Very disappointed with the service that has been provided by Betta Living. They were very helpful before they had been paid, but started slacking straight after. I have been waiting for over a month for my bedroom to be finished off. I was told that someone would be with us on 19th October. When I complained that I wanted someone to come sooner than this date I was told that noone was available. On the 19th noone bothered to turn up and when I called to enquire about it, I was told that my appointment had been rescheduled and that someone should have phoned me to let me know!! betta living was recommended to me by a friend but I am really beginning to wish that I hadn't booked them. The whole experience has been a disaster from start to finish and this has been ongoing since Mid June!! When I initially arranged a room consultation with them they sent a kitchen fitter round who did a rubbish job designing my bedroom. I was only made aware of this when the surveyor came round and couldn't complete his job due to the very bad designing of the room! I am so upset and fed up with this whole experience and also sick and tired of chasing them with jobs that still need to be done. Their wardrobes may be of good quality but their customer service is horrendous!

Absolutely disgusted with their services. Spent £7,500 for a new wet room. Water leaked down stairs, called them in May 2015 to fix, it's now the middle of October, and they haven't done a thing. I have had to do all the chasing, making sure materials got here for the fitter to install ( that took 5 months), they said they would have a fitter in, gave me a week commencing date ..... and shockingly, no one has turned up. Not even a call, even though I rang and emailed them to try and get a confirmation. Whilst the products may look good, they simply use subbies to get the work done, and charge you a huge mark up, which is fine, as long as they take responsibility when it goes wrong. Would never use them again, and wouldn't recommend them either. Six months now, and still counting till they actually fix this!!!!

ilett B65751 I can't thank Ken and Tommy enough. From the moment they stepped into my house, everything was excellent!! They explained everything they were going to do and kept me up to date with progress. I had three bedrooms fitted and they worked long days, even ringing me to see if they could start a day earlier than planned which was perfect for me. I'm so pleased with my new bedrooms and how easy they made it. They did my room first as I requested so that I could start putting things back in, whilst they carried on with the other rooms. Nothing was too much trouble. Prior to that, the surveyor Ross paid so much attention to detail, and again explained the process and made suggestions. He made two follow up calls to me to check details. Have been so impressed with how courteous polite and hardworking they have all been. A big thank you.

Had a bathroom fitted what a joke, chair for shower was missing, handles for vanity unit was missing, the fitter did not fit the tiles round the door properly they was not straight, this was beginning of September had them fit the bathroom, it is now 17th October and the fitter is here with a load of mess and trying to tell me my wall is out I explained my tiles that was on before wasn't out, he even shaved the ball of the lock in the door down so the door would shut. In my loft they had the boards up and not screwed them back down a friend went up in loft to get me something down and noticed this so if you have a problem check it all out first because they are straight there for the money as soon as it is fitted even when not finished, would not recommend.iIf they don't screw the boards down I'm getting in touch with trading standards fed up now.

I have just travelled 200 miles to come to Manchester the day before for a design visit and quote. Only to be told by bettaliving agent at my house that I cannot get a quote as my my wife is not present. I could have been told this before i drove over and spend a night in a hotel all costing me money. The agent had the chick to say I can arrange another visit when my wife is around. What a shame bettaliving cannot do the 3 bedrooms I wanted doing. Your lost due to zero customer service. Very dissapointed for having allowed to waste my time.

Job no: B65643 I have been really impressed by the service from Betta Living. From my first point of contact with them to the fitting they have lived up to my expectations. They estimated my bedroom would be fitted within a month and it has been. The fitter, Lee Jones, was very courteous and did a fantastic job with a really high quality finish. He stayed late to finish the job which I really appreciated and left the room spotless.

