“ Customer services are rubbish cannot answer a simple question with regard to my return. Do not seem to have the information that it is back in their warehouse. Talked over me asked to speak to her manager told he was not available but then put me on hold to go and speak with him. I have requested a call back from him and 2 hours later still waitin. Shoddy service and will not buy from them again. Need to change their return process ”

“ Bonmarche is very fast becoming a bad experience, be aware that when you buy and pay cash as i did last week if you need to return and dont want other items you will not get cash back and have to have a credit note, as i did exchange for 2 other items they said they did not have cash in the till to pay the difference which was owing to me, i have spent £368 in bonmarche this year When you are happy with a service you tell 10 people but if not satisfied you tell 20. ”
