This is the second and last time I will use Bloomex, the first order arrived 4 days late and in very poor condition. The second order was a day late when I asked it be cancelled, I was told I cannot be cancelled because it was in delivery. In fact it was not in delivery. It did not arrive for another 3 days and when it arrived it was in such poor condition the recipient did not accept the package. Now Bloomex is refusing to issue a refund. I have paid for services I have not received. Bloomex is a terrible company and do not recommend them to anyone.

BUYERS BEWARE!! So disappointed, ordered Mother’s Day flowers Friday May 12th for my Mother. Flowers didn’t arrive until Tuesday May 16th in a box with no vase, personal note written on the back of the invoice and flowers extremely wilted. Bloomex claim to be Canada’s #1 florist but the quality of the flowers were terrible, not like the picture online. So misleading. What was supposed to be a beautiful surprise became something so disappointing!!! You can purchase better flowers at the grocery store and for less than $50.

No no no, these guys are terrible, customer service appalling and delivery times are false advertising, even when you pay the extra for delivery fee to get there on time

Buyer Beware - The Bloomex website was experiencing a “glitch” according to a customer service agent, so the agent processed my order. After confirming the delivery date payment information was provided. Additional terms and conditions were not provided or agreed upon. On the agreed delivery day the recipient (not purchaser) was informed that the delivery would be “sometime next week”. The day after the scheduled delivery date I contacted customer service requesting a refund for services not rendered. The agent said they do not offer refunds, I informed the agent the T&C’s was not provided prior to purchase, and payment would not have been authorized had they been. The issue was left unresolved at that time. 3 days after the agreed delivery date I called customer service, I asked to speak to a supervisor but the agent hung up, additional calls were screened (I called from a different number which was answered until my name was given). I converted the conversation to an online customer service representative where my requests for assistance were again screened and Bloomex customer service ignored. When I requested assistance as a different person, they responded immediately, until my order number was confirmed, then they again refused to have any sort of discussion with me. The flowers were delivered completely wilted and could not be salvaged, the recipient contacted customer service and was also ignored. This is fraudulent behavior- the company does not honor their end of a purchase agreement or offer any customer service support.

I ordered flowers for my mom in BC for Mother’s Day. They were to be delivered the Friday before. I logged into my bloomex account on Saturday and the status showed delivered. I waited till Sunday(Mother’s Day) to call my mom and found out she never received them. Apparently the unit number was left out of the delivery information. I 100% know that I entered it. I never checked the tracking because the bloomex account showed delivered. Of course someone changed that today after I called to inquire and was told there’s nothing they can do. I checked with the courier company and the earliest they could redeliver is next Wednesday. The flowers will be dead by then if they’re not already. I provided both my and my mothers phone numbers. Why did no one call when there was a problem with delivery? Don’t recommend Bloomex and will not ever use them again.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and I am incredibly dissapointed. The flowers look NOTHING like the picture on the website; they are tiny and some are wilted. The deliver person just dropped them off on the porch in a box. Never ordering there again.

The flowers arrived on time. Quite a few of the flowers were rotten and drooping. Pictures are day of delivery and after 1 day.

My order did not arrive on the day it was scheduled to. phone line always busy and disconnects you. online chat they boast is instant, once you get a live operator they literally ask for an order number then say nothing more. basically offers services they cannot fulfill. tried to offer me store credit at the cost of the delivery fee but refused to refund.

If I could give it less I would. I ordered these for my 80 year old mother this week. This is what i ordered in the first pic and this is what they sent in the second.

I have ordered from Bloomex for over a decade and have usually had orders to other cities in Canada. All of them were floral orders. This past weekend, I ordered a gift basket. The recipient was extremely please. The package was received in a very timely manner. Thank you, once again, Bloomex!

My daughter ordered flowers for my birthday. They arrived after 6. My daughter didn’t think I was going to even receive them. My son ordered chocolates and paid express delivery to arrive before noon on May 4th. They arrived today, May 8th at 2:10 this afternoon. The box they came in has seen better days. The package had bene rewrapped at least 3 times. This is terrible. I told my son to cancel the order. Very disappointed as both my children wanted to make my birthday special.

I had the deluxe bunch of sunflowers delivered to my daughter when she had given birth to my adorable grand daughter. The flowers were wilted and only a few in the bunch. I paid for what i thought was a clear vase, and she received a discusting red one. I most definitely will not use this company again.

Terrible company never I will buy again 👎 I pay $65 for 20 Tulips and receive terrible tulips and the company not return my money back …I hate the flowers terrible look I received email: no excuse

I ordered the deluxe calla lily bouquet for my sick aunt and she received 6, yes 6, wilting roses. It was actually so shocking and embarrassing. Bloomex will do nothing to fix it, they just offered a 20% off future order (I would never order again) and then I complained more and got a full credit. I looked more into them and they are just completely heartless frauds. DO NOT ORDER. They need to be put out of business. I have attached photos... the first one is the small calla lily bouquet and mine was double the cost so I figured I'd get about double the amount of that. They second one is what she received. These wilting roses were $75. Look further into it, they only have good reviews that they pay for and they have thousand of bad BBB and site reviews. There was also a CBC Marketplace on them.

