I am picky when it comes to clothes but because boohoo have such a vast selection of clothes they make it so easy, and I can apply specific filters to get exactly what I want. They make the buying process so easy and if I buy an item that doesn't fit, returning it is so simple. When I've needed help from their customer service, they've always helped me quickly and in the politest possible way, they really do their best. I cannot fault the site, everything is just fantastic.”

I decided to return the items as they did not suit me . I was a little concerned about getting my money back as again I had read poor reviews about customers not getting refunds. I received my refund in a week as promised.

“Ordered some items on the 8th March with next day delivery. Decided to have them delivered to my works address to make sure some one was there (sense on my part :)) however almost 3 days later and still nothing. Stayed late on the first day and the tracking was updated with 'will attempt again on the 9th'. Absolute nonsense, I was at work waiting. The crappy courier company didn't come anywhere near my place of work! And getting any assistance out of customer services, ppffffttt don't waste your time guys!! “I made an order for next day delivery and the delivery said it will be on Monday 07 March 2016. I didn't receive the order so then complained to boohoo who could only offer a reorder and the payment for next day delivery. So then on Tuesday 08 March 2016 still no courier had arrived so I messaged them to only find out it was an apparent unsuccessful delivery and a calling card was left. However this is untrue as I was at my work address from 07:00AM up until 20:30. The calling card was apparently left at 18:57. They tried to say my company was closed but we are a 24 hour courier company in which the door is open constantly. I also checked the roads CCTV camera and no courier other than my companies had entered the street so this was an obvious lie. I was then told again they would reorder for delivery Wednesday 10 March 2016. So Wednesday today and I get a phone call from DX Couriers who tell me they cannot deliver today because they have no slots!!! I then had to pay one of my own couriers £20.00 to go and pick the order up from the courier company, boohoo have since been ignoring messages/emails and think all of their customer service needs re-training as they are very patronizing and quite frankly disgusting! Have asked to be reimbursed for the £20.00 they owe as I had to pay for a different courier to collect and then when he got to collection they tried to say the order number doesn't exist!!! I personally will not be using again and will advise everyone else not to!!!!!!”

“I've ordered from my share of rubbish websites but this is far by the worst experience I've ever had with an online retailer! My parcel was supposedly delivered to my house, however when I got home there was no parcel or note. The delivery information online stated that the parcel has been left on the doorstep, and why, I ask, would you leave a parcel on someone's doorstep in a council estate. They didn't even try to hide it in the bush. So now I have no parcel as it's clearly been stolen and will have to go though the long, long, long process of getting a refund. “I am from Canada. I didn't read the reviews until after ordering a few dresses. Once I had read the reviews I was very concerned about the product I would recieve. I had luck contacting someone through Facebook but they were rather useless. This is definitely not a company concerned about costumer service or costumer satisfaction. Regardless, the dresses did arrive on time and they were decent quality for the price paid. I expect them to last 1 summer. However, I will not be purchasing anything from them again in the future”

“A terrible company... I ordered and paid for next day delivery. I use a service called Doddle to receive my parcel's and Doddle's shop front is bright purple and the doors clearly marked. However, boohoo use the worlds cheapest/worst courier (MyHermes) to deliver parcels and so the driver said there was an "Access Issue". I contacted the courier who said that I must contact Boohoo. That is what the card says but as I mentioned in my initial message, Doddle were open and ready to receive my parcel. So, to be clear, I am asking what trouble they had when delivering my parcel. Please give me some helpful information as opposed to just telling me the obvious.

“I have only shopped here once before and I should have learned from that experience. I ordered 4 items on February 2nd and received my confirmation order letting me know it had shipped on February 3rd. After waiting the 8 days I attempted to contact customer service with an inquiry as to where my package was. I had tracked my package with the information provided and it said the expected delivery was Tuesday the 9th and Thursday the 11th. I could also see that it arrived in customs in Chicago on February 4th. First email with customer service was a fail. I had clearly stated in the email I had tracked the package and their response was almost as if they had cut and pasted the information I already said I had. Since then I have tried to have multiple conversations with customer service via email. Not only did they address me with a different name (because glancing down at the name you are replying to is apparently extremely difficult) but when I only received 1 of the 4 items I had ordered, they then responded in an email “great news! Your items are in your designated city”. Are you serious? Did you not even bother to read the infuriated email I wrote? Your companies sales jumped recently cause of new customers like me, but I promise they will plummet with this hideous customer service approach. Customer service 101: 1) address issues and concerns 2) get the customer’s name right. I will never ever even look at this website again. Your prices are not competitive enough to deal with the disgusting disregard for your customers. Expanding your company will only make it more hilarious when you fail. It appears I am not the only one with these opinions. It is currently February 17th and I have 1 of 4 items I paid for on February 2nd.”
“The website is cheap though they often cancel my order due to 'no stock' although they state how much stock their is when placing order. When items do arrive a lot aren't as described and sizes aren't accurate”

Cheap items are poor quality. Well priced items are better quality. you do get what you pay for. Same items I could buy in R|iver Island or any other high street store for similar or even cheaper.
Waist of time with all this ordering, checking discounts and retuirning and then cheking refunds. . Refunded me 18£ instead of 20£..
Also, they are cheating on discounts. Tried to order few items on 3for 2 price, when added 4 or 5 lot, they apply only half of discount or do not apply at all... so be careful..
If you are like 14 years old teen that dont care what to wear ... go for it..

“I placed an order, wanted to cancel the next day, they said I couldn't and quickly sent me an Email of the item being sent, £60 cost of jacket, as the website didn't have clear sizes, I didn't want to item, finally arrived, about 5 days later, I didn't open it, just slit the bag to get the returns label, tracking was provided, said it had been returned, customer service said it had not arrived in their warehouse, finally after a few days, confirmation that it had been checked in, I would receive a refund within 30 days!! 23/01/16, on the 1st Feb I emailed to say it should be refunded within two weeks according to their terms, they then gave me a refund that day! To me, it's not worth all the worry, there was a review on here that stated they had not been refunded in 6 months!”
