I purchased duplicate items by mistake and tried cancelling it every which way I could through BRIXTON misleading website. I purchased the items twice. The company was not understanding as a matter of fact they have caused stress in making things worse. All I asked for was a full refund on the items that I had duplicates of. They’re charging me a restock fee and for shipping instead of refunding my credit card for the entire amount. I was told by an agent that the item was confirmed and could not be cancelled. I purchased the item on May 28th, on June 2nd they emailed a return label. The item didn’t ship until the following week. He stated over weekends and holidays they do not check their system for cancellations before submitting orders to their warehouse. With all the time that went by and the urgency of my MULTIPLE emails amd call you’d think they would cancel my order. But no they still allowed everything to process. They told me BLATANTLY repeatedly that they are charging me a restocking fee as well as shipping cost basically that I WILL NOT BE GETTING MY FULL AMOUNT BACK. I will be share my experience, correspondence, review, etc with The better business bureau, Instagram as well as my YouTube channel to make people aware of what has happened to me and of what could potentially happen to them. No one should have to go through so my aggravation and stress just to cancel an order. I did not ask for anything besides a FULL REFUND of the duplicated order. I sent numerous messages through Brixton website, email and phone call. As a matter of fact when the return label was email to me a weeks before the package arrived the agent did not state such fees. Brixton your company lacks integrity and it’s a shame that despite the policy you “say you” have (which is NOT on your check out page, nor pops up when you check out with PAYPAL which I did. It’s at the back of your website) honored this one time FULL REFUND and not charge me anything. That’s what a company with integrity does for its customers (I was a repeat customer at that) I have purchased plenty of times from your BRAND and also have referred people to purchasing from you of which I have proof of their sales. Why have an option to CANCEL if you’re not going to stop the order??? This is just disgusting and I learned a valuable lesson spending my money with BRIXTON.

Horrible customer service- if they reply back. Charged a restocking fee for a returned order that wasn't as appeared on their own website. I will never purchase from them directly of their products on another retailer's site. BBB will be the next email sent.

Hats came damaged and completely out of shape. Took weeks to get a response from the customer service only for them to tell me that I’m wrong and the hats are fine. Went back and forth in a few emails only to be told to send the hats back for a refund but they are also out of stock of those hats so no replacement. A month later and I finally got the refund but it’s not in the full amount….

This company is the biggest mess! I ordered $400 worth of clothing for my husband and did get it in time for Xmas. This was the only positive. My husband wears the shirt for 1 hour and a button falls off. Not a big deal, I just need an exchange. I contacted the business starting on 12/26/21. After 7...yes 7 times reaching out in every possible way....NOTHING. I got one response in mid-February and was instructed to give them info that they should have on file (ie. order #, shipping address, phone number, receipt, how i ordered it, etc. etc.) only to be ghosted. I reached out 2 more times until I was resonded to today. It's literally March 2nd and almost spring, my husband has not been able to wear his gift for over 2+ months! I was told that the shirt was sold out......except it wasn't. I emailed again with no response about it being in stock. I went ahead and ordered the damn thing myself and requested a refund. No email response, but I did get a notice that my refund was accepted. What in the actual F is going on? How do I know more than they do about their own inventory? Also, my refund was under the term OUT OF STOCK....which it wansn't, and they didnt even send a postage for return . So, they refunded me without getting the item back, and I ordered another one. Makes sense for a company, you get to keep the return? ..... not really. I will never order from them ever again.

Horrible customer service! Not sure why they even have a phone number. No one will answer or return calls. I returned a hat because their sizing chart is WAY off. I'm being charged a restocking fee of $8 and have yet been refunded my money for the purchase.

Horrible customer service! No one answers calls or emails. We returned an item and was charged a 38$ restocking fee and their policy states the fee is 8$. We cannot get anyone to call back or respond. Filed with the BBB so hopefully they can help. Ridiculous! Items are too expensive to have such horrible customer service.

Awful service! I should not have to pay almost £20 for P&P inc returning the item. Shabby company! Avoid and buy from somewhere else.

Placed an order that guaranteed shipping before Christmas. Checked the status every day through the link provided and UPS tracking. The link Brixton provides for you says out for delivery while UPS says something different. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It’s the holidays.. I waited and waited. Nothing. I called them, left voicemails and sent emails. Zero response from this company. It’s been a month. Don’t order from them ever! They treat customers likes trash and clearly their employees too if they have no staff. Dumpster fire of a company.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 items for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. It was 2 day shipping guaranteed arrival before Christmas and it’s been over two weeks now and I still haven’t received my items. After countless emails reaching out I finally get a response with little to no remorse offering a refund for my items??? I denied of course but waited another week for a response only to get a refund and an email saying that the items out of stock somehow?? So frustrating!! I spent over 2 weeks checking on a status just for it to get refunded. They offered a 20% off code for a future purchase which was nice but I’m never going to use that and purchase another item from them.

Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order! I ordered several things online-even more than i wanted to receive the “free 2 Day shipping”, it hasn't shipped out yet! Emailed twice with no response! How are they still in business? Frustrating to say the least!

I ordered a hat with 2 day shipping, on 12-18 for Christmas.Haven't received it, its 12-29. I sent an email and called several times to cancel. No customer service! How is this place in business..Very disappointed!!

Horrible customer service! Called 15 times, left 4 messages and emailed twice. All with no response! I spent $64 on a hat that came too large. There policy says 30 days on returns. I’m going to lose out on the money! Don’t order from them. Go through amazon. They have better customer service. Super I fortunate. My husband and I have been wearing hats from this company for decades. I will never deal with them again.

I ordered a xsmall and it was still too big. They charge you to return it and it's not mentioned anywhere in their return instructions. The customer service number was just a lot of rings and hold times followed by a voicemail. I had to e-mail. I wouldn't buy anything moving forward.

I ordered 4 things from Brixton on September 17th and it took until October 15th for 3/4 of the order to be ready, and estimated delivery for package 1 of 2 is not until October 21st. I reached out to customer service multiple times as I ordered a month in advance of a photoshoot on October 13th and did not have my items in hand for the shoot. Customer service skirted around the questions I had and did not really answer them either. Based on my experience I will definitely be buying anything Brixton through other retailers and small businesses that carry Brixton, as I ordered a Brixton item from a retailer that carries them and had it plenty of time prior to my photoshoot. Very disappointed in how Brixton currently is operating

I recommend not anyone ever order from Brixton. I’ve contacted you guys over and over again. It’s ridiculous. I’ve ordered 3 hats from you guys and I only got 1.5 hats. No ones returning calls but you were quick to take my money. I have pics of the return request and even the emails I had with you guys to back it up. When I purchased it I realized in the confirmation I selected Large instead of Medium. I immediately contacted you guys and you said it will be ok. I took pics, even sent you all the tracking number. Just wanted my size. YOU GUYS SENT IT BACK SAYING IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE! I followed procedure, I even brought another hat that same day. Still haven’t got that one either. But I got the return back. I have receipts and emails to back up all I am saying

Orderd a pair of jeans in June, tried calling and emailing regarding exchanges. No reply it is now August. Poor customer service! Called the store in Oceanside, very rude aswell-they basically were no help.
