I've been having the worst experience with Boohoo, and it's been over 2 months long of not receiving the items I order or a refund. I've emailed them several times for weeks on end. Yet, they never took ownership of labeling my address incorrectly on my package, which eventually got lost in the mail. The package was later mailed back to Boohoo, but guess what? They NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY! I am so disappointed with Boohoo service since they refuse to take responsibility for this situation. There was no one to talk to on the phone and they took days to respond to emails. I will NEVER recommend this clothing service, nor would I order from them again. I have never dealt with something like this from an online supplier, and this will be my last experience with such a poorly organized company. They don't care about their customers satisfaction. I've been working with my bank to fight this.

Would not even give it 1 star. I ordered my items to deliver next day however 4 days later I have till hadn't revived my package. They then emailed me and said they had lost it and that I needed to reorder my items after waiting 4 days for a next day delivery. Customer service was appalling and helpless I would never recommend boohoo to anybody after my experience I can now see why it is so cheap.

24 hours to respond to a customer service enquiry. Why do people think that this is acceptable! Would you go to a store and expect this, I don't think so. Will never ever purchase from Boohoo again.

Customer service stinks. I returned goods in Dec 2015. Apparently 4 months later they haven't arrived. Customer services say there's nothing they can do about it. Yes there is - they can sort out their useless returns department!!!!! WARNING TO ALL Photograph your post office receipt as you will be needing it. BOO to Boohoo.

I made a purchase from boohoo over a month ago, it arrived nice and fast. However, one of the items arrived used, was clearly a return from someone else and it stunk of old body odour (not sure who checks their returns but they need to be fired) I emailed boohoo and they agreed to refund, however wouldn't pay for my return shipping despite it being a faulty item, credited instead $10 to my account which I told them will go unused as I will never be purchasing from them again. I returned the parcel and 3, nearly 4 weeks later still no refund! So I email them again and they tell me they haven't received the parcel! Funny how I never have any issues with parcels arriving elsewhere yet I send something back to boohoo and it mysteriously goes missing! Don't deal with this company ever, it's not worth the stress. You can get the same cheap clothes elsewhere with far better customer service.

I have ordered from boohoo several times now, and every single item returned was not received by their US return center. I never generally have a problem returning from any other company, so I was in the habit of not saving the shipping receipt. They are disputing that I returned more than 4 separate shipments within this year, which I sent directly from our post office to the address listed on their website. I neglected to keep the shipping receipt, so I am out the more than 200 dollars. Never return to this company without taking a photo of your receipt! Even then, assume they will not give you credit for the return in the US.

Boohoo themselves are a good company HOWEVER their delivery service (my hermes) are unbelievably ridiculous!!! Kinda let's the company down. I've always ordered next day deliveries, sometimes they come in the afternoon and ONCE my delivery come at 9pm!! The boohoo support team are not clued up themselves. They just read from your tracking, which half of the time is incorrect as mine still states, order generated, but they are telling me my order is out for delivery.. where is the logic in that? I love this site but their delivery service is appalling!!

Really disappointed was expecting my order today after paying for next day delivery and haven't received it. First time using boohoo and can't even track my order from hermes won't be using this site again

BooHoo sells cheap clothing at a cheap price. That would be alright if they didn't have such lousy customer service. If you order from them, be prepared to be one big unhappy customer. To prove it, try and find a contact phone number so you can call them. They have so many problems, they can't handle the calls so they don't give out a number. And if you try to use their system of tweeting and direct messaging, expect it to take days to resolve your issue. I just gave up!!

I honestly love the boohoo site. I am picky when it comes to clothes but because boohoo have such a vast selection of clothes they make it so easy, and I can apply specific filters to get exactly what I want. They make the buying process so easy and if I buy an item that doesn't fit, returning it is so simple. When I've needed help from their customer service, they've always helped me quickly and in the politest possible way, they really do their best. I cannot fault the site, everything is just fantastic.

