I paid an order with delivery on 15th of February, and is not arrived yet. When I contacted their chat to ask for details, some guy told me the order was returned to warehouse and he asked me to pay again for delivery and give him my card details, including CCV code. This is robbery !!What deplorable services.

Pre-Ordered Flowers on January 27th for Valentines Day for my wife and Daughter. Fast forward to February 14th Valentines Day and no flowers received. Call centre was too busy and chat option was not responsive. Got a hold of the call centre on February 15th and they said "good news; your order is out for delivery and they will get it today". What kind of company is this? These were valentines day flowers meant as a surprise delivered to a business. They are also closed on weekend. I asked what I thought was a reasonable request and that they cancel and refund the order. I was told that there is no cancellation or refunds but I can differ the delivery to another day. Again, what company does this? These are Valentines Day flowers meant to be delivered on February 14th and not the following week on February 18th??? Surprise is ruined and I was out of town and unable to pick up something if i was local. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager for a refund, again thinking my request was reasonable and i was declined and told nothing can be done as there is no refund on Valentines day orders. I get that but "HELLO", they were delivered on Valentines Day and I placed the order way back on January 27 to avoid it being last minute. I will NEVER EVER do business with them again.

Called 4 days ago placed order took credit card information charge for delivery. Address was entered incorrectly tried to contact numerous times and was told management would contact me in 24hrs never happened. Delivery was never made due to wrong address entered by staff and was still charged. Worst company ever to deal with I hope people never used this company

I ordered my mom a basket entirely of chocolate and they sent her pate and olives. She will not eat a single thing in the basket. I sent 2 emails with no response back. The next day I called and they said they would re-issue the basket. It’s now been over a week and still no basket. I also paid extra for a card and a balloon and neither was in the original basket. My poor mom still has no birthday gift basket.

Plants that should have been delivered before Christmas came December 31. The poinsettia had a broken stem and bits of mold on some of the leaves and blooms. The other two plans were in a basket lined with plastic wrap and it was leaky. One of the two died shortly after receipt. Only one plant of three has survived. Absolutely disgusting. These were a gift to me, and I hated to tell my daughter how horrible they were, but she need to know, so she wouldn't use this company again. She contacted the company and was told she'd get a credit, but there's been no word on it in weeks. Besides, why a credit for such poor quality and service. I would NEVER recommend this company that dares to call itself "Canada's official florist" to anyone. It's a black mark on Canada's reputation to have such a horrible scam company. I suspect that the good reviews they've gotten aren't sent by real people. I've included pictures of the poinsettia on the day I received it. The other plants had a lot of dirt spilled from the container. Just a mess and disappointment on opening the gift. I'm just so angry and disappointed.

The arrangement I ordered was nothing close to what was delivered (delivery was postponed to start with). Bloomex informed me that they needed to switch flowers out due to a shortage. We ordered a deluxe size and ended up with tulips only, that I could have gotten from the grocery store.

Do not deal with this company. I have never had such a terrible customer service experience like this company. They kept moving delivery date and said I never gave them recipients’ number. Which I have. 4 times now! Do not deal with this florist.

We ordered flowers for my brother in law who had just lost his wife of 52 years. The flowers were delivered past the original delivery date and when they were delivered they were left outside in -25 weather. There was no knock on the door , door bell ringing or phone call to let them know the flowers had been delivered. When they were found 28 hours later they were a frozen mess. We kept checking to see if they had been delivered but by the time we got delivery notification it was too late.Bloomex refuses to reimburse us for the flowers. In store credit only. This is the worse customer service experience ever. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered flowers for a special occasion, but unfortunately, this business failed to delivery as promised in the accepted and payble order. I agrred to change ETA to a day before. They changed the day and promised to notify with any changes. Than they changed color of the flower. So when the flower finally arrived , they were the wrong color- not even close to what I had originaly ordered. Bloomex coompletely ruined my plans. If you are looking for reliability and attention to detail, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Very disapointed with the lack of communication and service.

Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. The first flowers delivered looked absolutely nothing like the suggested picture. They arrived damaged and expired. I was granted the opportunity to send another bunch of flowers which were equally as bad! They even told me that they were delaying the delivery to ensure the flowers were perfect. Absolute joke of a company. DO NOT ORDER YOUR FLOWERS FROM HERE. You will be extremely disappointed!!

Disgusting. I ordered flowers to he sent to my mom, I purchased the premium set which is the largest you can buy. It looks nothing like the pictore and is ridiculously small.

I have just been informed that Bloomex is issuing a $20 credit. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. We do not want ANY CREDIT with this trash business. Their “customer care” team is useless. I have been trying to deal with them for the last SEVERAL DAYS after my Bloomex order arrived ROTTEN and DAMAGED. Bloomex is STEALING from customers. I am horrified that a company would do this. It is UNACCEPTABLE and UNETHICAL. No one has contacted me about a full refund and it has been DAYS since I issued my complaint. I am appalled that a company could have this poor of customer service. They claim that the quality of the flowers “complies with our policy”. See the photos below for the absolute garbage I was sent and charged $50!!!! They were immediately thrown into the trash bin. Disgusting. What a FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Ordered flowers for my mother’s bday (I live out of province) multiple days before her birthday to ensure an on time delivery, the day-of. After paying $100 for a modest, very simple bouquet they were NOT delivered on her birthday and are currently saying “delivery delay” with no further info other than it will at very least be the next business day. After reaching out to customer service, they basically said there’s nothing they can do, they will not refund or work with me on anything. Perfect! I am beyond frustrated and won’t soon be ordering again from Bloomex

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience with Bloomex. I ordered funeral flowers, and due to a courier mistake, my order never arrived. Instead of taking full responsibility and offering a refund for the complete failure of their service, they offered me a resend or in-store credit—neither of which were helpful, considering the urgency of the situation. Because of their incompetence, I had no choice but to pay another company to provide flowers for the service. The lack of accountability and their unwillingness to issue a refund is completely unacceptable. Funeral arrangements are extremely time-sensitive, and this company’s careless mistake added unnecessary stress and cost at a very difficult time. I would strongly advise against using this company. Their lack of proper customer service and failure to offer a reasonable resolution is unforgivable. Save yourself the frustration and go with a more reliable business.

Bought and paid for flowers to be delivered for my wife's birthday, for which I was out of town. Specified a delivery between 9am & noon as I knew she would be off work that day and home. I got an email, THE MORNING OF THE DELIVERY, saying they couldn't deliver until later in the day. I replied to the email indicating there would be no one home in the afternoon but they attempted a delivery anyway (this was Jan 20th and temp was -20 celcius so they could not be left on doorstep) and then the delivery person says they called 'the recipient', my wife on her cell, but she did not receive a call nor was there a call on the home line......caller ID doesn't lie. offer was to deliver them today when we are all at work and no one will be home. Tried to cancel the order and get a refund but wouldn't do it. End result was to have them deliver them to my office the next day by 5pm and if they couldn't to donate them to the nearest hospital. Terrible service and will not be using them again and suggest to find someone else.

Delivered flowers a day late… no mason jar that was part of the cost. Flowers were dead. Gave me the choice of credit with company, another bouquet of flowers or a basket of chocolates and cookies. I picked chocolates. Another bouquet of dead flowers arrived, tried again. Chocolates and cookies sent. Large box with four nickel sized cookies. Ridiculous!!!! I’m not sure what is Canadian about this company. Customer service is over seas! It was a fight to get service and definitely substandard.

first order with Bloomex. Quality of the roses..........horrible. Tired to call them 3 times to get ETA for delivery.............each time my call was cut off. Tried to use CHAT...........nobody there. Reached out to complain about the quality of the roses.......they don't care. They don't care it was my first order with Bloomex. They don't care that 3 phone calls all were cut off. THEY JUST DON"T CARE. Don't waste your money with Bloomex
