Paid for Delivery. NOT DELIVERED Provided Correct Address & Phone #- DID NOT CALL AS REQUESTED. FLOWERS barely alive next day when my friend picked them up! WRONG COLOR - Ordered Dozen LAVENDER ROSES - Received almost dead PINK ROSES- NOTHING LIKE WEBSITE PHOTO. NO REFUND -$83.87 RIDICULOUS - LESSON LEARNED. DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX!

Ordered 1 dozen Lavender Roses to be delivered to my friend in Banff, Alberta for her 70 Birthday. Paid for delivery. Provided Correct address & phone number. Requested they call first! DID NOT DELIVER OR CALL! I notified my friend so she could pick up at PUROLATOR. ROSES were PINK ! Not LAVENDER. DRIED OUT & BARELY ALIVE. NO ONE CALLED! MY Account NOT CREDITED! $15.00 off next order. KEEP YOUR MONEY I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM BLOOMEX AGAIN!

J’ai commandé un panier cadeau contenant des chocolats et un bouquet de 4 ballons hélium bonhomme sourire pour mon père à l’hôpital. La commande a été complètement modifiée par du fromage et des craquelins qu’il ne mange pas et 2 petits ballons sur tige. La livraison ne valait pas le prix que j’ai payé. (100$ avec tx et livraison) Première et dernière fois. Je me suis fait avoir. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie.

We ordered from the UK to send to my Mother in Law on her 100th birthday. The photo of the bouquet on the website looked lovely and we also supersized it as it was a such a special occasion. Seeing the photo of the flowers my mother in law received was a a bitter disappointment. There was no bouquet, just a very few random flowers wrapped in a bit of tissue. No attempt had been made to arrange them into a bouquet and it looked absolutely nothing like the flowers we had chosen. I feel very embarrassed to have my mother in law receive these on her 100th birthday. It really upset me, I complained and sent a photo of the rubbish flowers and was told the photo was taken at one angle and I needed to send more. We are in the uk and only had one photo. But it was clearly visible that this was not what we ordered and anyway a bouquet for that amount of money should look good at any angle!!!! Total rip off. Absolute criminals,

Flowers were never delivered and account has not been credited nor credit card refunded. I have had discussion since June 6 and nothing resolved. I now behind a credit card dispute. They say the address was not deliverable, yet they accepted payment and sent out flowers. They used Purolator for their delivery and Purolator delivers to this address (the one I provided) at least once a week.

Worst experience ever! Very deceiving as I thought I was ordering a bouquet in a vase. Well it arrived in a box as do it yourself flowers!!!! Unbelievable, could have bought the same flowers at the grocery store for $15. Buyer beware and I will never use them again and will make sure everyone knows that they are a joke and very misleading. 1st picture is what I ordered. 2nd picture is what arrived in a box to put together yourself. Also nowhere on the website does it mention that they come in a box to put together yourself!!

Customer service very very bad! Flowers not delivered to corrected address. Didn't call to verify. FedEx also denied wrong delivery. Said the tracking number was non existent. What a scam. Then my credit card was scammed several times by who knows who after that. So disgusted! Never order from them unless you want to throw your money away!!!A

Just wow!!! The $211 (total) funeral spray we ordered did not even come close to what they advertised. I will try to post photos as I am unable to at this time. They were unwilling to give me a full or partial refund!!! Awful customer relations and misleading advertising. These people should be called out. Never again!!!

Very disappointed with this company. They deliver flowers that were dead, after we called and complained they delivered another basket of flowers that were worse. Very horrible company. Would never deal with them again.

Misleading - Ordered the Posh Pink arrangement which was to be pale pink. It was completely different in look, colour and not as described. Was missing some of the main items written in description. I could have picked up a better arrangement at a grocery store.

