“From the limited staff to the incentives they offer I give Best Buy a rating of 0. The customer service person that waited on me change my delivery three times and then blamed me for changing it. I bought a sound bar and was supposed to get six months of Apple Music only to find out that if you had an apple phone you were already in Apple subscriber so you couldn’t get the offer. Nothing they do make sense to me. From now on I’m going to purchase my electronics at ABT Or somewhere else other than Best Buy. Get it together Best Buy! From bestbuy.com to the individual stores it doesn’t seem like anyone knows what they’re doing.”
“Ordered a grill on sale. Received a tracking number a day later. One week later, the tracking number states that the product was never received by the shipper. Contacted BB where they said they would send a replacement. Two days later the replacement order was canceled after they tried to charge me again at full price. Contacted BB and they said it was canceled because the product was not in stock. (Product is currently available for pick up next day online) Said I would get my refund within ‘one business cycle’ which is 25-30 days… for a product that apparently was never in stock. I don’t think I’ll ever be doing business with BB again.”
“One hour after placing order, I could not cancel a printer order even though the estimated delivery was for 9 days later. Have called customer support three times, chat and email. Told I could not cancel order after 30 minutes of placing it. Still trying to cancel three days later. Never will order from Best Buy again. Would have been so easy to cancel on Amazon. Would be willing to pay 10-20% more to not have to order from Best Buy again after this experience.”
“The Lie. Purchased a modem. Paid for it online. It tells you when you purchase that it is 1 hour pickup. After 3 hours I go to the store. Not busy. Employees standing around. They can see my order but they "can't help till they get a notification from corporate". Another day with no internet at my business because of the complete ineptitude of best buy. Fantastic.”

“I would never buy another item from this company again. I attempted to buy my washer from this company and they gave me the run around just for me to receive my item from their delivery team. Forget calling customer service to state a complaint, they all read off the same script and they do not go outside of it to help the customer. I ended up cancelling my item from them and once I did that they stuck to the script that they can do nothing to help me because I cancelled my item. I told them I would never buy another item from them ever again. There are so many companies out there I could buy from with better customer Service that would price match Best Buys prices and give you the service as a customer you deserve!”
“I ordered a freezer on 11/14/2021, and was given a delivery date of 12/06/2021, with constant reminders. ON 12/06/2021 they said they had to reschedule, because of the manufacturer, so I was rescheduled for 01/06/2022. I gave them that, because of Covid, everyone's excuse. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. They told me now 2/03/2021, so I cancelled it. They took my money in one day exactly, and now are telling me, it will take 5-7 business days to get it back. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Today is 1/06/2022 and they even reminded me again, my freezer was coming today, be home between 12-5, then at 11:15 called and emailed me that it had to be resheduled. I'm done with BEST BUY! “The only reason I am leaving one star is because they will not allow me to use 0. I went to get a dryer from them that was in stock. I purchased it and the man told me that he could see it on the shelf and would find someone to help him get it down. After 20 minutes of waiting I was told that they could not sell it to me cause there was a problem with the number on the machine. He refunded my money and would not help me. The next day I ordered one on line only to find that I must pick it up myself. Once I picked up the machine and got it home it was missing a screw for the door and would not run. I was told to put any screw in the door. It ran for three days then started making a really loud thumping noise. They told me that Samsung must fix it. Samsung checked that machine to fine a huge dent in the machine causing the drum to rub against the heating element. They told me that it was a Best Buy issue and a fire hazard. When I called Best Buy they said that the only thing that I could do was return the machine. So they processed this request over an hour on the phone. He told me that they would send me an email giving me the information for the return, refund, and the shipping label for the company to come get the machine for free. This was three weeks ago, and I have yet to hear anything back from them. I have been on hold now for 30 minutes waiting for a supervisor to come on the phone after being hung up on by another tech. The customer service is horrible and seems to be located out of the United states as all of the tech that I have spoken with are seemingly of Asian decent. After an hour on the phone I finally found a wonderful tech that was able to help me process this return. Nearly three weeks later I will finally have a refund for the broken dryer. I do not recommend buying large items from Best Buy.”

“Went to best buy to try to buy a KitchenAid Digital Countertop Oven with Air Fry - KCO124 (Color: Black Matte) $198.99 on Amazon, Bestbuy had the same thing for $219.99. I asked for the price match guarantee and showed the Amazon price to BestBuy employee, he would not honor because the BestBuy product had the (BM) appended to end of model number KCO124BM, it obviously stood for the color which was Black Matte. I tried to explain this to the employee but he refused to honor the price match because on Amazon the same exact item did not have the BM appended to the end. In reality, the order is not shipped and its status has not changed in the last 2 weeks with "Delivery date will appear here as soon as details are provided by the carrier." "On November 13, 2021, I order several items on order number #BBY01806522997996, for $3,438.03. That was a Mac Pro 16 i9 2019, Brother Printer, Seagate One Touch external back up hard drive, and a HDMI Cable. Along with all the warranty cost for the major items. On December 10, I noticed Best Buy was selling the same Mac Pro from 2299.99 to 1999.99. I called the price match number several times over several days with negative results. I was informed they denied me because I received a Bundle. I said what bundle? I paid everything at full price. The only freebies I received was their 3 months Apple TV, 6 months of Apple Music, and 6 months of Apple News. I have had several Macs and never used their gimmick services. If they call this a Bundle, then every new Apple Mac or iMac sold receives this, and is unable to qualify for a price match. If you buy a HP laptop and receive a free Webroot antivirus software, under the same conditions as my Apple purchase-you are ineligible for a price match reduction. What I should of done was to bring my unopened Mac Pro 16 back to Best Buy, and purchased the same one at a lower price 1999.99. DO NOT TRUST BEST BUY WHEN IT COMES TO PRICE MATCH. THEY WILL FIGURE SOMETHING OUT TO DENY YOU. LIKE THEY DID ME. In this case, if they are using free Apple TV, etc., and Apple always provides those offers. You will never get a price match on an Apple Product, or at Best Buy. They will find something absurd. WHAT A SHAM. I still have until the 16th of January to return everything. Don’t use BEST BUY BECAUSE OF CONVENIENCE. Go buy one from a reputable business."”

I was told by and agent on monday after no delivery again that the system is showing a scheduled delivery for wednesday. Dec 15th and i should wait as she updating the system to reflect same. There was no delivbery on wednesday and i requested a refund. Another stressful long phone call to bestbuy to get my refund as the agent stated would be in 7 working days and i am still without my fund.
I am reaching out all over hoping for someone advice on ther next step or way forward.

“On 12/10/2021, I ordered a Samsung electric range and cord for Best Buy in Yuma, AZ for $850. I only placed this order after being guaranteed that it would be delivered on 12/23/2021. I received several emails stating that my order was on the way. On 12/23/2021, I received a call from Best Buy and was told that they did not have my range, didn't know where it was or if it would ever come? I panicked and went to the store. I was then told by a Manager that they didn't know what happened and had canceled the order. I was told that I would receive a refund in one (1) business day for the range and that the cord had to be placed back into stock for me to get a refund. I went home livid. Then I started doing research on Best Buy's return policy and learned that it actually takes 7 to 10 business days. I panicked because I needed this money for Christmas. I called Best Buy's customer service department 3 times and was told everything from I canceled the order which I did not, Chase debit cards don't work at Best Buy (they had no problem withdrawaling the funds), to if you are that unhappy sir, shop somewhere else. I reported the situation to Chase who is going to resolve the issue for me. Bottom line, if you buy from Best Buy and have an issue, Good luck, they are not going to help! I will NEVER shop there again”