We had the design manager (south) round and he said things will be done but when it came to installing it all went wrong Price way to high for the quality of goods Fitters took 4 weeks to finish and left us with no gas Poor fitting quality No communication from the design manager at all Fitters left a mess and seemed more concerned with rushing the job and go We will be seeking compensation Not happy at all Marion McDonnell dartford

Ramasamy B65347- regarding Ken & tommy fitters we did 4 bed room fitted wardrobes , superb Job by these brothers , perfect finishing , cleaned the room after their work , high standard service from betta living especially the fitters.. we already planned to do the kitchen with betta living in the near future i strongly recommend betta living for those customers who look for high standard ward robes in affordable price without compromising the quality, definitely better than sharp/hammond. cheers anand, gomersal , west yorkshire

From start to finish was not good!, we ordered a made to measure fitted wardrobe costing nearly £2000 on the understanding the items could be supplied and fitted on a Saturday, we awaited a phone call from the delivery/fitting department, I had to chase them up and they told me i had supplied them with the incorrect phone number which was wrong - the correct phone numbers were on the paperwork! it was then decided it was an internal mistake from the invoice, they rang and told us all parts and fitting can only be delivered/fitted on a week day! After telling the staff on the phone I was not happy as I was effectivley missold fhey later came back and said if they could find a fitter they could fit on a Saturday although my wife still had to take a day off work to take delivery. A fitter eventually came and within half an hour went as he said parts were delivered damaged! The next week another fitter came and he fitted the wardrobe. He also advised that parts were damaged (the internal drawer unit) but that he could turn it round and hide the damage. After he left we noticed that he had damaged the ceiling and walls of our new house! He also left ALL the rubbish including damaged items outside our front door in our porch and we had to move it before we could get out. The doors are soft close but the doors do not really close properly and have to be pushed shut but to be honest i would not trust Betta Living to come and adjust the doors! I have not complained about this experience with Betta Living before as i can see no point as they would not repaint my new house ceiling and wall! All in all not happy and I would not recommend your company nor use you again. Th girl on the phone who arranged the Saturday fitting was the only person we came in contact with who was friendly and helpful throughout and appeared to go out of her way to help us. We have no complaints about her but overall the service was poor and less than expected.

Although we have ended up with a lovely kitchen there were a few issues along the way. Staff in the Aylesford branch appeared to lack in knowledge of the product they were selling and were not able to direct us to speak with the correct person when needed. My husband and I spent a long time in the showroom adapting our kitchen design working with a member of Betta Living staff and they were taking notes so that the surveyor would have all of our up to date details. Upon arrival, the surveyor had none of these details and we had to start all over again! We were falsely told that our fuse board would need changing in our home after we had placed a deposit down for the kitchen to be fitted and had gone past the 14 days cancellation clause. This was an expense that should have been highlighted from the start. It was fortunate that we sought independent feedback from 3 electricians as they told us this replacement was not needed an ultimately saved us £500. The fitter was good but under a lot of pressure with other jobs and consequently, the electrics took longer than anticipated, In addition to this the plumber/electrician had to come back due to a leak. Our kitchen has been in for 2 weeks now and we are still awaiting feedback from Betta Living / the kitchen fitter on some niggles that need rectifying. We paid outright for our kitchen and hoped that we would have had better service than we received.

I was slightly surprised that the wardrobes were delivered flat pack and had to be assembled by the fitter, at the price I paid I think I expected unit built to order and properly constructed at the factory. However our fitter Aydan has done a very good job and they feel very solid and well put together, albeit that it took 3 very long days of work to finish the installation when he told me he was only being paid for 2 days. Also, I paid £900 for installation and was told that the fitters only gets c60% of that. Where does the rest of this charge go? I have asked Betta Living for an answer but they are strangely quiet!

From beginning to end we were very pleased with our bedroom furniture from Bettaliving. The wardrobes are sturdy and the interior uses the space to its best advantage.

You are in breach of contract for not supplying an electrical cert. A letter is on its way to you, if you do not supply one in 7 days from receipt of this letter, we will take further action

Lovely quality furniture, but you are paying for it! My gratitude is to the fitter Chris, absolutely brilliant and particular ours was quite an akward one but Chris got it spot on. He's a credit to Betta Living

I totally regret choosing Betta Living for my new Kitchen and would strongly recommend anyone considering them NOT to. Since I've had my kitchen fitted 2 and a half years ago I have had to have fitters back out on several occasions ranging from doors having to be refitted because they don't stay aligned, to my work tops having to be completely replaced as they were very poor quality, and then also I have to keep on calling them to find out what's going on, And then when arrangements are made for a call back or a fitter coming to my home it never happens.
