The Geek Squad at Carphone Warehouse in Westways, Greenford are money grabbing fools. First of all i was standing in line for ages without any sort of acknowledgement (which has happened before as well) and when i finally got to speak to someone about my 8 month old Iphone (that i had purchased from them) and the fact that it wouldn't turn on, they tried to blame me. They offered me 2 choices, 1 to send it off to be repaired for £80 or to upgrade for £100. I found neither of these options acceptable. He then proceeded to tell me that he could see water damage that would also be "my fault" so Apple would not help me either. I have since been into Apple who said after 8 months this shouldn't be happening and that the apparent "water damage" was actually a misaligned camera and that i was entitled to a new phone! To me, it seems like all the Geek Squad wanted was to get some money out of me!!!!!! Do not trust them!!!!!

Worst customer experience i've ever had. They upgraded my phone, didnt send the new 4g simcard then insisted it was EE's issue. EE said it was not and eventually (after much back and forth) they sent me a new card with the wrong number and said dont worry they will migrate the number and that i will still be able to receive calls whilst they did it. I run my business though this phone an nobody could get hold of me. They then blames EE again. More fool me for staying with them after the EXACT same thing happened on my last upgrade with them 2 years ago. DO NOT USE CARPHONE WAREHOUSE, THEY ARE INCOMPETENT

Store staff claim they have not had a break and they have kept me waiting forever on many occasions, and unfortunately they have failed to fix my faulty phones on a number of occasions too. Carphone Warehouse customer complaints department doesn’t get any better either, and it appears to me that they don’t understand the “Sale of Goods Act 1979” or the “Consumer Rights Act 2015”. From now on I will only shop with Apple stores, as their customer service and products are miles better than some of the rubbish products which Carphone Warehouse sell.

AVOID IF YOU CAN! Purchased a sim free phone, paid for in full. After 6 weeks it developed a fault. The staff were rude and ignorant, in both senses of the word. Customer Services and Senior Management totally dis-interested in their poor after sales service. If you buy from here, just hope you do not have a problem.

Ordered a brand new phone and cover with CPWH and they had 2 attempted deliveries to the wrong address without contacting me in any way. The couriers sent the phone back to CPWH and it has been with them for another week with still no contact. I decided to ring them and they said they had cancelled my order! This phone is a lifeline for me as I live in a very rural area and it's also a business phone. Shocking customer service and terrible lack of contact between them and customer. Should have ordered through mobile supplier direct

Totally waste of money and time to buy from carphone as i ordered phone in store and delivered to the store and store not releasing the phone due to some tech prob. and now nearly one week gone and i am still waiting for the phone. poor customer services over the phone/ manager is crap at stores. really bad service

called the bath road store on tuesday because my iphone 6s was supposedly meant to come on monday so i asked the guy on the phone when will my phone arrive and he rudely said i will call you when it arrives he did not even care if the phone has been delayed he rudely said hell call me awful service!!!!

40 minute wait at the Marsh Barton store - completely useless staff, more concerned with eating lunch than helping customers - will never set foot in another branch

Never will I use this company again. Very unhelpful. When I called for assistance for a total of 3 days going back and forth to them and Vodafone because they couldn't sort the problem of swapping my phone number to my new phone, taking days to understand a simple query they should be familiar with? Then to be told I have opened a separate account and it wasn't an upgrade. Why I couldn't of been informed of this at the start I don't know, not to mention rude advisors,giggling and hanging up. I completely write off this company, customer service does not exist here ! Appalling experience

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A DISEASE!!!!!!! I WISH i COULD GIVE LOWER THAN 1 STAR REVIEW. I don't normally write reviews but this experience is absolutely disgusting. This company has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I ordered my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge on Wednesday with supposedly FREE next day delivery. When I called the following morning on Thursday they told me the E-Team hasn't even processed your order yet. They processed my order and told me it would arrive the next day which would be on Friday. When I called on Friday expecting to receive a tracking number, they told me there is no stock on the phone I ordered. I was horrified and told them this is poor service. The agent went off line I was waiting about 10mins and when he came back he told me its available and I can expect to receive it on Monday, I asked if I could have it on Saturday and he told me I would need to pay £7.50. So I agreed. I called again on Saturday only to be told its not available in stock. So I asked what stock do they have available? she told me they have white so I asked for that one. after waiting 15mins she tells me the gold is available in stock so it will be arriving on Monday. I called them today (Monday) for my tracking number she tells me there is no stock again. At this point I am furious. I asked to speak to a manager, she tells me they are all on call. After 1 hour and 25mins I am still waiting while she checks to see if there is going to be any stock because her internet is working. After listening to their automated music the line goes silent for some time. This call is eating my mins as I am using a mobile to make the call. Another wasted call. I need to call them again. Which I will do later today and I will record it this time. At the end of the day they shouldn't advertise products as if they have in stock only to disappoint and lie to customers. Might as well use another company because these guys are middlemen and they don't do a good job of it. This call center is based in South Africa and the staff are incompetent and provide in inaccurate information. I still don't have my phone or know when they will have any stock. Leon

Appalling incompetent customer service have waited in 2 days in a row for a phone never to arrive. Was put on hold for 55 mins trying to locate whereabouts of my phone still have no phone! Words cannot express how infuriated I am with this company will never be using them or recommending them.

I found that Hannah from worksop cardphone warehouse was very friendly and helped me find really good deals for a new phone. She also helped me understand the process of getting the phone and kept me aware of the things she was doing throughout the process. A really good first time experience at the store. Will be suggesting to friends and family.

My iphone 5 had stopped working after 4 yrs of use, so i went to my local Car Phone Warehouse in Crayford, where my previous phones had come from. After a little wait, as there were two customers ahead of me in the queue, i was warmly greeted by James. His namebadge said hewas the store manager. I explained the problem, and he very quickly knew how to re boot my phone to get it working again. I then asked if i was due for an upgrade, as it was a while since i had changed my phone. 4 years in fact. James found that my tarif with Vodafone was way too high, but i did mention that my phone had run out of space with the music stored on it. He suggested an i phone 6 with 62 mb of memory, wich was at least double of my current phone. The tarif went up by £4 per month, so i agreed to sign up for a two year contract. He patiently transfered by phone sim card and downloaded my directory to my new phone. There was a small amount of £30 to pay towards the new phone. My experience was excellent. The only dowside in the re vamped stores is that there is nowhere to sit down whilst waiting, and a very small counter for the staff to work from. There used to be a much bigger counter when i have been in this store before. Please pass my comments onto James. He was very professional and helpful. Jeff Dixon

Went online to get an upgrade phone,first time using them,never again. They said be delivered next day. All i got was a confirmation e.mail n then nothing. No phone came. Took 30 mins to get through on phone next day,n couldnt find my order n then hung up on me. They eventually phoned back,had give all details again n eventually said they would process it for next day,asked for customer complaints,put on hold for 25 mins before was picked up n soon said hello they hung up. Ridiculous for a big company,never ever again!!!

I went into the store and was treated very badly as I wanted a repair and didn't want to buy anything. I was in the store for over an hour to book a simple repair. When I went to collect the phone I was offered a replacement phone as mine could not be repaired and was told it would take 5-7 days to arrive. I would receive a text when ready to collect. I received no text. Eventually after 3 weeks I went into the store to be told the phone had been sent to the wrong store and they would retrieve it and send me a text. I received no text. I went into the store, as after several phone calls I could not contact them, and the phone was there. They said they had been trying to phone me which was a complete lie.
