I'm sure the beers will be great- but your delivery partner UK Mail is appalling, paid for Saturday delivery waited in all day. Beer didn't even leave the warehouse, they then tried to deliver Monday and were surprised I wasn't in. Couldn't rearrange re-delivery due to fault in system at UK Mail. Customer service did sort this out for me- after 2 days. Not Beer Hawk's fault, but I don't think I will order again from you after the shambles that was UK Mail. Change your delivery partner guys!

I ordered a case of craft beer cans and then a few other single item beers. The case came within a couple of days, no problem. But there was no sign of the other beers. Several phones calls, emails and tweets laterlater I finally got the remaining beers (roughly two weeks after the initial order). I did receive verbal apologies over the phone but that's it. Perhaps a nice gesture would have been a written note of apology or even a free beer (not that I was looking for this). But then that would require having firm control of your stock and logistics, which patently isn't the case with this company. Only right at the very end of the process could they tell me when the order would actually be delivered (and even then it came with a "fingers crossed it gets there on time!" message). Prior to this, the best I got was reassurance that it would definitely be delivered at some point. I also got sent the same bespoke email message twice - ie on two separate occasions, in response to two separate emails. The message didn't even make sense. I should say that there was nothing wrong with the actual beer but it's hard for me to recommend this company based on the experience I had.

Ordered a Leffe keg with quick delivery. Day after delivery date I was told it was out of stock. Delivered about 10 days late. No apology for lateness and had to press for a refund of delivery premium!

I really wanted to like Beerhawk and use you regularly, however, I have still not received my full order, I have not received a response from "customer service" and I have called twice to chase only to be told on the way ! 2 weeks have passed and no further down the line! To be positive prices are good the keg that has arrived was well packaged and as expected. It's a real shame... perhaps you can fix this and save a customer ?

I have only ever bought stuff related to the perfect draft range but the delivery service and stock management is shocking. Prices are good but you're waiting weeks for keg of beer, if it was at a bar you would have walked out the pub a long time ago no matter how cheap it is. If the website matched real stock levels and the delivery service actually delivered this would be a fantastic company that I would recommend to everyone

I received the wrong kegs. I ordered 2 Hoegaarden and 2 Leffe, however received 4 Leffe instead without any notification or apology. I had to contact customer services who insisted they would send the Hoegaarden out but haven't got any confirmation of delivery.

Received the machine quickly. The keg followed on 2wks later. Spoke to them over Facebook messenger was told it was being delivered certain day never showed up. Finally got it. And it's very nice. If your wanting a delivery for crimbo order it now. Snail pace springs to mind

It's been a month since I placed my order and I still haven't received it all. I am constantly chasing this. The money has been taken. Customer services aren't v quick at responding. Very frustrating. Advertised as delivery within three days. So far I have had two deliveries - neither within three days and still have a chunk of my order missing.

One of two packages were damaged en route (not Beer Hawks fault) but the follow up was terrible, four phone calls over two weeks, including three broken promises to phone me back that never occurred. Funnily enough when a refund for the overpriced beer was mentioned a new package was despatched gauranteed for Friday alas arriving the following Tuesday.... not a great experience!

Placed one order as a guest and two after registering. Still waiting for 2 out of three orders after 3 days and not responding to emails. So I have two kegs of beer but no machine to use it.

The product was fabulous but the delivery was appalling. I have never come across a more rude or unhelpful delivery service than UK Mail, and as Beer Hawk refused to use another courier, the rating must be a low one. In one week they managed to break my order twice, but instead of telling me, they waited for me to find out on the online tracker and then left it to me to reorder the package that THEY had broken, instead of doing me that courtesy. Nevermind, the delivery for my Dad only missed his birthday by a week! My advice would be to drop UK Mail completely.

Stock levels not joined up! Website allowed me to buy, then it turned out my beer was out of stock. From customer service response, 'We do try to hold sufficient stock of each beer, but sometimes it’s not always possible to do so...', it sounds like this is not a one off. This is poor. A modern online shop stock should be exactly aligned with warehouse stock to avoid such customer disappointment. On top of this, my account was debited 5 days ago and yet to be refunded!

I was quite tempted by the advert, fancied the idea of German beer at home, on tap. So asked how much replacement beer is - no reply. Now I've read the reviews, too many v poor or indifferent, so won't be ordering. Shame.

I'm still waiting for you to get back to me regarding the poorly packaged order for 12 bottles of mixed pale ales. I reported that 1 bottle was missing and that it looked as though the order had been repackaged due to a broken bottle. The 1st part of the order (2 bottles of Erdinger) came separately in a large box capable of containing 16 bottles then the next day I received 11 bottles instead of 12, packaged in a much larger box packed out with bubble wrap & quavers.

Ordered a gift in a presentation box (plain box I should add) and received a box with writing on it. Called up saying it's not what I ordered and was told at the time of order I was sent 'whatever they had in stock' but I'd get a replacement sent in the next few days. A week later I call up, having not received the replacement, to be told there was no note on my order to send a replacement but they don't have any in stock and haven't for 'a long time'. Went with beer hawk as even though they were more expensive I could get the gift and the box from one place instead of having to buy from different sources. Won't be using again.

My first order with Beer Hawk and it came missing an item... I was offered (and accepted) a refund for the cost of the item, but overall I was unhappy as I wanted the item (which is why I ordered it in the first place). I am still undecided if I will make a second order.

Firstly the range is great and website easy to use and navigate. The delivery service went a bit Pete Tong. The website said I could pick a one hour slot so I powered through expecting a prompt which didn't come so completed the order and contacted Beer Hawk and asked for the delivery address to be changed to my work address. The chap said he would try. The delivery company later attempted delivery to my home (not work as requested) and of course, nobody was in. I contacted the delivery company directly and asked them to change the delivery address to my work the next day, but again the delivery was attempted to my house the following day. This time a neighbor accepted the delivery but there was 2 bottles of Beer missing! Bit of a comedy of errors, left a little disappointed. Hope the feedback helps.

Hello - oh no what a nightmare you have had. the confusion may be that once the couriers have the package they give you a one hour time slot for delivery. i'm so sorry for the issue - thanks for the feedback. I will also drop you an email direct

Placed an order for eight bottles of beer, package arrived with seven, despite packing slip showing eight. Contacted customer services who offered refund or voucher but refused to ship bottle because it was a single bottle.

Hi Stuart - Sorry for not sending the single bottle back out, its mainly due to the shipping of one bottle in a large box - hope this helps to explain
