Also das Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet, aber das tut es nicht zur Sache. Das Personal ignorierte mich. Die Speisekarte lässt sich was zu wünschen, da sie nicht Italienisch angeboten hat. Es muss kein Italiener sein, aber eine Pizza oder Spaghetti hätte ich darauf sehen wollen. Die Musik war zwar nicht laut aber dezent störend. Meine Empfehlung ist geht nicht dahin. LG”
“I recently stayed at Millstone Mews apartment in Bakewell, Derbyshire. Access to the apartment was via several flights of stairs which was not mentioned in the property description or anywhere on the site. This is a serious issue for people with mobility issues or the elderly.”
“Stay away from this site and host your properties on Airbnb.. Their policy are horrible for you as a host, horrible customer service that lies and repeat what is written on fine print and the take a huge cut of about 15% from your income. Unlike Airbnb, they have no security nor insurance for their guests that stay in your property.. I had this red neck named Alec Mosser, from Ohio, completely damaged my property and knifed in the walls "Fuck you Nigga", put holes in the walls and broke my TV because i stopped him from smoking crack on my property. I sent them all of the pics as evidence to validate my claim. They wouldn't compensate me a penny but in return said rudely that they cant do nothing about it and will also not un-list Alec Mosser because he has potential to change his attitude at his next bookings. All they are out to is to make their commision from you hosting their guests. Customer service is a mess trying to get to, if you talk to 10 different people you will get 10 answers. You can only talk to the first level people in customer service and if you need to get hold, for example, their financial department, they dont call you back until after few days.”
“On the 12th of August I made a complaint to booking.com regarding a hotel I didn't stay at. The hotel told booking to make me the full refund, this authorization was given on August 18th. On the 19th booking.com contacted me and said the refund would be in my account within 5 working days. On the 26th of August, I contact booking.com again as the refund was not yet in my bank account. The answer is that the money would be available within 7 to 14 days. Yesterday I called one more time booking.com as I'm still waiting. I was told that the money has been in their possession for a long time, but that refunds are delayed. I had never paid directly to booking. Usually paid directly at the hotel. And I guarantee I won't pay anything back to the booking.”
“Hi, Just a word of caution if you use or plan to use booking.com or are considering staying at Apartment Hyde Park Clifton Surry Hills NSW. I'm totally disappointed with their total lack of customer service. I cancelled an accommodation booking with Apartment Hyde Park on 19/03/2020 which was "within the allowed penalty free cancellation period" and to date, 6 weeks later I still have not received a refund. This properties refund policy clearly states a complete refund in 30 days of cancellation. The property has advised that the refund has been paid, which is totally untrue as at 29/04/2020. I've contacted booking.com multiple times by email and phone seeking assistance with this matter and all they have done is referred me back to the accommodation provider, which "just goes nowhere". Both the property manager and booking.com have lied, misled and brushed me off ( I have lost around $800). I note that the property is still taking bookings on the booking.com website in spite of booking.com being aware of this matter..? They both lack credibility as service providers.”

“I recently booked two hotels through this site. I have received booking confirmations but neither booking was correctly registered with the hotels. I was lucky at the first, they had a spare room. At the second I needed to find a new hotel at midnight! Not recommended”

However during my recent stay I identified false advertising/information on their site along with poor service from the hotel. They claimed it would take 7 days to sort out but my stay was for only 5. Poor customer service as I haven't heard from them since.”
“I'Ve booked 10 times with this website for the three last month and really not satisfied !!! Most of the hostels were really disgusting, it was a shame. I complained once, sent photographs two or three times. They promised to refund me, they never did. Just said they can open the file with the pictures. I have a company, booked for my customers and had complaints as well.”
