“Totally disgusted !! Placed an order with boohoo for a numberror of items kept all except one because it didn't fit, so returned it.
A few weeks later one of the items started to come undone at the hem notified boohoo who offered a replacement or refund...great. I wanted a replacement. Then got an email saying could not have replacement or refund because I had all ready sent 1 item back from that order and the system would not allow another...!! Do not order from this company and expect faulty goods to be replaced. Disgusting.”
“Boohoo make the returns process and policy so difficult clearly in the hoping they will issue less refunds. No returns labels are enclosed with orders as ALL other online retailers offer.
Recently I placed two orders equating to almost £500. When I logged on to select my items for return and produce two separate returns labels, I accidentally selected a courier label for one order instead of Royal Mail. Then when I tried to print the labels they just wouldn't print.
So I contacted the HO number to be told no calls are taken, only emails. So I emailed asking for labels to be posted or another option helpful option. To which I was told I had to get a friend to print the labels or I won't be able to return! Taking this on the chin, I then responded asking if they you re-email me a Royal Mail returns label as one of the labels was selected as Hermes in error.
Again the answer to my request was declined saying I couldn't change the returns method previously selected to The other Royal Mail method and I was told if I couldn't use Hermes, I would have to pay for that parcel to be returned myself. This is a huge and heavy parcel.
Sorry Boohoo what can I not have another returns label to print at my own expense??
Terrible service, I'll never use them Again.

“Myself , my daughter and my daughter in law have been ordering from boohoo for a few years and never found any problems with them . We use bohoo quite regularly and are always satisfied with them.. They're shoes are fab. Love they're jackets . I got a winter coat from them and have had lots of compliments . Sometimes the clothes material are a bit thin on some of their tops but the cost is so cheap so I have nothing to complain about . Ordering from bohoo means I can afford to stay trendy .
I always get prompt delivery from them .
I am more than happy with Bohoo and will continue using them .”
“I was recently bragging to friends about finally being able to shop at store online that offer sizing that fits! I've ordered on numerous occasions for my husband and I,however the order placed on Dec 9th is about to be my last. The order was shipped on Dec 12th and the tracking still has not been updated since then,almost a whole month and nothing no package ! I reached out to boohoo ,who replied with a generic respond. Then eventually about two days ago said there were delays since black Friday so expect my package this week! Excuse me! I don't care ,that has nothing to do with me! I want my money back!!”
“Parcels arrived promptly (a free next day delivery offer). However, that was the only positive. I bought for my granddaughter for Christmas, items were not particularly good quality. As they were for Christmas I overran the 14 day return period. The garments were a very poor fit. Boohoo were completely inflexible and would not even give a credit note. To sum up, poor quality, poor fit, no Christmas return policy. I shall not order from Boohoo again.”
“I ordered a parka online as a Christmas present. There was no problem with the delivery time however when I got the parka it was faulty. I emailed customer service and waited 2 days for a reply only to get very poor advice. I then went on to the returns page and my order number wasn't accepted. I'm guessing that my order number was deleted at this point. None of my recent emails have been replied to and I've had to keep the faulty parka. Absolutely disgraceful, I will never be buying from boohoo again.”
“My daughter,aged 16, ordered something to arrive on Wed Dec 28 she paid an extra £5 for" guaranteed delivery." On Wednesday 29 the item was delivered (they said ) to the wrong house, my husband phoned and the carriers said that in fact they hadn't delivered it and would deliver it the next dayThursday --it's now Saturday and despite constant phonecalls to the carriers and emails to Boohoo no parcel has been received --they of course, can't be contacted by phone ,possibly because they make so many mistakes! The" guaranteed delivery "is obviously not worth the paper it's written on --my daughter wanted this item to take on a holiday she is going on that's why she paid for " guaranteed delivery " She has now left,very disappointed ,without the item. Do Boohoo care at all about customers?”
“To be honest this place doesn't even deserve that one star. They deserve to be shutdown. I will be talking to a lawyer about his situation. I do understand that they are on the other side of the world. That does not give them the right to lie and give tacking numbers that doesn't exist . WN Direct shouldnt work with them as well. “First time ordering from them. Took over a week and a half to get my package. The cloths didn't fit so went to return but seems like it's not free for returns. Don't expect any kind of customer service as your can't speak to anyone and takes over a week for them to get back to you”
“I ordered a package around Black Friday and was told to expect my package around December 9th. It's now December 21st and I haven't received my package or any updates about its status. Until a few hours ago the tracking website still said the expected arrival date of my package was December 9th. Now they have no record of my order when I try to track it. I've reached out to Boohoo 3 times with nothing more than a generic message & what I perceived as a threat if I inquired about my package again. After a week had passed since I wrote my first message, I wrote BooHoo a second time. Just as my first message went unanswered, my second message provided no input or update on what was going on with my package. It was well after the 48 hour mark when I wrote Boohoo for a third time... This time I did receive an email. However no information that was relevant to the situation was included in the email. I perceived their response as a threat if I were to write them again asking about my package. I was told not to write another email bc it would just push me further down the query. The exact words were as such:
"We’re on it so please don’t send more than one email as it might push you further down the queue, and that’s the last thing we want!"
I normally never order from a store that doesn't have a customer service number & this experience has validated that thought process. They were Christmas gifts so it definitely isn't an ideal situation but I believe I'm going to have to file a fraud charge w my bank against this purchase. I can only assume they have no intention of delivering my package or responding to any of my inquiries about it.”
“Boohoo is a store out of the UK & we all know that shipping can be slow when ordering out of the States. However, this company lies about shipping times. This is my second time paying for express shipping and once again my package didn't arrive on time. I had to start another dispute thru Paypal. I am done shopping with this company. They don't care about their customers they are concerned with making a buck. Please save your time and don't trust shopping with this company.”

As a first time customer of this site, i must say that i am very disappointed and displeased with the service that i have received thus far. I placed an order for 12 pieces of items amounting to USD $137.19 on the 28th of November, 2016. tracking my order from the royal mail site, it said that the items left the royal post office on the 5th of December, 2016 and was handed over to the international mail service. i know it would take about 14 business days for my items to arrive in the United States of america at this address ( 4411 NW 74th Avenue, Miami FL 33166 United States) TODAY IS NOW THE 20th of December and i am yet to receive my items or even hear anything from this site. i am so very disappointed, for i was hoping to have already gotten my items before Christmas. Please i would really appreciate some assistance regarding my matter.”
“I've used Boohoo for a couple of years now. I understand if an order doesn't arrive in time then this is the courier who is at fault. If I buy something and it doesn't fit me or I don't like it then it's always made clear how to return. On the rare occasion something doesn't go to plan with my order it's always resolved and compensation offered. Boohoo provide a great service and I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work guys!”

I had a delivery the week before of which I sent 4/5 items back and still havent had a refund or even acknowledgment that they received my order. Never using them again customer service has been absolutely diabolical. No answers, being ignored, replies over hours. No number to call. Its these kinds of people that need shut down. They will deliver good once then suck you in to terrible service and even worse customer service. Still trying to fight for my money back! AVOID AVOID AVOID”
“This has got to be the worst online website/company I have ever shopped from. I paid £102 for my items, including next day delivery. Items never showed up. When they finally did arrive I sent all of them back accept one item costing me £18. I asked for my delivery money back also which they refused and will now only refund me £52. How does that work out! Shocking.”