Buyer Beware: Bloomex MISREPRESETS their products I don't like to leave negative reviews but this company messed with me when my first physical attempt to reach out to my grieving friend and they had 0 care or respect for the situation. My friend's father passed away just days before his birthday - for which I already, in good time ordered a supersized contemporary bouquet, to be sent to him. Initially I had a GOOD impression of bloomex as they were very responsive when I asked them to change the card message from Happy Birthday, to one of condolence, them doing this so swiftly lulled me into the false impression that they were a responsive and considerate company making this amendment for me at what is an awful time for a person to go through. I really wanted it to be a beautiful and heartfelt gesture during a difficult time. Unfortunately, Bloomex fell short on every level. The bouquet delivered looked NOTHING like the vibrant, plentiful, contemporary arrangement pictured on the Bloomex website. It lacked the fullness and elegance advertised, and it lacked the "significantly more impressive and contain more blooms than the Deluxe Bouquet", as mentioned on their site, and what was sent was a pale imitation of what I paid for. To add insult to injury, the sympathy message for my friend was scrawled on the back of a coupon. This lack of attention to detail was insensitive and unprofessional. I specifically chose a "Supersized" bouquet, promised on the Bloomex website to be "significantly more impressive" with "more blooms." In reality, I received a paltry collection of flowers. While some variation from the online image is understandable, this arrangement lacked the promised volume and contemporary style. It was also missing the advertised wrapping – "natural craft paper and trendy rafia." What they sent was enough to fill a JAM JAR. This experience caused significant embarrassment. I wanted to express my condolences in a thoughtful way, but instead, I felt responsible for delivering a subpar offering. The blatant discrepancy between Bloomex's online presentation and their actual service is deeply disappointing. Potential customers deserve to be aware of the significant gap between Bloomex's promises and their actual service. Furthermore, due to the significant misrepresentation of the product, I have filed a complaint with my credit card company. The delivered flowers did not remotely match the description, constituting a case of misleading advertising. I strongly advise against using Bloomex for your flower needs. Look elsewhere for a florist who delivers on their promises and treats customers with respect, especially during sensitive occasions. When I wrote to bloomex to complain, I attached several images and they had the nerve to ask me to send pictures - so clearly they can't read an email very well either. BE SURE TO COMPLAIN TO YOUR BANK ESPECIALLY IF YOU PAID VIA CREDIT CARD. UPDATE: Bloomex replied to me saying I was mistaken for interpreting MORE BLOOMs as more stems - so the question begs, WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A STEM AND A BLOOM? It's a total joke, they're being obtuse and deceptive and expect me to take store credit when I live in the UK and my friend is in Canada - what do they want? For my friends other parent to die so I can embarrass myself again by getting shoddy flowers from their business? I don't think so.

Ordered mother’s day flowers and never received them. When the company was contacted they said they were delivered. No refund was issued and no flowers! I will never order from this site again.

They are literally scam artists. They didn't send my order in Mother's Day and then wouldn't respond to my emails, but instead told me they changed my order to something else because they didn't have what I ordered. Every time I called they just got me off the phone however they could, including glass promises or just hanging up on me. Then I get emails saying they don't give refunds. Don't ever give them your money. Four days later still no flowers and they won't refund.

Don’t order from this company. I ordered flowers for my mum & best friend on Wednesday 08 May for delivery on Friday 10 May in time for Mother’s Day it’s Thu 16May still not delivered. Send emails no reply. Been chatting on their chat live keep getting different answers. It was my mum’s first Mother’s Day without our dad who recently passed away a month ago and also my best friend’s first Mother’s Day without her mum. No refunds no updates so disappointed! I don’t usually do bad feedback but 2 orders and no updates. Keep offering a resend of my orders still nothing. I wish I checked reviews I wouldn’t have ordered through this company. Still waiting for a reply on refunding my orders not one but 2 orders. Just refund my orders.

I wish I could give negative stars. Save your money and avoid the headache of dealing with this scam of a company. Took my money, did not deliver the product, changed delivery date, only wants to give me store credit, no refund. I ordered a product and a service that was not delivered. Can't get through to anyone there. I have done the live chat, email and phone. I either get templated emails, robot chat or the poor shmuck that gets yelled at all day and is totally useless. If my order ever does show up, they will be dead since they have been packaged for the last 5 days. Now the fight is on for a full refund, not their store credit garbage.

I wish I could give zero stars…. I ordered lavender roses, white wine and truffles for my mom on Mother’s Day and not only did she receive them 2 days late, she was also delivered red and white roses, red wine and no truffles. They literally didn’t fulfill any of my order. Spend your money elsewhere. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them.

My son in another province paid way more then any I've seen around town but the problem I have is I got a bunch of mostly 1/2 dead flowers tied with an elastic thrown in a box, they will not respond to my numerous emails, I beg you, keep your money and DO NOT give it to Bloomex, I feel bad for my son who spent good money for his mom on Mothers Day and got garbage

I’m not surprised to see so many horrible reviews on here. My Mom didn’t get her flowers until two days after Mothers Day. Not only were they late but they looked like gas station flowers in a cheap vase - not even close to the picture. Customer service is terrible, they would not issue a refund or even credit. This was the first and last time I use Bloomex.