I'm from Ukraine. Yesterday was my sister's birthday. Before Yesterday I have paid for bouquet with roses and lavender + cute box of chocolate candies. But yesterday my sister get cheaper carnations with 3 roses + cheaper candies ( I have photo screen with prices of sweets I paid for vs sweets that was delivered to my sister). The company changed all produtc from my order for worse. Company did this without my knowledge. As for me, it's dishonest and not fair, that Bloomex is selling you worse and cheaper products, when you pay for and wait for the specific product at a higher price. They say that some sort of flowers can be not available because of season. But, in my opinion, if some flowers don't grow at this season, thay can't be on website in this seasson! I'm sure, that Bloomex hasn't good products (flowers and sweets). The products on website are sham. They take more money for better (sham) products and than they sell you worse products. I am very upset, dissapoited and angry. My sister is far from home, far from me ant other close persons. I wanted she was surprided and happy. But the Bloomex company ruined all my good intentions.

I placed an order AFTER confirming they delivered to my location. They charged my credit card and 24 hours later told me they did NOT deliver to my location. So why did you take my money? I asked for a refund. They said they would have a "partner" deliver but, the partner couldn't get there until FIVE days later. I explained this was for a party and FIVE days later no one would be at the address. Again, I asked for a refund. I was told I would get one in 24 hours. The next day I received an email stating my order was "on hold". Management had reviewed my case and because I did not respond to "alternatives" they would attempt to deliver again (in 5 days). I called again for the FOURTH time. Again, I demanded a refund. I was told there was no way to get my money back because I had not responded to management's request for alternatives??!?!?!?!?!?! I re-stated there were no viable alternatives. The party was over; delivering flowers after the fact to an address where no party was taking place is not an acceptable alternative. I DEMANDED a refund. Again, I was told it was being reviewed by management. Clearly this place is a SCAM---- why confirm the address is in your delivery area if it is not? I'll tell you why. So, they can take your money and never give it back and not have to deliver any product. I will be pursuing legal remedies. I'm due a full refund and clearly, they are not giving me my money back!

The WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Probably the worst experience I have ever had with an online company. First off, I booked with this company as it advertised its services as "same day delivery". It was not. Definitely not. They asked for all my contact information (which I provided) then all the contact information for the recipient (which I provided). Then on Saturday morning, the courier left the warehouse with the arrangement, only to not call the receipient, and NOT deliver the flowers. I was NOT informed, neither was the person whom the flowers were for. Her grandmother just passed away, and was grieving. I then get an email from this company saying that I need to pay $14.95 to have them re-delivered. I tried to call their customer service centre to arrange a refund or have my flowers delivered (given I have paid $90) ASAP, to which they refused until I pay the re-deliver fee. I personally think this is unacceptable, as they have all the information of the recipient - which they should have called prior to attempting to deliver the flowers. I then request for someone to call and explain why this was not done and why they are unable to offer a full refund, as they have 1. failed to deliver on the same day. 2. failed to deliver (or contact the receiptant to let them know at what time they should be delivering the flowers). They did not call, but instead sent an email with words like "unfortunately.. we are sorry etc etc etc". I am so so so very upset with this service. If I had known there was a "re-delivery fee or NOT BE SAME DAY DELIVERY" I would have gone else where. They still have not offered a solution and are holding my funds hostage until I pay for their failure to deliver (fee).

BRUTAL! BUYER BEWARE! We used this company recently to send multiple fruit baskets to colleagues who lost loved ones over the past few months. We didn't realize how bad the products were (because everyone was too polite to say) until I received a basket myself last month. I was mortified to realize what my colleagues had received on behalf of co-workers who wanted to express their condolences. The $120 fruit basket had about $3.00 worth of rotten fruit in it. The clementines were so old, the skin was hard, and the fruit inside was dried up and rattling around. The customer service is horrific, just nonsense excuses, with absolutely no interest in refunding money, replacing the product or retaining valuable clients. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't waste your time or money.

PLEASE NOTE Bloomex buys ratings by offering a $20 credit for positive reviews. On Friday, Feb 24, I ordered a 'guaranteed' birthday delivery for Saturday, Feb 25 and three days later, received absolute rubbish. Bloomex is closed on Sunday so I called on the next business day, Monday, Feb 27. Because the flowers still hadn't arrived and the birthday had already passed, I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. That's when I was told the order was in transit. I did not receive an email indicating that the order was in transit. The status changed suddenly when I asked for a refund. Before the order was accepted, someone from Bloomex contacted me by phone to confirm the delivery address, which would have been the perfect time to let me know that the delivery would not be delivered on time (despite the "guaranteed birthday delivery" promised on their website). I would have immediately cancelled the order. Instead, the information was withheld. The flowers were delivered three days late, on Feb 28. What was ordered (Blue Horizons "supersize" — the website show eight roses, star gazer lilies, irises, premium fillers) was a far cry from what was received (four roses, a shabby batch of badly-dyed carnations and cheap filler). There is nothing on the website suggesting that "fair and appropriate substitions" in their most extravagant pricing option would result in fewer flowers and trashy ones at that. Neither does the website mention that specials will not be honoured outside of their "local" delivery zones (again, no indication of said zones). Though far less of an issue, but just as misleading, they charged $10 for "authentic Scottish shortbread" that turned out to be two very thin cookies. It took five attempts before I received any response from Bloomex and they refused to refund my money, instead offering credit that I would presumably use for more bad service and rubbish flowers at some future date.
