“I also received notification that my blend jet was dangerous. They told me to cut up the rubber gasket and prove that I did that and send them a picture. Then they said I would be receiving my new base to my Blanche in four weeks. I have contacted them at least 10 times requesting a new blend jet. I have received the same response saying they’re sorry but the company will not replace the jet. Their company is behind on returning the bases to their customers due to production. I spent $50 on this item and have not been able to use it the whole summer. I am letting you know that you should not trust this Company. Very dissatisfied with their customer service and the return of my product that I purchased. Terrible ! Terrible! Terrible!”
“In February 2024, I received a recall notification from Blendjet. The instructions advised on destroying a specific part rendering the product unusable. However, I was informed that a replacement would be issued.
8 months later and many emails sent, I am still waiting and being fobbed off with the same templated response. There is no promise on timelines and refunds are not being issued.
Templated response:
'We are working diligently to get your replacement base kit to you, though I’m still unable to provide a specific timeframe for its delivery due to the high volume of requests.
The recall has impacted us significantly, but please know we are doing our utmost to address each situation and get these base kits out quickly. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships. We truly appreciate your understanding regarding this matter and look forward to getting you back up & blending soon!'
The above is the same templated response. In the meanwhile, the company still proceeds to send me recipe ideas, promotions etc for a product that is useless. Be aware of this company.”
“Recalled this product in Feb and asked customers to provide proof we'd disabled them (cutting the seals) to get a replacement. No replacement received.”
“Blendjet 2 Recall: I submitted the info with the pictures and got my confirmation in January. It's October 2024 now and I still haven't received my replacement parts. In between time, I checked on the status and was told there were supply chain issues and they didnt know when it would be resolved but that I'd get an email when it's shipping out. I can imagine there being an overwhelming demand to resolve this issue since so many were affected so I said I'd continue to wait. After reading other experiences, I realized I may have to be more cruel in order to get it and threaten to go to the BBB or actually file with the BBB to resolve this. I haven't received any update and their site still says unfulfilled. I did enjoy using my blendjet before all this, but now I'm just annoyed cuz first off it wasn't the cheapest thing ever so replacing it in my current financial situation...it's a luxury I can't afford right now, but I also alerted my friends that may have been unaware of the recall and the deadline and now we may all be in this limbo of hope and doubt. It was bad enough going with a replacement color I didn't want, but not getting it at all (after waiting this long) is now a high probability.”
“Oh my god...that is my first sentence. That is the most pathetic company I've been dealing with,customer service is non existing. First of all my blendjet stopped working after a month of purchasing it,and when I heard about the recall I was happy to know that it will be replaced. But unfortunately it didn't happen,I sent every info they requested about faulty blender in February 2024,and you know what...it's October already I still didn't get my replacement. I sent lots of emails to customer service and they excuse was always like"we have problem with suppliers, it should be sorted soon" and still didn't hear anything from them. What a scam,so disappointed”
“I’m giving 1 star because I have to otherwise I’ll give no stars. Their customer service is terrible. It took me one year to get my replacement only because I complained so much now I’m having a problem with the jar and they don’t answer their emails. I would not suggest anyone buy this product.”
“Like all other reviews, I'm still waiting on a replacement kit for which I returned in January 2024. It has been nearly 10 months. This is unacceptable. Customer service is not doing much other than providing the same response to the 4-5 times that I have emailed to follow up - "...we do not have an exact date for them to arrive...we are unable to upgrade, or offer refunds. Kits should start resuming shipping soon and you will get a confirmation when that happens." I'm not clear on any consumer rights I have here but should someone find something, I would be happy to join a class action lawsuit against this company.”
“Worst purchase. I bought 2 and 2 had to be replaced takes all day to make one smoothie with blueberries and bananas stops after a few seconds every time. Will NEVER purchase anything from blend jet again.”
“I'm in the same situation as everyone else. Been waiting since Jan 2024 for replacement, customer service is not at all helpful. They seem to have plenty on the shelf and happy to take money from new customers and don't care about people they have already taken money from.”
“2nd unit worked for about 7 months, usage was weekdays, 1 smoothie, no ice, and not even used in the summer. Warranty is good for 30 days. Unit will not charge to usage capacity. Customer service kindly reminded me of the recall, or I can purchase new base. No thanks. I see no value here.”
“Like others, I have had the same BAD experience with the recall. Waiting since Jan. 2024 for the replacement base that I destroyed per their instruction. Every time I write, I get the same boiler plate apology asking me to forgive and understand since they are a small company. They won't be a small company for long--they will be a non-existent company soon enough given their lack of customer service.”

“I would give this company a negative star if it were an option on this platform. Like others on here, I purchased a set for my daughter for Christmas 2023. Immediately after, received a notice about the 'bad seal'. First question in my mind was why ship it to a consumer if you know there's a recall on the seal?? We followed instructions to break the seal, submit pictures and get a replacement. Still waiting. No updates received ever. When I reach out to them, they tell me they've started shipping seals out in March of 2024. Well - it's now almost October 2024 and still nothing. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCT.”
“I would AVOID BLENDJET at all costs. I also destroyed my Blendjet as requested and it's been about 9 months. I have asked for updates. At one point they said I could just pick a new one and then when I did, they said that wasn't an option anymore. I keep getting emails to purchase a new one. Sure they are willing to take more money from people but not stand behind their promises. TOTAL SCAM!”
“There was a recall on a pet, which we did and the replacement still has not been received. All of this was in March!!!!! I’ve had to write them 3 times and keep getting told they are working on it. Not worth the price!!!!!!!”
