“I have ordered from boohoo before, all 3 dresses and haven't been disappointed, came in time, although I found the dresses did not fit the same I was still please with the dresses. So when I was looking for work out leggings I thought boohoo was the way to go. I went I size up anyway in the leggings because I didn't want to risk them not fitting because of my bum being quite big. I am normally a size 12 I went to a 14 on this product. And they did not fit. I'm very disappointed and will be returning them, they didn't even go over my thighs.”
“Poor service, I ordered two items, had an email to say they had been shipped then another one to say they had been returned. They hadn't even attempted delivery. No one can confirm why this has happened only guesses. I needed the items for a holiday but it's too late to re order. Never buying from Boo Hoo again!”
“ordered an item to wear for a funeral as it was the only place that had what i was really looking for... ordered on a saturday for next day delivery to my work address as i wasn't going to be at my home address when the estimated delivery arrival would be.
I waited all day monday to recieve it, checked my tracker online to find that it had gone to the wrong courier, i had no clue about this, no one from boohoo made me aware that my parcel had been sent out to the wrong person, i had to find out for myself. contacted boohoo by email and was told it would be sent back to depo and re sent to the correct courier and should be with me tuesday. still nothing on tuesday checked my tracker again which told me there was an address query now... so i emailed boohoo again to ask when it would be reattempted for delivery, they had no idea!! The answer i keep being given is we can't garuantee this... you would of thought that they would be in contact with the courier service they use to find out what is going on witht there customers deliveries? apparenly not i was told "we know as much as you do unfortunately"
it is now wednesday... still no sign of my item being delivered.”

“This online store has the worst Customer service I ever experienced. I ordered a gift (holidays weather) for my niece before Christmas and it arrived three weeks later. My niece never got to wear it because the arrival time was too late. I've asked several times for a refund during the month of Dec. and then when I received the item shipped it back and now they claim the item has not arrived back to them. Now, we're in January 2016 still no refund. I believe they will keep my money after reading all the ratings.
The representative online on the Twitter (online app help) was rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. I will never order from this company again or refer friends or family. I'm a disabled person, living on a fixed income it makes me so upset that they are companies out there like this stealing money from their customers. This company doesn't care about customer satisfaction and keeping their customers happy. Which is essential to keeping your customers coming back in addition to having a successful company!! “Their "customer service" team is so rude, arrogant, and unwilling to help let alone do their job. I returned my item on 11/30/15 and so I emailed them what is taking so long. Also included in that email was my tracking number, which with simple copy and pasting abilities will show that my package was delivered to the return address well over a month ago. They kept insisting on a "proof of purchase" but as everyone knows how can you even ship an item and track that items activity without the appropriate postage. Therefore giving them the tracking number and a picture of my package should be proof enough. But not the case at all they were just rude lazy employees who would just copy and pasted automatic replies simply ignoring all of my questions. All in all STAY AWAY!! They will practically find ways to steal your money. And BooHoo dont bother leaving a comment back giving any excuses why this happened just to save face. Shop from ASOS instead if youre looking for an amazing UK online retailer.”
“I ordered an outfit on the 16th November 2015 to wear for my husbands 40th using next day it didnt arrive. Customer services said it would be with me by the 18th November it wasnt When it did arrive it was to late and not very nice. I returned the item on 23rd November recieved confirmation on 1st December they had the item returned still have not recieved a refund though. Suppose to be a max of 30 days.”
“I ordered 4 outfits and 1 contour color palette and LOVE everything. Everything looks just like the pics and everything is very nice quality as I didn't purchase anything to cheap. It took around 1 week to receive my items which is fine as I paid NOTHING for shipping. I was so scared I wouldn't recieve my items due to some reviews but had no problems. “This is seriously the worst online store I've ever ordered anything. The products are much worse quality than the pictures on the website show and I had to return everything I ordered (two dresses, a bag and a necklace). This has never happened to me before and I buy most of my clothes and accessories online. Even worse is their absolutely horrible customer service, or more like lack of it. I had to contact them because I had some issues with the return package and both the answers in their official Facebook site and their email customer "service" were rude and snotty. I will never ever order from them again and highly recommend to stay as far a way as possible.”

It is now 10 weeks later and we still have not received our refund. We have contacted Boohoo on numerous occasions that have promised to refund us, but we are still waiting. This is outrageous customer service and we will now be seeking legal advice.”
“I have been ordering stuff from Boohoo for over a year now and can honestly say I am delighted. Their prices are excellent (often unbelievable!) and I keep around 90% of what I order. For the items I do return, their returns policy is excellent, very easy and straightforward and I get acknowledgements that the goods have been received and when refunds have been made.
Goods are dispatched very quickly and delivered promptly, again orders are acknowledged along the way.
I cannot fault this company for quality of service, well fitting clothing that is true to size and VERY reasonable pricing!

“They are the WORST.
I live in the US and have ordered items before and it was fine, everything arrived on time. This time i ordered a few things a week ahead of Christmas and chose delivery that would ensure it would be there on Christmas eve. My items never arrived. When i tried to find the number to call to see where my things were i found no number. i emailed as the website suggests and got an automated message followed by an email saying my package had been lost. I responded that i still wanted the items and i was assured they could be reordered and sent express so i would not have to wait another week. I received another email that two items were not in stock, i agreed to just have the other items sent. I got another email that they were being send standard delivery and i wouldn't get them for another week and a half. when i tried to respond and tell them that express delivery was promised since my package was lost by them and not me, i received another automated response and another email telling me AGAIN that the other two items weren't in stock, as if they hadn't read the prior correspondence. I tweeted at the company twice and got no response. I just want my money back at this point because its ridiculous. Upon calling the number to the office i had online the receptionist told me customer service "doesn't have access to phones" and that i should tweet for a quick response (Which i already did). After i insisted that i did everything i was supposed to do and things still weren't working she claimed she had no way to contact anyone from customer service. as a receptionist for a company that seems silly.. and downright stupid. long story short they are fine if there are no problems with delivery, but if there are, you're screwed because there is no way to get a straight answer from customer service.”

On several occasions I've had to settle with my order showing up 2-3 days later when I pay for next day delivery . When I message costumer service I always get the same rubbish "courier attempted but no one was in " why would I leave home when I'm expecting a parcel! This has just happened to me as I type and I felt the need to write a review as this is very ridiculous”
“Anyone that is giving complaints about boohoo's delivery service or the clothes is absolutely ridiculous. Boohoo delivery is soo quick and fast. I'm so happy with my items. Love love love the boots, the skirt , the top and the jacket. Stop lying about boohoo being "bad". They are absolutely brilliant! And can't wait to order more from them. I'm so happyyyy :).
