“Although all helpful folks I had to do too much running round finding people who could send photos by internet, arranging for two teams of workers form other companies to complete preparatory work before BP Chargemaster would arrive. As a confused old bloke I wanted one man to do the lot!”

“I phoned BP chargemaster after being let down by PodPoint who kept me waiting for ages just to get a date for an install which by the way never came. After explaining my situation to BP Chargemaster we organised everything in ONE phonecall and got an install date there and then. WOW. Amazing service from Hina and Donna who ensured that the install was undertaken without any stress. I’m delighted with the service, their empathy and responsiveness. Their charge-point also has better functionality eg able to lock it with a key without additional cost. Don’t go anywhere else. Thoroughly recommended.”

“This rating is given in respect of the quality of the installation. This was completed just 10 days ago and we've charged our car at home only once since then. The engineer was very competent, neat, and made good use of time. He worked ceaselessly and everything was ready within 3 hours and 20 mins of his arrival. I was somewhat surprised to discover that there is no instruction manual but it looks as if one just plugs it in. I was not able to download Chargemaster's App to my smartphone, a warning stated that my email address, that I've used successfully for 20 years or so, was not recognised as a valid email address. I emailed customer services to this effect but have had no communication from them. Previous reviews, particularly on Trustpilot, are scathing although people are generally very complimentary about the electrical engineers who do the installation. I have a Nissan Leaf and use the vehicle's timing function to control when the car is actually charged. I may follow up with trying BPCm's Customer Services again but am not hopeful....”

“The electrician was very good and identified that the charging unit could not be connected to the RCD box, but had to install a new / additional RCD box by the meter. However, in doing so he had to break the seal on the main fuse into the house, but had no way of resealing it. It has since been very difficult to get the meter fuse resealed. It would be helpful if an electrician from BP Chargemaster could help.”

“fairly straightforward process to apply, helpful customer service who were able to explain items and also guide me through it all. Installation by Michael on the day, was efficient, clean and courteous. so a good job all round and now I can charge my car on a regular basis, even better.”

“The admin team organising the technical check and scheduling were really quite poor. Did not respond to calls, did not call back and seemed a bit out of their depth. I nearly changed supplier through frustration. However, glad I did not as the Engineer who installed the equipment was excellent, flexible and really customer focused (Please pass on my thanks)”
