I paid $40 for sandals that took over a month to arrive which is no biggie given COVID but they arrived with an accent detail stitched differently on each shoe which I don't like. When I contacted customer service I was advised they and the vendor see no problem. In searching online I find the same shoes offered for a fraction of what I paid. I will use sewing scissors to remove the chains and enjoy the shoes as they fit comfortably and they are attractive. I'm displeased with paying more than I could have to modify the product and I'm displeased that Customer Service was sub-par.

Don't ever order from here.products arrived 3 days late when it's supposed to be next day delivery and nobody keeps you informed as to why. boohoo do false advertising the dress that I ordered was meant to be baby pink and it's an orange pink and it's the same catalogue number so obviously the way they portray it online is not what you get.also you think you're getting a bag in but what you're getting at the end of the day is cheap nasty thrown together trash please don't bother save your cash for something worthwhile

So you pay for next day delivery for a year and the second time you order apparently Herems could not find the property and guess what Boohoo don’t care cause they have already had my money

Delivery meant to be in 1 day....it didn't happen & nobody to contact on phone to speak to, & nobody replied to my email....still waiting for parcel.... Previous order came on time, but photo online looked like cotton dress, & really it is polyester....no information online re fabric...& photo showed it as mini, but it's longer than my knees....photos misleading.. I'd not bother with boohoo if I were you!!!!

Very poor customer service. Ordered a product and received a cheaper brand. Boohoo refusing to refund the difference even though it's their fault! If you order something you cant or they cant even cancel the order. I've been a customer with them for a long time and when something goes wrong and you try to get help not interested!!!! Never using again!!!!

i just made one mistake on the address , contacted the costumer care immediately , they said they could not change the address, even when the product didnt left the warehouse. they said its not going to be a problem, so i waited. contacted them a lot of times and the local carrier. in the end no product and no refund. wouldnt buy for sure from them again.

I ordered a pair of jeans in a size 16 when i usually wear a 14 because I wanted them to be a bit baggy. As soon as they got here i tried them on and I legitimately could not get them on let alone zip them up. I'm so disappointed as I've not treated myself to anything in a long time. It makes it worse that I don't have a printer so I can't even return them :(

I have only ordered from Boohoo twice. The first order had a print that was in the wrong place. Imagine a bullseye, but instead of on the front it was on the back. Customer service argued with me and said that item was not faulty, and would not issue a refund. They said I could return it, but would not reimburse postage even though EU law states they should. When I complained about this, they stopped communicating with me altogether. The second order had a dress that was clearly sewn wrong. I sent a picture and they offered to refund me 5.00 (a fraction of the cost), saying if I could sew I could fix it myself. This company operates as if they are run out of China, not the UK. They don't care about repeat customers or word of mouth. Terrible customer service, and with 2 faulty items in 2 orders, it is obvious they have a quality control problem. I have had to contact the European Consumer Center to help me get my money back. I won't shop there again, and I encourage others to avoid them as well.

The clothing was fine, but i accidentaly ordered the same order twice, oly to discover you cant cancel an order, even less then a minute after. Then when i finally got the second package i still cant find a return label. I had to pay 4 dollars twice and i still dont have one. Never shopping here again.

I got 2 items, some legging and trousers. After only wearing a few times the legging rip at the back and the trousers also rip at the waist, the elastic tangles and the stripes rub off. really bad quality clothes.

Boohoo alway on point never have had any reason to moan about them but just a little snag on me is that the jumper in the hooded sweater and jogger sets come up a smaller on the body part even though they aren't meant to be cropped 😑but still decent quality and good I actually love their clothing a lot 👍💯

I have ordered a quite a few of my summer clothes from Boohoo during the COVID19 crisis. The order has always arrived promptly and undamaged. The only reason I had to return any was due to the fact I wasn't able to try them on for size. Generally I would recommend the site for a wide range of taste in ladies fashion. My only criticism is that there is no returns label enclosed. If you don't have a printer in the home ; bear this in mind.

Have got 4 orders now out of boohoo.Quality is really really bad.Jeans rip in 1 wear.Many times sizes dont match.Clothes are poir material.I ve spent a lot of money on them orders and the clothes went in the bin.Now i send them back if they are poor quality and wrong fit.Not ordering again.Better get stuff on river island or top shop sale.At least thats the money worth spending.

