“We made an order in October 2015, which we received promptly. But that's where the good news ends. We had to return several items which we did within the required timescales. It is now 10 weeks later and we still have not received our refund. We have contacted Boohoo on numerous occasions that have promised to refund us, but we are still waiting. This is outrageous customer service and we will now be seeking legal advice.”
“I have been ordering stuff from Boohoo for over a year now and can honestly say I am delighted. Their prices are excellent (often unbelievable!) and I keep around 90% of what I order. For the items I do return, their returns policy is excellent, very easy and straightforward and I get acknowledgements that the goods have been received and when refunds have been made.
Goods are dispatched very quickly and delivered promptly, again orders are acknowledged along the way.
I cannot fault this company for quality of service, well fitting clothing that is true to size and VERY reasonable pricing!

“They are the WORST.
I live in the US and have ordered items before and it was fine, everything arrived on time. This time i ordered a few things a week ahead of Christmas and chose delivery that would ensure it would be there on Christmas eve. My items never arrived. When i tried to find the number to call to see where my things were i found no number. i emailed as the website suggests and got an automated message followed by an email saying my package had been lost. I responded that i still wanted the items and i was assured they could be reordered and sent express so i would not have to wait another week. I received another email that two items were not in stock, i agreed to just have the other items sent. I got another email that they were being send standard delivery and i wouldn't get them for another week and a half. when i tried to respond and tell them that express delivery was promised since my package was lost by them and not me, i received another automated response and another email telling me AGAIN that the other two items weren't in stock, as if they hadn't read the prior correspondence. I tweeted at the company twice and got no response. I just want my money back at this point because its ridiculous. Upon calling the number to the office i had online the receptionist told me customer service "doesn't have access to phones" and that i should tweet for a quick response (Which i already did). After i insisted that i did everything i was supposed to do and things still weren't working she claimed she had no way to contact anyone from customer service. as a receptionist for a company that seems silly.. and downright stupid. long story short they are fine if there are no problems with delivery, but if there are, you're screwed because there is no way to get a straight answer from customer service.”
“Excellent service, I tend to go for the next day delivery and always recieve it the next day without any delays, the best thing is I get it early morning, and this timing has continued to stay throughout all my orders! Which is brilliant. Ive ordered from this website numerous amount of times & havent had any problems so far.”

On several occasions I've had to settle with my order showing up 2-3 days later when I pay for next day delivery . When I message costumer service I always get the same rubbish "courier attempted but no one was in " why would I leave home when I'm expecting a parcel! This has just happened to me as I type and I felt the need to write a review as this is very ridiculous”
“Anyone that is giving complaints about boohoo's delivery service or the clothes is absolutely ridiculous. Boohoo delivery is soo quick and fast. I'm so happy with my items. Love love love the boots, the skirt , the top and the jacket. Stop lying about boohoo being "bad". They are absolutely brilliant! And can't wait to order more from them. I'm so happyyyy :). “Ordered a dress on 6th Dec paid for next day delivery .Required for my sons charity event tonight (11th Dec). Still not arrived. Contacted boohoo 8 different times to be promised it would be delivered by the next day. Still not here and now how no dress to attend the event .Extremely dissapointed in boohoo, both the lack of effort your team made to chase up my delivery and lack of call centre - unless you are on Facebook you get no response to emails. Terrible experience and don't think I would ever use this company again. Most of my friends have also said they are disgusted by boohoo and won't use it again .”
“I'm so pleased! Was in search of a jumper dress that was fairly tight fitting or bodycon. Although the colouring of the dress was slightly different to the picture I thought that was to be expected considering colours online often vary from reality anyway! Ordered the dress on a Saturday evening and it had arrived first thing Tuesday morning, despite being told I could be waiting til Friday. I was so impressed by the quick delivery! Especially seeing as I selected free delivery which was up to 7 days! Good price and fitted well around hips and bum, was the right length for me and size guide online was correct! Only downside is that it was a little loose around the back and elbows but hey, everyone is a different size and one dress can't accommodate everyone perfectly. Was very surprised by all the negative reviews. I GOT MY ORDER IN 3 DAYS GUYS, AND IT'S ONLY 2.5 WEEKS TIL CHRISTMAS! I'm sure they are doing the best they can during one of the busiest times of the year. Chill out and give them a break. Not everything can happen at the snap of your fingers so just enjoy life while you're waiting for your order to arrive.
Would recommend and definitely keep in mind when looking to do more online shopping.”
“Awful!! Bought a bag and had it a week and the strap broke so went back on and bought another as it wasn't that expensive and only had it 3 days when the metal came off it!! Emailed boohoo who said they would refund me for both items I had paid for when I sent them back. Did this and they only refunded me for one. When I questioned this they then asked me to trek through order numbers and previous emails to confirm purchase etc when they had all the information at their end anyway! In the end I gave up with the hassle they were causing me and the time this was taking for something that was their fault!! Still awaiting a refund!!! Really unimpressed this was my first time using Boohoo and it will certainly be my last. Complete trash and awful service.”

“I never write reviews for websites however my experience with boohoo.com has been appalling. I ordered a top on a Friday and paid 4.99pounds for next day delivery as I needed it for the saturday evening. This order never showed up and it still hasn't, however they claim the order was delivered and signed for. So either this is a complete lie to cover their own backs or they have unprofessionally given my order to the wrong house. After many emails and attempts to get in contact with Boohoo they simply failed to understand the situation, i must admit they did offer to re-deliver my order at no further cost however as soon as I replied to this saying I did want another order delivered they did not reply. I had to tweet them, where they responded acting very nice and pleasant but as soon as we started to contact on a personal message on twitter their replies were late and simply ignorant. I did not once receive an apology from anyone working for customer service. I certain that I will never ever shop here again and I will make sure none of my friends or family will either. In the end I decided to ask for a refund as there is no way i would waste my money on this ridiculous excuse for a clothing company.”

“Ordered items on a next day deliver, they didn't arrive to I emailed them, the email was sent back saying that they couldn't locate my order, however I have received a confirmation email stating it was in transit. When emailed customer service it says I have to wait 24 hours. So fat I have been writing two days for my next day delivery, the money has been taken from my account. I have no items delivered and nobody is responding to my emails to re-debit my account as I do not need the items anymore.”
