“It has been months since I've submitted my information for a recalled product. The only response received from the company is that they are delayed and there is not an ETA on the replacement or an option for a refund. Will not be purchasing from this company again”
“Never sent the replacement part after I followed the recall instructions. These people are thieves and bombard your email and phone with messages pushing you to buy their products. I mean, seriously, how many of these things does someone need? Had to buy from another company to replace the recalled unit Blendjet had me destroy. Avoid this company at all costs.”

When I called . Several times. Same story. Running late. I finally put my big girl pants on. Called again. NOW they are going to get a replacement out to me. Problem. I have/had 3 my daughter 1. The colors you could originally pick from for replacements was a joke. I paid extra for the designs that I had when I originally purchased them. Replacement was green. Black. And I think purple.
Anyways. The agreed (after 4 months) that they would send replacements out. Oh. And when I did call they said it would be July before the next round of replacements went out. Not good enough BlendJet!
Once they agreed to send replacements at my color choosing. Remember, I had my big girl pants on?
They told me 3 days they would arrive. I even got an email stating so. Well. A week and a half later. Still none . Called again. They told me another week. Big girl pants pulled up again. Not good enough BlendJet.
Now they agreed to send immediately. About 5 days later I get a package. With the WRONG BlendJet in it!! Called agin. Again they are going to send me another one. A week later I got the right one.
So. I am a very unhappy customer. The customer service was awful. I could barely understand a word any of these reps were speaking. They never admitted their mistake.
Tell me one thing. Do another.
My time is valuable. I do not have time for horrible service and on hold with a company for up to an hour just to be told to wait longer.
The product itself? I do like. However, I would not ever buy one again. Spend the extra money. Go on Amazon and get a good quality blender. There are a few to pick from.”
“After receiving the recall notice from BlendJet, I immediately complied with showing proof my current model was destroyed. This was in December 2023. I received an email that my replacement was being shipped, this was March 25, 2024. Currently the product is still in Fort Worth, TX (Ap 11, 2024). I reached out to BlendJet for an update and AI sent an automated response. Sent a reply in hopes to actually get a better response and BlendJet sent another AI generated response about how to use their product. Unbelievable!!! This is not the first bad experience with their customer service. I would definitely reconsider purchasing any products from this company. It’s just not worth the empty promises they offer.”

“I purchased multiple BlendJets for myself and friends. When I received the recall notice I promptly complied with their recall instructions expecting a replacement as promised. Several months later I received another notice saying they were going to, again, be late in sending out the replacements. They could have easily and quickly taken care of the problem by simply sending vouchers to their (former loyal) customers or offering a refund but they chose not to. The BlendJet works fine but so do their competitors' products. Due to the terrible customer service, I'd recommend anyone looking for a small blender to purchase from another company - don't risk your money with BlendJet. In the long run, it's customer service that makes or breaks a company and so far, BlendJet's customer service sucks.”

“I purchased a 2 pack of blend jet from Costco. I was pleased with the way it worked once I got it figured out. It's really just for small job blending. It's not very powerful but okay to make smoothies. Then the recall came at the end of December 2023. In order for them to send new blenders I had to show proof of me destroying the ones I had. That was in the end of Dec. 23 and still as of 2/9/24 do not have the replacements. But the can supply the stores with the product for more sales but can't backup their recall and take care of existing customers. Good product when it worked but not a good company. So I would not recommend Blend Jet”
“Ordered 2 BlendJets and an array of accessories because I liked the concept of a small, portable blender and a 30 day money back guarantee.
Big mistake! The BlendJet would not crush ice or even blend frozen fruit!
I immediately contacted BlendJet to return my order and was told that they do not cover return shipping! I mentioned the 30 day money back guarantee and they said it doesn't cover return shipping.
Do not waste your time and money with this product and poor customer service!”

Nice Chinese manufactured blender and both worked well for a few months and crapped out.
Called for replacement but they only offer 20% for a new one. The main point to be made here is don’t expect it to be reliable for any length of time and these two were only used a few times a week at the most. There are several other portable blenders we are looking into although I am sure all of them are manufactured in China.
For me it’s not the cost it’s the quality and reliability especially when we are traveling.
The catch name BlenderJet is just a name but inferior complonents. I too opened it up and one of the 2 batteries was leaking and discolored.
Poor customer service policy and poor reliability is biggest complaint. Would be ok with higher priced more reliable model but definitely would not recommend these!”
“The review below is consistent with my experience as well. I ordered mine on the 16th of November. It is now February and still no Blendjet. I have written 4 emails to support and guess what, no support. In fact they shouldnt be allowed to call themselves that.”
“I ordered a BlendJet May 16th as a birthday present and choose the colour specifically as the website stated it would be dispatched NO LATER than May 31st. May 31st came and went, no sign of my order being dispatched. I got in touch with customer care and they advised me that I would receive an email when my order has been dispatched... well no sh*t, I should have already had the email and the order should on it’s way by now. A member of staff contacted me on June 7th to let me know it was dispatched. At this stage the birthday had been and gone, I thought okay should be here soon (how wrong I was). DHL tracking shows my BlendJet arrived in its destination country about a week ago and states “tracking complete, delivery shortly”. What use is that? Tracking stops when it arrives in the destination country!?! At the time of writing (June 25th) a MONTH AND A HALF after placing my order, still no BlendJet. The really infuriating thing is the amount of promotional sh*t emailed on an almost daily basis, this doesn’t help me, it just reminds me of how horrendous your service is! Do yourself a favour if your thinking of buying a portable blender and just go on Amazon!”
