It sat in the “waiting for dispatch” for 5 business days. Contacted support and they said it’ll arrive by the 5th January.... item was in Australia. Totally missed Christmas. Stick with Amazon.”

I have an email with order number and proof of payment but when queried they say thy cant find any record of order number. I would now like my money refunded but they do not respond to calls except by a machine. Total chaos at that organisation.”

“DONT BUY FROM CATCH !!!! ... Ordered a printer , it was not available so another printer was sent , not from Catch from Ink Masters who Catch buy from. Problem is 3 weeks later it didn't arrive. I called Catch to find out the status to be told 2 days before Xmas that an email had been sent and to expect a reply with in a few days. I asked for them to call Ink Masters where the printer was coming from and they refused. I asked to speak to the supervisor, they also refused. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! I even have the number of Ink Masters but Catch don't yet they buy the stock from them. SHITEST ONLINE RETAILER EVER !!!”

“Placed an order in early November 2020. Early December 2020 after no response or info from catch I contacted them and was told my order could not be completely completed. I agreed to accept less goods, however despite this I’m still to receive any further information or tracking details. I have since requested a refund and no response to date. No communication. My advice to all who intend to shop Catch is DON’T. No customer service and no accountability. I’ve now complained to PayPal.

I placed an order for a Barbie Dreamhouse worth $200 on Nov 27th, 2020. I thought I had placed the order on time, so that it will be delivered in time for Christmas. My kids are v excited to receive this from Santa this year, and they will be v disappointed if it doesn't reach.
It said there might be a 3-4 day delay in shipping. Its Dec 15th (almost Dec 16th in 45 minutes), so essentially over 3 weeks delay. I had requested for it to be delivered to Target Rhodes. I have been going to target Rhodes every day for the past week - they cant even find my order number there. When I email target Rhodes, they tell me its on its way to Rhodes target, but there is no ETA and no guarantee that it'll reach before Christmas, and no tracking ability. If the staff at target Rhodes cant even find the order number and track it on their end, how will they know that my parcel has arrived, even when it does arrive?
Catch customer care does nothing except email Target. No responsibility at all. Now, I'm having to organize alternate Christmas presents, but its not what the children are eagerly waiting for.

“First order with Catch.com.au took much longer than expected and missed the birthdays the items were intended for. Complete unwillingness to cancel an order that had not been mailed. They insisted it had been posted even though I received confirmation from them that this only happened a week after I had asked to cancel.
Second order was again delayed and then cancelled by them as they "have no stock to sell". However, they have taken the money out of my account and now I have to wait for a further 3 business days for them to process a refund. Strangely enough, processing payment can be done instantaneously, even for items which they do not have in stock but refunds, if at all possible, will take a week.
Ordering through Catch.com.au is just not worth the trouble as they mislead and deceive their customers.”
“My delivery kept getting pushed out for weeks. Cancelled the order and ask for a refund. A refund will not come until the product goes back so I need to wait up to three months. No response from customer service so now dealing through ACCC. Do not buy from here”

“Refunds and returns policy is lengthy and pretty much outlines every reason they WON'T provide a refund, or even a replacement. Most online retailers have extended their return period ... usually 30 to 60, some even 90 days during Covid, but CATCH still 14 days! Seriously ... with the postal service as bad as it is these days, you'd be lucky if you made it! Had bought several bras for my daughter, which were on sale. They all came in individual plastic bags, sealed ... NONE of them have been opened and they are refusing to provide me with a refund ... let alone an exchange ... because they're classified as "intimates" ... NONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN OPENED!!! I don't understand how they cannot make an exception in this instance. I get it ... who wants to wear a pair of knickers worn by someone else and returned ... BUT THESE ARE STILL IN THEIR SEALED BAGS!!!!!! Ugh!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! REALLY unethical!!! They just want your money ...”
“The call centre is really difficult to deal with when there is an issue. In my case, multiple people didn't seem to understand my issue (faulty part, if part couldn't be replaced I wanted a credit). They claimed I had received stock that was never sent, and claimed I had complained about that also.
Very bizzare and frustrating.”
“Sent part of the order from retailer received ok , the package from Catch was lost , they sent us a Australia Post picture of a package at some random house , we where home at the supposed time . They organised delivery and now wiped their hands we are seeking a credit from Visa ,”
