I went to Lakeside Boots on 17th April to buy Hux D3 capsules. Around 2 pm there was no staff near pharmacy. in about 2 minutes I saw an assistant. It was established that I had to buy it from the pharmacy. Instead of informing a pharmacy staff I was asked to wait. There was a dispenser working on pharmacy counter but would not look up. Then another staff appeared and started conversing. I was ignored for around 5 minutes then I walked out. Sad feeling.

I had a makeover appointment in No 7 at Peterborough Queensgate branch today with a view to renewing my full make up routine. When I arrived ten minutes before my appointment I was told by a No 7 member of staff that they weren’t doing any appointments today. I stood there surprised as I had made the appointment nearly two weeks earlier and had received a confirmation email. The assistant didn’t apologise initially but just stood there. I suggested that someone could have contacted me as they had my details from my booking. She then stated that someone hadn’t turned in today and they were short staffed. She then went to speak to another person possibly a supervisor. She came over and didn’t acknowledge me or apologise either. The assistant then started looking at the make up and the supervisor said it’s up to you. At this stage I decided that I should leave it as I was neither welcome or felt comfortable with the situation. I also felt that if they were going to participate in the session I needed them to commit to it. There was only one person working on the No 7 counter and I couldn’t see how the assistant could do the makeover session of 40 minutes and see to other customers. I then stated to them both I would leave it. Due to this dreadful customer service I declined a future appointment. I felt that this was a really bad experience of customer service. I will carry on making up as I do and look for further advice elsewhere.

Do not consider working for boots , these days it does not care at all about its workers on the shop floor . All retail is under pressure during these very worry of times but Boots are going beyond what is acceptable with its work force . Almost everyone I work with is so disgusted at the treatment we are getting . I am currently now doing the job of three people following cut backs on staffing levels, my pay is frozen even though all of my overheads have increased , I struggle to survive even with the basics of life. You get no thanks for working so hard only criticism, it’s truly miserable . Management have their favourites usually those that supply gossip concerning their work colleagues , it feels like we have regressed to Victorian working conditions . I am genuinely a really hard worker and not generally a negative person but I can’t not speak out any longer , enough is enough

Hi there. On Friday I have put 2 prescriptions down and when I went to collect it I have been told that I had only one prescription.I was mad, as the prescription was for my son and I had to go back to the GP and wait for another one to be ready.I couldn't believe that.I am still angry, as I am going to collect my mum's prescription every month.I am going to put a complain to the Head Officce.

came in to talk to somebody about getting a new skin cleanser as I have sensitive skin and have to be careful with what I use. Tracy B served me and she was generously helpful and even spoke through with me a skin care routine I should do and gave me samples of each product she spoken through with me so I could tester them before hand. Amazing service!!

Dropped off a prescription on thursday and was told it would be ready by 10am on friday. Went on friday at 1pm and had to wait 15 minutes and was then asked by the assistant what the prescription was for in front of other customers.I do not want to discuss my medication for others to hear. I was then told it wasn't ready and would have to come back in 20 minutes. Very slow service and lack of confidentiality. I won't go to boots pharmacy again.

I visited Northallerton today as I want to start wearing make up I visited Joanne on the no 7 she told me everything she was using and why, my make up looked lovely and I purchased some make up. Joanne has fantastic knowledge of the products she’s selling an asset to have, also very friendly, polite

I placed an order on boots.com to my new address. However their system has changed it to my old address ( which it doesn't have on the final page before payment just on the email confirming your order ) and they say there is nothing they can do. They cannot ammend or cancel the order ( I contacted them as soon as I saw on email their system had changed it ). They will not tell me who is delivering it so I can contact them. Really unhappy that in they will not even correct their own mistake - just keep saying it is in their terms and conditions.

Unbelievably rude lady. I went in to fill a single prescription and it was very busy, just this lady serving so I assume she was feeling pressured but that’s not my fault. She said to me that I have my regular load of prescriptions here for collection. I said I hadn’t got a text to say they are ready and that was the second month running. She said I must know when I’m running out and that the computer was responsible not her in a very forceful fashion. The previous month I got a young lady who was very pleasant and apologetic about the lack of text and she said she would double check I’m on the list, I don’t know why this time this lady over reacted and was so rude and defensive. She then said to me not very nicely can I stand to the right so I moved to my right which of course was wrong because she meant my left. I said you should have been clearer and she said whatever, how I hate that word WHATEVER. I could go on but no point. I’m trying to decide if I should avail myself of the free home delivery as seen advertised on TV and remove this high earning business from Boots, my only reason for hesitation is that ultimately it can only end in even less shops for us all and we are all Boots shoppers in this house and never have a problem with the general retail staff.

Visited the boots (store 6533)in Wheatley today and was served by Lynn on the no7 counter. I don’t wear make up but need so for my wedding. Nothing was too much trouble! She help me pick the correct foundation amongst other products. Then she was kind enough to apply it ro my skin ,whilst taking through the application.. Lynn was friendly ,easy to talk to and knew what she was talking about. Great experience. Thank you Lynn x

I have been using the pharmacy at the Drs rooms in Worsbrough for only 10 months. And in this time I have had 5 occasions where my prescription has been short, not delivered as promised or late. I have told them today I will be using another pharmacy from now on as their service is really bad. One time the pharmacist was supposed to be checking my prescription but she took a phone call from an estate agent the proceeded to discuss the sale of her house with all the staff, until I interrupted and reminded them that I was waiting. Shameful.

I popped into merryhill boots today looking for a new lipstick. Was served by Rochelle, such a lovely lady who totally got me... usually don't wear lipstick so wanted something that felt natural on & she sorted it, also left with a few more things😁. I left with something new which I love. Couldn't of been served by anyone more lovely than Rochelle... she's a credit to your company thanx Rochelle ☺

Popped into your Merryhill store yesterday for a pore minimiser and left with a concealer and foundation too! I was served by a young lady named Rochelle who l felt listened to me and took the time to go through and test a number of minimisers on my skin (l suffer large open pores). She also found me a perfect match concealer/foundation combination in the process. I'm really pleased with my purchases and her customer service was brill!! She will be my 'go to girl' for all things makeup, thanks Rochelle!

Don’t charge £5 for guaranteed “next day delivery” when it doesn’t arrive the next day. Lazy. The worst “customer care” team also. I will stick to Debenhams and other stores as they are much more efficient and aren’t charging over the odds for delivery that doesn’t deliver. NEVER ordering from Boots again.

The service at the Jennyfield Boots Pharmacy in Harrogate is absolutely appalling. They are constantly misplacing prescriptions and it’s only when you ask them to check again that they might be found. My wife has gone there to pick up my prescriptions to be told they are not in yet. I walk straight there and they are eventually found. The staff spend an extraordinary time checking the computer then they are trying to find the paperwork. I feel for the poor staff that have to deal with this failing system.