Terrible clothing quality. I have just received my third order from boohoo in 6 years (I decided I’d give them a try to see if their clothes had improved seeing as the prices have gone up) won’t be ordering again. Every single dress I’ve ever bought from there has always been extremely short, despite looking A reasonable length on the model. The materials they use are horrendous (worse than you’d find at your local market) and the fit.. omg the fit 😱

I have been a Boohoo customer for many years, attracted by the low price tags and easily spent hundreds with them but I’ve come to realise that low price tags with other companies can mean quality clothing still. But not Boohoo. Their stuff keeps it’s nice new look for about 3 washes, then you’ll notice holes appearing, stitched fraying and colours wearing. That’s of course if the item arrives, they often use Hermes as their courier and we all no how appalling they are. The sizes are the most bizarre thing. I bought two pairs of size 8 shorts recently (size 8 is usually a bit snug on me but the next size up always to big), one pair fit perfect and the other pair were massive on me (and as much as I’d love to be size 6 I most definitely am not- so explain that one). All things I put up with for the price tag but now Boohoo have gone and made it a pain in the arse to return anything. I appreciate they’ve gone paperless for all the right reasons but when you need to return something and considering many households don’t have a printer/ functioning printer or access to one it can prove difficult sending your stuff back. You should at least be sent a return address sticker so they can scan the items code on return and find out who needs their money back. The reason I feel this way is because at that very low price for clothes that are regularly ill fitted or not exactly how you expected them to be, which can happen with online shopping, but happens more frequently with low price clothing, you should easily be able to send it back. I love Boohoo but 30% of the stuff I order usually needs sending back, I can’t buy from Boohoo anymore cuz the pain in the arse for sending stuff back alongside the other issues makes the experience more of a stress than exciting retail therapy!

Sizes were all over the place, my romper came with a hole in it. I ordered a shirt in an XL and it wouldn’t even fit my s/m friend. My second package is taking over a month or come in.

After being a loyal boohoo customer for years, ordering many many items I can safely say after the service provided during my last order I will now be spending my money elsewhere and deleting my boohoo account completely. I ordered a dress i Absolutely loved in the sale, in duck egg blue however it came the next day in navy. In a rush for the dress and having eyes only for this one I ordered it again, not wanting it to be sold out assuming the first time was a one off. However I was sent it again in navy, sent labelled wrongly twice. I now have two dresses I never ordered. My only option was to leave home and return them, which I was trying to avoid in the first place by ordering from boohoo and paying next day HOME DELIVERY, to go out and find my nearest Hermes delivery service and use my own fuel to make my way there and back to return both items before they would even contemplate sending me the correct item. I felt the customer service was average at best and very unsympathetic to my situation especially the lovely paul in customer service who I can say was borderline rude and dry with me, totally un empathetic to how I was feeling at the time being inconvenienced by the situation as I care for my mother with dementia and cannot just nip away at will but this was the only option given to me take it or leave it. Boohoos policy. I reckon boohoo should have a pick up service while dropping off the new item if the fault has been with boohoo in the first place and not the customers fault but who am I to say how to run your business more fairly to the consumers. Also a customer complaints department wouldnt go a miss with more experienced staff to deal with such situations in a much more professional and friendly manner. I decided to leave it and take a loss on the dresses and try to sell them on or probably give them away eventually as by the time I got round to having a chance to deal with it, the dress I wanted in the first place was OUT OF STOCK the following week so it would have to be a refund which isn't worth my running around to be honest by the time I pay fuel. I asked for the complaints department and was told "we deal with complaints here in customer service and there was no complaints department" however I was just repeatedly told the same thing and felt my complaint wasn't actually being dealt with at all. It was boohoos way or the highway even though the dresses had been labelled wrongly in the warehouse there was no compensation to me or any other solution and it was the least convenient option for myself. They never offered to keep one aside for me to ensure I would end up with the correct dress eventually once I'd started the return or offered any compensation So! Save your money and go somewhere a little more reliable and a lot more helpful I say. I certainly will be. Very disappointed ex customer!
