I ordered an adjustable piano stool. It had to be assembled and there were no instructions but it wasn't complicated.It was very good value for money and delivery was efficient via Hermes collection point.

Devine xlr 10m cable is an exceptional standard of cable from Bax Shop. The delivery was thorough and speedy and the item description impeccable. I have ALWAYS shopped there, and I will nevee purchase from anyone else. Highly recommended.

chose Parcelfilorce delivery for £1 more. Anything to avoid Hermes,probably the worst alleged courier in the UK. It was still sent via Hermes. Who's laughably titled "tracking" is disgraceful. They also managed to be two days and 26minutes late with the package.to their absolute credit,Bad Music apologised and refunded the postage costs.albeit as store credit,which is not what I'd have chosen. Bax,and every other professional company should ditch Hermes.full stop. My two items arrived in a very very large box.unnecessarily large, and without ANY packaging inside to prevent my two items(a Blue Baby Bottle Mic,and a short micstand) from rattling around inside for the entire journey. The items seem fine,but I've yet to try them

I have still not received my parcel. Incompetent UPS delivery service. I have been in contact with Bax to trace my parcel but nothing has been done till now. I have stayed at home for three days waiting for the parcel, ups claims they tried to deliver where is the delivery note that says they have been to the address? I have stayed at home for three days and no one has been here to deliver anything 😬😬😬

Very simple - chose Parcel Force as the courier. This has been ignored and Mondial/Hermes used instead. The most useless and incompetent courier service ever! Catalogue of delays and lies. Non delivery and no one cares enough to get back to you. Won't be buying from Bax again :(

After no mention of being an overseas company, I made a purchase and was charged in GBP (£). It was only then I found out the location that my item was being shipped from (Netherlands). I was sent a tracking number, and I contacted BAX music to discuss the delay. It was impossible to speak to someone, and the automated system told me I would be contacted within 48 hours. I also sent an email confirming my attempts at contact. I have not had any correspondence since, and it’s been five days. I was supposed to receive the said product on the Thursday, and on Friday the Hermes tracking was listing that I had requested to return the product. This is simply NOT TRUE, and the tracking shows that the delivery never reached my home address. Most likely was unable to find me, then gave up and lied. I am shocked, disappointed, and left desperately in need of my purchase. I will be displacing myself this morning to drive to a warehouse 20 miles away as a last resort. I will NEVER attempt to shop with BAX music again - due to terrible customer service and contact, and suggest that they stop working with HERMES transporter who are equally as bad. I have since had to request a chargeback from AMEX, in order to be refunded. To make matters worse, after explaining everything, I have received an auto-email asking whether I’m enjoying my new product.

I ordered a Behringer B105D PA. The best price offered was from Bax Music. Delivery was almost immediate, next day I think. Product is great, service is great so all in all very happy with what I got for my bucks!

The product was/is great, the only major issue was Hermes, they said the package was too big to fit on their vans and we’re going to return it to you, we had to drive to the depot and find the order before they returned it, then we had to prove it was for us, I suggest not using Hermes in future Loop Radio

I ordered a Fender Jazz Bass on September 8. It was in stock and was supposed to be delivered on the 14th. I took the day off work for the delivery but it didn’t show up. Now Bax are saying that it’s been delayed. I’ve asked for a refund but they keep saying they’re investigating it. Getting through to them on the phone is a waste of time, they just do not answer the phone. A response to an email takes a day. It’s clear that they aren’t going to refund me. Please don’t order from this company, they are honestly the worst I have ever dealt with.

I've ordered SL88 Grand model midi piano and key stand on 8th of September and everything was on the stock when I've completed my order. I preferred next day delivery by Parcelforce and paid it extra for that too because I need that equipments as soon as possible. However in dispatching day of the products, products that I order went out of stock and says approximately will take 2-4 weeks time. Obviously after Thursday when I didn't receive my order I went to Parcelforce for investing tracking number if it's lost because tracking hadn't been updated since first day. During the weekend parcel force explained to me that sender only bought next day service and tracking number however parcels hasn't been delivered to collection point so it hasn't been dispatched from the Bax-Music. In the mean time Bax-Music customer service team kept sending me emails about my order has been dispatched and on the phone calls when I rang for my order they said same thing and didn't cancel my order when I requested for refund and cancellation of my order. They said to me I have to wait for my order to come to door and I should refuse it. So eventually I have told them that I non transparent working conditions make me feel awful at least I should know where is my order? And if hasn't been dispatched I don't want to wait anymore and I want to cancel it. So as I from understanding company using covid delay excuses and waiting for products to come from somewhere else and even though haven't been dispatched to anywhere they keep telling it has been dispatched from out England and they are on the way. So neither company doesn't give me my money back and cancel my order nor provides transparent working background for their customers. If company is based on different country then they shouldn't offer next day delivery or clearly they should explain the situation on their website rather than putting their only office address to their website. I'll never shop from here again if I get my money back and unfortunately I don't recommend anyone. More frustrating thing is they send me review website links to review their products that hasn't been dispatched and received by me such a shame.

I have had made two purchases with Bax thus far and have been totally amazed by the product and the customer services manager. I did have a problem with communication to begin with but management went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and my query was solved, so very grateful for the team.

Keen prices and stock availability for difficult to get items, i.e. Lehle 90 volume pedal for pedal steel guitar. Item was a day late but hey that isn't a real problem. Tracking via Hermes was good, all in all I am happy.

The guitar kit arrived on time and in good condition - well packed. On the negative side there were no assemble instructions with the guitar and more disappointingly there was no wiring diagram. I enquired with the company and was told to view a you tube video. However, the you tube video was in Dutch and therefore very difficult to follow.

I had ordered guitar bag mid July for end July delivery. This date came but got bounced back as Bax hadn't received delivery . Come the end of August I still hadn't received it, Bax were updating me but the latest update was end September to me . I cancelled my order and was offered alternatives but wanted this particular bag in this specific colour. Cancelled my order and went back to the 2 companies I usually use . When I was initially looking they had them in stock but were dearer, now they didn't have them either. Ironically when searching again it came up that Bax had it but as B grade stock. I went back on and reordered and got it a few days later, it's in perfect condition . Bax had kept me informed on delivery dates on my original order. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because no one had offered me the B stock as an alternative. This was my first order with them but would use again .

I have not received my Parcel until now poor customer services. Please contact the courier send my parcel as soon as possible it say in tracking platform the parcel will be arrived within 48 hours however it has been over 48 hours no arrive at all i am really upset

Speedy delivery (in fact arrived couple of days early) we have a very good local courier service and love the Markbass Micro with it great sounds and portability plus it looks good too. Many thanks to both BAX and Hermes to get the job done

I purchased a Lenco LS-300 in early august which arrived late and damaged. The Bax Music return process is a slow process and I was advised several times in the last 5 weeks that a refund would be given within a 48 hour timescale and I’m still waiting for a response from a guaranteed final refund processed within 48 hours ago (216 hours ago to date. Please consider any other alternative sellers. If you have an issue then it will drag and drag on it’s not worth the hassle. I’m sure that if your purchase has no issues then things will be hunky dory however any issues and YOU WILL HAVE HASSLE their return process is very time consuming and the customer service at times is non existent (brilliant on first contact but rapidly deteriorating after that) BE WARNED

Please don't waste your time buying… Please don't waste your time buying from Bax Music , place my order 27th Aug should've received by the 2th Sept today is the 8th sept still haven't got it , No communication whatsoever have to cancel ask for refund, I would not recommend. Useful Not good enough Share
