to speak to a manager as he couldn't get his stuff immediately. Follow the guidelines folks. It's not a normal time just now and this system will work if you let it

After seeing all the negative reviews, I think it's only fair to give praise where it's due. Picked up click and collect items from Warrington store today. Excellent service from Molly. Many thanks.

Brilliant click and collect service from Coventry Alvis retail park. Excellent communication and well organised at the store when we we went to collect. Ordered online Saturday, phone call on Sunday to confirm order and when to collect. Collected Monday and goods brought out on a trolley to the car park. In and out in 5 minutes.

ordered 4/04/2020 still no email, I have noticed what I ordered is out of stock on their website now, so why did they take my money on 6/06/2020 I have emailed them but just a standard reply saying do not travel until you have had an email.

Fort kinnaird .gave the chap my 3 item list I was then approached by a angry aggressive member of staff this 5ft on the dot angry aggressive woman , started to interrogate me, with questions she already knew the answer too, she had watched the chap get the list heard the conversation with him disappearing to get the 3 items, she then said I should be grateful that we are allowed to get any matierials. She was using this pandemic to elevate her status and put on her gestapo jack boots. A little tyrant, using this terrible time to exploit for her own selfish nature, she also breached the social distancing rules, I could even smell her bad breath that is how close she got.

B & Q Riverside, Nottingham I made an order with B &Q and arranged pickup under the Click and Collect system. I am in self isolation (high risk) and at a later date requested to change to home delivery. The service I received was first class from start to finish. Mark who dealt with my request (in store) and the deliveryman Steve, both had a lovely friendly, professional manner. Steve respected the social distancing rule during the delivery. I would highly recommend B& Q.

Went to get my click and collect. I explained I am front line NHS and ppe is short. Wayne the store manager was extremly helpful and get me lots of goggles to wear for work. Very polite and helpful. Thsnks Wayne i will share these with my colleague's. Excellent!!!!!

During these crazy times we still need to repair our homes so i called B&Q..... Blackpool i ordered online and i must say they have a great set up at B&Q Blackpool.... pallets outside no contact with anyone... i dont use nationals much but i have to say go b&q 100% spot on 10/10 .... its time to think out of the box and B&Q have surely done that... Keep Safe and well folks ~wereallinthistogether

i would like to give excellent feedback re staff member at lyons farm worthing branch. chap by the name of chris, who assisted me to check out and car. cheerful pleasant and there be an obvious shortage of staff and he being busy he gladly gave his time. thanks chris

My husband and i visited B &Q in Wakefield yesterday 21st March 2020. We were helped by Luke that is Tradepoint Luke with sorting out our Tradepoint card. He couldn't have been more helpful,professional and friendly. He then continued to help us with the paint we needed. What a star. Great job Luke. Also a mention to the gentleman in the gardening dept. I couldn't find a flatbed trolley so he went and got one for me, loaded it with the compost and growbags that I needed even offered to take it to the till and load into the car which wasn't needed but a lovely offer and great service. Many thanks to both of you. Thankyou

Went to Peterborough store today and met Nigel. I was needing all the help I could get, he was SO pleasant and helpful, and surprisingly knowledgeable..... it was his second day only. Thank you Nigel, let’s all be like Nigel!

I just went into the Garthdee B&Q yesterday and the response I got from one of the staff I think her name was Penelope was amazing she was absolutely great in helping find exactly what I needed.

I visited the store in Charlton Greenwich, to buy flooring. I was helped by one of their staff members called Tatty. He made my shopping experience smooth and easy. He is very knowledgeable, gives advice and was extremely helpful.

we went to B&Q Barnstaple approx 2 weeks ago we had great difficulty trying to find some some extra wallpaper to match what we had previously bought from the company, but one of the staff called Kirsty went to great lengths to help us find it. many thanks.