I recently placed an order with boohoo despite reading some poor reviews.I placed an order Saturday evening and got it Monday morning. I decided to return the items as they did not suit me . I was a little concerned about getting my money back as again I had read poor reviews about customers not getting refunds. I received my refund in a week as promised. I have to say I received a very good service from boohoo..

Unsatisfactory with customer services and with returns. They don't acknowledge what you are saying in the email and always go beyond day 21. Doesn't even deserve one star!!! Very unhappy and will not be coming back. Boohoo, you have lost a customer!!!!!

I brought an item from boohoo and I didn't get given a receipt for the item I sent back because it was free postage... So why isn't this mentioned before ? When I sent stuff back before? Customers services are rude and not helpful at all.. I have proof of packaging . Defo needs to go on watch dog

I ordered a dress on Sunday at 6pm and it arrived the following morning at 9.30am! It was true to size and lovely quality. Nice to see a massive company delivering in every way!

Absolutely disgusted, had an allergic reaction to one of your dresses, messed about on the phone sent through to various departments. Finally got through to a manager and all they did was tell me to send it back to a different address, did not offer compensation for the time and messing about and the marks on my skin from the dress or anything!. Disgusting company never again! I will be spreading the word NOT to use Boohoo to my many friends and theirs too! DO NOT USE BOOHOO IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN. CHEAP MATERIAL, MASS PRODUCED IN A SWEATSHOP.

Ordered some items on the 8th March with next day delivery. Decided to have them delivered to my works address to make sure some one was there (sense on my part :)) however almost 3 days later and still nothing. Stayed late on the first day and the tracking was updated with 'will attempt again on the 9th'. Absolute nonsense, I was at work waiting. The crappy courier company didn't come anywhere near my place of work! And getting any assistance out of customer services, ppffffttt don't waste your time guys!! Let's see how long it takes for a refund now.........

Ordered item for next day delivery, 2 weeks later, still nothing. The money has been taken from my account, but still no goods. I have contacted them 4 times and the only response I have had has been the automatic reply saying I will be contacted within 24 hours - I have been told this 3 times, but I am still waiting To just blatantly ignore you with no help whatsoever is terrible. I would never use this company again, and would recommend you don't either.

I placed my order on 08.03.16 to be received on the 09.03.16, I still have no parcel or no answer on where my order is currently to! I have gone through Hermes to see if they can help and all i get from them is 'You need to go through the company not us' I have emailed boohoo and it just states within 24hours reply!! I feel this is outrageous and i am not happy with the service! i have never had this problem before!! I use boohoo alot and it is making me think twice about using them again.

I made an order for next day delivery and the delivery said it will be on Monday 07 March 2016. I didn't receive the order so then complained to boohoo who could only offer a reorder and the payment for next day delivery. So then on Tuesday 08 March 2016 still no courier had arrived so I messaged them to only find out it was an apparent unsuccessful delivery and a calling card was left. However this is untrue as I was at my work address from 07:00AM up until 20:30. The calling card was apparently left at 18:57. They tried to say my company was closed but we are a 24 hour courier company in which the door is open constantly. I also checked the roads CCTV camera and no courier other than my companies had entered the street so this was an obvious lie. I was then told again they would reorder for delivery Wednesday 10 March 2016. So Wednesday today and I get a phone call from DX Couriers who tell me they cannot deliver today because they have no slots!!! I then had to pay one of my own couriers £20.00 to go and pick the order up from the courier company, boohoo have since been ignoring messages/emails and think all of their customer service needs re-training as they are very patronizing and quite frankly disgusting! Have asked to be reimbursed for the £20.00 they owe as I had to pay for a different courier to collect and then when he got to collection they tried to say the order number doesn't exist!!! I personally will not be using again and will advise everyone else not to!!!!!!

The jumpers I ordered are the cheapest quality I have ever seen. I ordered two at once and one of them had a hole aready on it. I had been wearing them for 4-5 times and they look like a year old jumpers.
