“I'm at best but in Midwest city, sales persons are very rude, they advertise products they don't have, when asked, was told they could do what they want, will never buy from them again, and will tell everyone I know not to shop there”
“I bought a game for my grandson on Black Friday and was told I'd get it on the 12th of December. Then at about 10 p.m. I get an email that says I may not get it until the 30th. Since then I have checked the reviews on Best Buy. I was shocked that so many people were disappointed with them. I should have done my homework.
I did return the email they sent to tell me they weren't going to do what they promised, but I'm sure they never got it. I haven't heard back from them at all.
From what I can see, "The customer's always right" is a phrase that Best Buy has never heard before. Live and Learn.”

If you visit a store and deal with the people who work there, you'll be shocked they've lasted this long. Amazon has the same products at cheaper prices. If you need something immediately, there are other retail stores where you'll be treated far better. So there's absolutely no reason to visit this store and pay more while being treated poorly.”
